Abstract
本发明提供一种陶具用高温陶土及由该陶土制成的陶具,属于陶瓷器具材料领域,其由以下组成成分按一定的质量分数组成:高岭石30‑40份、水白云母40‑50份、蒙脱石10‑20份、石英30‑40份、碳酸钙5‑8份、氧化铝3‑5份、二硼化钛6‑9份、氮化钛1‑4份。使用本发明提该陶土制作的茶具或者容器能适应高温炭火烘烤,使用寿命长、泡出的茶汤优质。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷器具材料领域,尤其涉及一种制作高温陶具所使用的高温陶土,还涉及使用该陶土制作的茶具。
背景技术
陶具是用泥巴(粘土)成型晾干后,用火烧出来的,是泥与火的结晶。陶具的发明,它揭开了人类利用自然、改造自然、与自然做斗争的新的一页,具有重大的历史意义,是人类生产发展史上的一个里程碑。在科学日渐进步的今天,陶具依旧没有因为科技的高速发展消失,仍然存在于人们日常生活中。陶具既是一种艺术品,同时也是一种传统的用具,使用陶制的容器可以保留物质的传统风味。
茶道,就是品赏茶的美感之道。亦被视为一种烹茶饮茶的生活艺术,一种以茶为媒的生活礼仪,一种以茶修身的生活方式。优质的茶需要优质的茶具搭配,紫砂壶因其能较长时间保持茶叶的色、香、味而大受欢迎,但因此也造成紫砂壶价格高昂。但是陶制茶壶相对紫砂壶,其所泡出的茶同样具有一番风味而且陶制茶壶价格相对便宜,是目前茶具发展的一个方向。但陶制茶壶必须能承受火焰的烘烤而不变形、不断裂,这对陶土的耐高温性能具有一定的要求。
发明内容
基于现有技术存在上述问题,本发明提供一种陶具用高温陶土,该陶土通过改良其组成成分,使其能适合高温烘烤而不变形、不断裂,通过使用该陶土制作的茶具能适应火焰的烘烤,使用寿命长、泡出的茶汤优质,本发明通过以下详细技术方案达到目的。
一种陶具用高温陶土,其由以下组成成分按一定的质量分数组成:高岭石30-40份、水白云母40-50份、蒙脱石10-20份、石英30-40份、碳酸钙5-8份,氧化铝3-5份、二硼化钛6-9份、氮化钛1-4份。
优选地,上述高温陶土由以下组成成分按一定的质量分数组成:高岭石34-36份、水白云母44-46份、蒙脱石12-14份、石英36-38份、碳酸钙6-7份,氧化铝3.5-4.5份、二硼化钛7-8份、氮化钛2-3份。
优选地,上述高温陶土由以下组成成分按一定的质量分数组成:高岭石35份、水白云母45份、蒙脱石13份、石英37份、碳酸钙6.5份,氧化铝4份、二硼化钛7.5份、氮化钛2.5份。
一种高温陶制容器,上述高温陶土制成,通过使用上述陶土经过拉胚、晾嗮、烧结后制成茶壶、水缸等容器,能适应高温炭火直接烘烤,使用寿命更长。
本发明具有的有益效果:本发明所采用的陶土除了常规的的陶土材料还添加了二硼化钛、氮化钛,大大提高了陶土的高温适应能力,使其所制作出来的陶具使用寿命更长,经高温炭火烘烤不易变形或者断裂。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例一:
一种陶具用高温陶土,其由以下组成成分按一定的质量分数组成:高岭石30份、水白云母40份、蒙脱石10份、石英30份、碳酸钙5份,氧化铝3份、二硼化钛6份、氮化钛1份。
将上述材料分别粉碎并用水调和成浆,然后按比例混合均匀,按照茶壶的形状进行拉胚、晾嗮、烧窑等工艺制成茶壶,使用该茶壶经多次高温泡茶后没有变形或者裂开,且泡出的茶汤香气自然。
实施例二:
一种陶具用高温陶土,其由以下组成成分按一定的质量分数组成:高岭石40份、水白云母50份、蒙脱石20份、石英40份、碳酸钙8份,氧化铝5份、二硼化钛9份、氮化钛4份。
将上述材料分别粉碎并用水调和成浆,然后按比例混合均匀,按照水壶的形状进行拉胚、晾嗮、烧窑等工艺制成水壶,使用该水壶经多次高温煮水后没有变形或者裂开。
实施例三:
一种陶具用高温陶土,由以下组成成分按一定的质量分数组成:高岭石34份、水白云母4份、蒙脱石12份、石英36份、碳酸钙6份,氧化铝3.5份、二硼化钛7份、氮化钛2份。
将上述材料分别粉碎并用水调和成浆,然后按比例混合均匀,按照水壶的形状进行拉胚、晾嗮、烧窑等工艺制成水壶,使用该水壶经多次高温煮水后没有变形或者裂开。
实施例四:
一种陶具用高温陶土,其由以下组成成分按一定的质量分数组成:高岭石36份、水白云母46份、蒙脱石14份、石英38份、碳酸钙7份,氧化铝4.5份、二硼化钛8份、氮化钛3份。
将上述材料分别粉碎并用水调和成浆,然后按比例混合均匀,按照茶壶的形状进行拉胚、晾嗮、烧窑等工艺制成茶壶,使用该茶壶经多次高温泡茶后没有变形或者裂开,且泡出的茶汤香气自然。
实施例五:
一种陶具用高温陶土,其由以下组成成分按一定的质量分数组成:高岭石35份、水白云母45份、蒙脱石13份、石英37份、碳酸钙6.5份,氧化铝4份、二硼化钛7.5份、氮化钛2.5份。
将上述材料分别粉碎并用水调和成浆,然后按比例混合均匀,按照茶壶的形状进行拉胚、晾嗮、烧窑等工艺制成茶壶,使用该茶壶经多次高温泡茶后没有变形或者裂开,且泡出的茶汤香气自然。

1.一种陶具用高温陶土,其特在在于,其由以下组成成分按一定的质量分数组成:高岭石30-40份、水白云母40-50份、蒙脱石10-20份、石英30-40份、碳酸钙5-8份,氧化铝3-5份、二硼化钛6-9份、氮化钛1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶具用高温陶土,其特征在于,其由以下组成成分按一定的质量分数组成:高岭石34-36份、水白云母44-46份、蒙脱石12-14份、石英36-38份、碳酸钙6-7份,氧化铝3.5-4.5份、二硼化钛7-8份、氮化钛2-3份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种陶具用高温陶土,其特征在于,其由以下组成成分按一定的质量分数组成:高岭石35份、水白云母45份、蒙脱石13份、石英37份、碳酸钙6.5份,氧化铝4份、二硼化钛7.5份、氮化钛2.5份。
4.一种高温陶制茶具,其特征在于,其采用如权利要求1-3所述的高温陶土制成。
