在正常情况下,人体内的自由基是处于不断产生与清除的动态平衡之中。在生理状态下,自由基的浓度很低,不仅不会损伤机体,而且还显示出独特的生理作用。但是自由基产生过多或清除过慢,它会对生物体产生一系列损害,加速机体的衰老过程并诱发各种疾病。自由基对细胞的及生命大分子(DNA、RNA、蛋白质、糖类、脂质)的损害:自由基非常活泼,化学反应性极强,参与一系列的连锁反应,能引起细胞生物膜上的脂质过氧化,引起细胞损伤。其机制比较复杂,主要有三方面:膜脂改变导致膜功能的障碍和膜酶的损伤;脂质过氧化过程中生成的活性氧对酶和其他成分的损伤;LOOH的分解产物特别是醛类产物对细胞及其成分的毒性作用。因此许多自由基和自由基反应的产物往往也可影响酶的活性。脂质过氧化、电离辐射、其他产生的自由基的反应可以通过多种途径影响酶的活性。如通过自由基链反应,使酶分子发生聚合;通过LOOH中的MDA使酶分子发生交联;通过破坏酶分子中氨基酸以及与酶分子中的金属离子反应,影响酶活性。自由基对核酸和染色体的损害,自由基可与碱基或五碳糖发生反应,生成碱基自由基或在DNA的脱氧核糖部分形成自由基,最终使DNA链断裂或碱基破坏、缺失,使核酸分子的完整性和构型受到破坏,造成遗传信息改变,使生物体发生突变或产生病变;严重损伤的DNA无法修复,以致造成细胞死亡。辐射作用于核酸环境中的水分子,使其电解产生·OH和O2,辐射可使DNA主链断裂、碱基降解和氢键破坏。自由基对DNA的破坏可导致染色体变异,电离辐射和化学物质也可使受损细胞的染色体断裂,此作用与O2和·OH有关。自由基对糖分子的损害,自由基可使组成核酸的核糖、脱氧核糖形成脱氢自由基,从而造成DNA主链断裂或碱基破坏;自由基可使细胞膜中的糖分子羟基化,破坏细胞膜上的多糖结构,影响细胞功能的发挥;自由基还可通过氧化降解使多糖破坏,影响组织功能,如脑组织中的多糖遭到破坏就会影响大脑的正常功能。脂类、蛋白质、核酸、糖类是组成生物体的基本而重要的化合物,这些物质一旦受损,生命活动将受到威胁,自由基对生物体的危害就在于能破坏这些生物大分子,使细胞受损,机体患病,如动脉粥样硬化,糖尿病,肿瘤,胃肠道功能失调,感染,免疫失调等。
所以,如何设计一种清除血液自由基的单细胞液单分子水及制备方法,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种清除血液自由基的单细胞液单分子水及制备方法,以水的形式呈现,该水中所含的太岁肉灵芝对控制癌细胞生长清除血液自由基高血压、动脉硬化、癌症、风湿病等有奇效,在实际使用中,同时各个食材价格低廉,可以长期使用,以及培育速度快,肉灵芝色泽好,也大大提高了肉灵芝菌体的药用价值,可以有效解决上述背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种清除血液自由基的单细胞液单分子水,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:太岁肉灵芝20-30份、纳豆5-10份、枸杞5-10份、人参8-12份、黄芪6-10份、香菇6-8份、大枣4-6份、红糖12-16份、肉灵芝水1份和矿泉水40-50份。
一种清除血液自由基的单细胞液单分子水制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)选料:按纳豆纳豆5-10份、枸杞5-10份、人参8-12份、黄芪6-10份、香菇6-8份、大枣4-6份、红糖12-16份的比例精选原料;
2)制备肉灵芝水:将原肉灵芝水依次进行粗滤、砂滤以及精滤三重过滤工序,过滤肉灵芝水中的大型悬浮颗粒,得到过滤后肉灵芝水;过滤后肉灵芝水流经多层附有消毒杀菌光触媒的合金网,该合金网在紫外线灯管的照射下,其表面的消毒杀菌光触媒被活化,并且对过滤后肉灵芝水进行消毒杀菌处理,得到杀菌后肉灵芝水;杀菌后肉灵芝水灌装到成品收集罐中;
3)混合:将步骤1)中的原料清洗、灭菌,后装入玻璃瓶,不锈钢或陶土缸中,加入肉灵芝水,混合;
4)研磨沉淀:取20-30份的太岁肉灵芝和适量太岁肉灵芝培养液,用胶体磨研磨,于沉淀罐中沉淀72小时;
5)取液灌装:取上清液过滤灌装,即为单分子水。
