本发明公开了一种预制混凝土带肋夹心板,它由底板、面板、纵向肋梁、横向端肋板和轻质保温块组成,轻质保温块等间距的夹在底板、面板、纵向肋梁和横向端肋板围成的空腔之中。所述面板在相邻的两条纵向肋梁的中间沿纵向断开形成水平凹槽,水平凹槽中沿板宽设有横向连接钢筋网。所述纵向肋梁在相邻两块轻质保温块预留的空隙处开有贯通的方孔,该方孔与相邻两块轻质保温块预留的空隙一道形成贯通的矩形肋槽,施工时作为后浇横向肋梁的模板之用。施工时,在所述预制带肋夹芯板板安装完成后,其预留的横向肋槽就成为了后浇横向肋梁的模板,然后通过后浇横向肋梁和面层形成装配整体式叠合密肋夹心楼板结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种楼板,尤其涉及一种预制混凝土带肋夹心板。
背景技术
随着建筑节能的进一步推进和提高,建筑楼面的保温隔热已成为围护结构建筑节能的控制性指标之一。因此,和墙体的建筑节能技术一样,为节约楼面保温隔热的施工成本,研发新型的自保温楼板,具有广阔的市场前景和良好的经济社会效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温隔热性能好且强度可靠的自保温密肋夹心叠合楼板。本发明提供了一种预制混凝土带肋夹心板,它由底板、面板、纵向肋梁、横向端肋板和轻质保温块组成,轻质保温块等间距的夹在底板、面板、纵向肋梁和横向端肋板围成的空腔之中。所述面板在相邻的两条纵向肋梁的中间沿纵向断开形成水平凹槽,水平凹槽中沿板宽设有横向连接钢筋网。所述纵向肋梁在相邻两块轻质保温块预留的空隙处开有贯通的方孔,该方孔与相邻两块轻质保温块预留的空隙一道形成贯通的矩形肋槽,施工时作为后浇横向肋梁的模板之用。所述底板的宽度大于面板的宽度,使底板的两侧伸出有纵向翼缘。为了减少热桥影响,所述预制板中的纵向肋梁为容重小于1900kg/m³,导热系数小于1.2W/(m•k),强度大于25Mpa的轻骨料结构保温混凝土。为了进一步提高保温隔热效果,所述预制板中的轻质保温块采用的材料为容重小于20kg/ m³,导热系数小于0.05W/(m•k)的轻质绝热材料。为提高预制强度,所述纵向肋梁的受力钢筋采用预应力钢筋。施工时,在所述预制带肋夹芯板板安装完成后,其预留的横向肋槽就成为了后浇横向肋梁的模板,然后通过后浇横向肋梁和面层形成装配整体式叠合密肋夹心楼板结构。由于本发明的预制板采用空腔箱型结构,承载力强,应用跨度大,且箱体内等间距的布置有轻质保温块实现了结构和建筑节能的一体化。同时其板上预留的纵向水平凹槽和横向肋槽在后浇叠合层施工完成后就形成了纵横肋带连锁的混凝土叠合密肋楼板,大大提高了叠合楼板连接的整体性。因此采用本发明做底板叠合而成的叠合楼板具有自重轻,结构性能好,跨度大,保温隔热效果好、造价低的优点。市场前景广阔。

具体实施方式:

1.一种预制混凝土带肋夹心板,其特征在于:它由底板、面板、纵向肋梁、横向端肋板和轻质保温块组成,轻质保温块等间距的夹在底板、面板、纵向肋梁和横向端肋板围成的空腔之中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预制混凝土带肋夹心板,其特征在于:所述面板在相邻的两条纵向肋梁的中间沿纵向断开形成水平凹槽,水平凹槽中沿板宽设有横向连接钢筋网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的预制混凝土带肋夹心板,其特征在于:所述纵向肋梁在相邻两块轻质保温块预留的空隙处开有贯通的方孔,该方孔与相邻两块轻质保温块预留的空隙一道形成贯通的矩形肋槽,施工时作为后浇横向肋梁的模板之用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的预制混凝土带肋夹心板,其特征在于:所述底板的宽度大于面板的宽度,使底板的两侧伸出有纵向翼缘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的预制混凝土带肋夹心板,其特征在于:所述预制板中的轻质保温块采用的材料为容重小于20kg/ m³,导热系数小于0.05W/(m•k)的轻质绝热材料。
