本发明公开了一种单向预应力砼密肋夹心叠合楼板,它由底板1、面板2、纵向肋板3、横向端板4和轻质保温条板5组成,轻质保温条板5夹在底板1、面板2、纵向肋板3和横向端板4围成的空腔之中;为便于和后浇叠合层连接为一体,所述面板2在相邻的两条纵向肋板3的中间沿纵向断开形成凹槽7,凹槽7中设有横向连接钢筋8;所述轻质保温条板5的上部等间距的开有和纵向肋板3贯通的方形肋槽(孔)9。由于本发明经后浇砼叠合后就成为了预应力砼箱型结构,因此承载力强,应用跨度大,同时,箱体内布置有保温层实现了结构和建筑节能的一体化,从而具有自重轻,结构性能好,跨度大,保温隔热效果好、造价低的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种楼板,尤其涉及一种单向预应力砼密肋夹心叠合楼板。
背景技术
在我国目前大力推进的装配式钢筋砼建筑中,装配整体式钢筋砼叠合楼板作为最主要的PC构件得到了快速发展,但目前通用的桁架钢筋叠合板,虽然具有生产工艺简单、安装方便,结构安全可靠的优点,但由于桁架钢筋的存在,为便于布置水电管线和面板钢筋,其后浇砼层的厚度必须在70mm以上,而且在预制生产过程中,还需严格控制生产工艺,否则就有可能使桁架钢筋的预留高度不够预埋管线之用,从而不得不将预埋管线放置在桁架钢筋之上,导致后浇层超厚,即浪费材料又增加了楼板的自重,还降低了室内净高。同时,随着建筑节能的进一步推进和提高,建筑楼面的保温隔热也已成为围护结构建筑节能的控制性指标之一。因此,为降低叠合楼板的施工造价和实现建筑节能--结构的一体化,研发新型的自保温叠合楼板,具有广阔的市场前景和良好的经济社会效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温隔热性能好且强度可靠、整体性好的预制自保温复合夹心叠合楼板。本发明提供了一种单向预应力砼密肋夹心叠合楼板,它由底板、面板、纵向肋板、横向端肋板和轻质保温条板组成,轻质保温条板夹在底板、面板、纵向肋板和横向端肋板围成的空腔之中。为加强和后浇叠合层的连接,所述面板在相邻的两条纵向肋板的中间沿纵向断开形成水平凹槽,水平凹槽中沿板宽设有横向连接钢筋。为便于布置水电管线和加强与后浇层的整体叠合,所述轻质保温条板的上部等间距的开有和纵向肋板贯通的方形肋槽(孔)。为保证板与板的横向连接可靠,所述底板的纵向两侧沿边纵向肋板的外侧伸出形成纵向翼缘。为便于布置预应力钢筋,所述纵向肋板的底部沿板长设有凸角。为提高保温隔热效果,所述轻质保温条板采用的材料为容重小于20kg/ m³,导热系数小于0.05W/(m•k)的轻质绝热材料。由于本发明经后浇砼叠合后就成为了预应力砼箱型结构,因此承载力强,应用跨度大,同时,箱体内布置有保温层实现了结构和建筑节能的一体化,从而具有自重轻,结构性能好,跨度大,保温隔热效果好、造价低的优点。市场应用前景广阔。附图说明:图1是本发明的立体结构示意图。图2是本发明的纵向截面示意图。具体实施方式:如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供的这种单向预应力密肋夹心叠合楼板,它由它由底板1、面板2、纵向肋板3、横向端肋板4和轻质保温条板5组成,轻质保温条板5夹在底板1、面板2、纵向肋板3和横向端肋板4围成的空腔之中。为加强和后浇叠合层的连接,所述面板1在相邻的两条纵向肋板3的中间沿纵向断开形成水平凹槽7,水平凹槽7中沿板宽设有横向连接钢筋8。为便于布置水电管线和加强与后浇层的整体叠合,所述轻质保温条板5的上部等间距的开有和纵向肋板贯通的方形肋槽(孔)9。为保证板与板的横向连接可靠,所述底板2的纵向两侧沿边纵向肋板3的外侧伸出形成纵向翼缘6。为便于布置预应力钢筋,所述纵向肋板3的底部沿板长设有凸角10。为提高保温隔热效果,所述轻质保温条板5采用的材料为容重小于20kg/ m³,导热系数小于0.05W/(m•k)的轻质绝热材料。生产制作时,先在专用的生产平台上张拉好底部预应力钢筋,然后摆好预制单向密肋夹心楼板的模具,先浇筑底板的砼,然后安放轻质保温条板和横向连接钢筋,接着浇筑纵向肋板、横向端板和面板的砼,最后经脱模养护即可。施工时,先将数块所述的预制单向密肋夹心楼板在梁(或墙)上支撑好,其预留的纵向翼缘就形成了纵向肋梁的模板,然后通过后浇砼肋梁和面层将预制板和后浇叠合层叠合在一起形成装配整体式的自保温单向预应力砼密肋夹心叠合楼板。由于本实施例经后浇砼叠合后就成为了预应力砼箱型结构,因此承载力强,应用跨度大,同时,箱体内布置有保温层实现了结构和建筑节能的一体化,从而具有自重轻,结构性能好,跨度大,保温隔热效果好、造价低的优点。市场应用前景广阔。

1.一种单向预应力砼密肋夹心叠合楼板,其特征在于:它由底板1、面板2、纵向肋板3、横向端板4和轻质保温条板5组成,轻质保温条板5夹在底板1、面板2、纵向肋板3和横向端板4围成的空腔之中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单向预应力砼密肋夹心叠合楼板,其特征在于:所述面板2在相邻的两条纵向肋板3的中间沿纵向断开形成凹槽7,凹槽7中设有横向连接钢筋8以加强和后浇叠合层的连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单向预应力砼密肋夹心叠合楼板,其特征在于:所述底板1的纵向两侧沿边纵向肋板3的外侧伸出形成纵向翼缘6。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单向预应力砼密肋夹心叠合楼板,其特征在于:所述轻质保温条板5的上部等间距的开有和纵向肋板3贯通的方形肋槽(孔)9,用于布置水电管线和加强与后浇层的整体叠合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的单向预应力砼密肋夹心叠合楼板,其特征在于:所述纵向肋板3的底部受力钢筋为预应力钢筋。
6.根据权利要求1所述的单向预应力砼密肋夹心叠合楼板,其特征在于:所述纵向肋板3的底部沿板长设有凸角10,以便于布置预应力钢筋。
7.根据权利要求1所述的单向预应力砼密肋夹心叠合楼板,其特征在于:所述轻质保温条板5采用的材料为容重小于20kg/ m³,导热系数小于0.05W/(m•k)的轻质绝热材料。