根据上述技术方案,所述太岁肉灵芝的培养方法为:按重量分量比称取:天然山泉水600-950份,蜂蜜6-12份,红景天4-10份,冬虫夏草1-7份,水果5-8份;将称取的红景天、冬虫夏草清洗晾干后粉碎,得到处理后粉末,将称取的水果打浆,过滤,得到处理后果汁;将处理后粉末加入天然山泉水中浸泡24-48h,滤渣,再依次加入处理后果汁,蜂蜜,得到肉灵芝培养液;将肉灵芝菌种放置于盛有肉灵芝培养液的容器中,并在18-35℃温度下培育,并得到太岁肉灵芝。
根据上述技术方案,所述水果包括亚酸性水果,所述亚酸性水果,包括苹果、芒果、杏子、木瓜、葡萄、桃子、樱桃、蜜李中任意一种。
根据上述技术方案,所述制得的太岁呈肉状,分层、表层为乳白色胶质,中层或下层为深色肉质,带有较强的酸味,镜检无明显细胞结构,无菌丝形态。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤2)中粗滤阶段得到的悬浮颗粒置于40-55℃的干燥箱进行干燥,干燥至其含水量在3%以下,再置于密闭的容器中将温度冷却至15-20℃,得到干燥颗粒,在干燥颗粒中加入硬脂酸镁作为润滑剂,混合均匀,置于压片机中压片;压制的片剂采用微波灭菌,微波的温度在92-95℃范围内,灭菌时间为3-8分钟,最后采用避光包装,得到干燥咀嚼片。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤3)中灭菌的温度为120-140℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明以水的形式呈现,该水中所含的太岁肉灵芝对控制癌细胞生长清除血液自由基高血压、动脉硬化、癌症、风湿病等有奇效,在实际使用中,同时各个食材价格低廉,可以长期使用,以及培育速度快,肉灵芝色泽好,也大大提高了肉灵芝菌体的药用价值。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:如图1所示,本发明提供一种清除血液自由基的单细胞液单分子水,包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:太岁肉灵芝20份、纳豆5份、枸杞5份、人参8份、黄芪6份、香菇6份、大枣4份、红糖12份、肉灵芝水1份和矿泉水40份。
一种清除血液自由基的单细胞液单分子水制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)选料:按纳豆纳豆5份、枸杞5-份、人参8份、黄芪6份、香菇6份、大枣4份、红糖12份的比例精选原料;
2)制备肉灵芝水:将原肉灵芝水依次进行粗滤、砂滤以及精滤三重过滤工序,过滤肉灵芝水中的大型悬浮颗粒,得到过滤后肉灵芝水;过滤后肉灵芝水流经多层附有消毒杀菌光触媒的合金网,该合金网在紫外线灯管的照射下,其表面的消毒杀菌光触媒被活化,并且对过滤后肉灵芝水进行消毒杀菌处理,得到杀菌后肉灵芝水;杀菌后肉灵芝水灌装到成品收集罐中;

Claims (7)
1.一种清除血液自由基的单细胞液单分子水,其特征在于:包括按照重量份数计的如下原料:太岁肉灵芝20-30份、纳豆5-10份、枸杞5-10份、人参8-12份、黄芪6-10份、香菇6-8份、大枣4-6份、红糖12-16份、肉灵芝水1份和矿泉水40-50份。
2.一种清除血液自由基的单细胞液单分子水制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)选料:按纳豆纳豆5-10份、枸杞5-10份、人参8-12份、黄芪6-10份、香菇6-8份、大枣4-6份、红糖12-16份的比例精选原料;
2)制备肉灵芝水:将原肉灵芝水依次进行粗滤、砂滤以及精滤三重过滤工序,过滤肉灵芝水中的大型悬浮颗粒,得到过滤后肉灵芝水;过滤后肉灵芝水流经多层附有消毒杀菌光触媒的合金网,该合金网在紫外线灯管的照射下,其表面的消毒杀菌光触媒被活化,并且对过滤后肉灵芝水进行消毒杀菌处理,得到杀菌后肉灵芝水;杀菌后肉灵芝水灌装到成品收集罐中;

5.根据权利要求3所述的一种清除血液自由基的单细胞液单分子水,其特征在于:所述制得的太岁呈肉状,分层、表层为乳白色胶质,中层或下层为深色肉质,带有较强的酸味,镜检无明显细胞结构,无菌丝形态。
