背景技术
我国建筑规模庞大,建筑耗能已与工业耗能、交通耗能并列,成为我国能源消耗的三大“耗能大户”,尤其是建筑耗能呈急剧上扬趋势。在建筑的规划设计、建造和使用过程中,减少能源消耗,最大限度实现零碳排放,对缓解全球气候变暖和改善城市的生存环境具有举足轻重的作用。与传统砖砌墙体结构相比,预制混凝土夹芯保温外挂墙板具有安装速度快、现场用工少、无湿作业、质量可控、耐久性好、便于保养维修等优势。与传统的保温墙体相比,预制混凝土夹芯保温外挂墙板具有轻质节能、保温隔声、绿色环保、造价低廉等特点。普通的外挂墙板装饰保护层和结构层全部采用混凝土,保温层采用EPS/XPS泡沫板等材料,结构层即内叶墙虽然作外挂墙板的主要受力部位,但是结构层较厚,普通的钢筋混凝土密度为2500kg/m3,相比于轻质砌块(密度大约在800kg/m3),单一的使用普通钢筋混凝土会増加了墙板的自重,墙板需要配更多的钢筋,而且会使主体结构的断面较大,梁和柱的钢筋用量增多,浪费材料,不利于环保。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种夹芯保温预制混凝土外挂墙板,该保温外挂墙板具有轻质、节能环保、防火性能好、保温性能良好等优点,同时便于安装,提高施工效率。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种夹芯保温预制混凝土外挂墙板,包括外叶墙板、内叶墙板、保温板和连接件;
所述内叶墙板采用密肋复合结构形式,横向与纵向包括多条双向肋形成框格肋,框格肋采用合理的配筋方式,框格肋之间设有轻质填充材料,使整个内叶墙形成一块平整的墙板;
所述保温板夹在内叶墙板和外叶墙板之间,所述外叶墙板为钢筋混凝土墙板,外叶墙板作为保温板的防护层,所述内叶墙板、保温板、外叶墙板通过连接件连接为一个整体,可根据墙体热工性能确定保温板的厚度,所述连接件采用带有绝热涂层的连弯涂层钢筋连接件;
所述内叶墙板设有两个预留槽,并设置两个孔洞,预留槽和孔洞位于内叶墙板上侧,墙板吊点之间。

上述的夹芯保温预制混凝土外挂墙板的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)清理模台及模具,安装外挂墙模板,涂刷涂膜剂;
(2)根据设计好的框格肋尺寸摆放轻质填充材料,放置带有连弯钢筋连接件的内叶墙板钢筋网片,对连弯钢筋连接件涂刷绝热涂层,同时进行预留槽及孔洞处预埋件的布置;
(3)浇筑内叶墙板混凝土,混凝土厚度与轻质填充材料相同;
(4)铺装保温板,在保温板上裁切预留连弯钢筋可以穿过的缝隙,放置外叶墙板钢筋网片,浇筑外叶墙板混凝土;
(5)进行混凝土养护;
(6)进行脱模吊装。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
1、本实用新型外挂墙板中的内叶墙板采用密肋复合结构形式,具有良好的受剪承载力、刚度、耗能性能,在满足承载力要求的条件下,能够大限度的减少普通混凝土的用量,(普通的钢筋混凝土密度为2500kg/m3,轻质砌块密度大约在800kg/m3),减轻墙板自重的同时,也减小梁柱的断面,达到减重节能效果。轻质填充材料可以起到保温、隔音作用。
2、外挂墙板中预留槽和孔洞的设计,配合预制梁柱上的牛腿,只需对准孔,插入连接销栓,填充灌浆材料就可以完成外挂墙板的安装,安全可靠,提高了施工效率。
3、内外叶墙板采用涂有绝热涂层的普通钢筋连接件连接,满足导热系数低、抗拉强度可靠、耐腐蚀性好、耐久性好等要求,使墙板具有良好的保温性能,大大降低了使用传统不锈钢连接件和FRP连接件的成本。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的描述:
如图1和图2所示,一种夹芯保温预制混凝土外挂墙板,包括内叶墙板9,保温板7和外叶墙板8。其中外叶墙板8为钢筋混凝土墙板,它作为保温板7的防护层,厚度为50mm;内叶墙板9为密肋复合结构形式,横向与纵向包括多条双向肋,框格肋2采用合理的配筋方式,框格肋2之间设有轻质填充材料4,使整个内叶墙形成一块平整的墙板,内叶墙板9为预制混凝土外挂墙板的结构层,作为墙板的主要受力机构;保温板7夹在内叶墙板9和外叶墙板8之间,内叶墙板9、保温板7、外叶墙板8通过连接件3连接为一个整体,可根据墙体热工性能确定保温板7的厚度。
上述保温板7为XPS挤塑板或EPS聚苯板,XPS/EPS板具有优异的保温隔热性能,在浇筑混凝土时需要铺平固定好保温板7,为连接件预留的缝隙割除的部分不宜过大。
为减轻外挂墙板混凝土用量,在满足墙板承载力要求的前提下,对内叶墙板9采用密肋复合结构,肋的尺寸尽可能小,水平向、竖向分别平行,间距相等且不宜过大,内叶墙板的钢筋布置在密肋复合结构的各个框格肋,在混凝土框格之间填充加气混凝土/轻骨料混凝土4,连弯钢筋连接件3布置于框格肋上。
外挂墙板8的连接件3为连弯涂层钢筋连接件,所述连接件原材料为普通φ10、HPB300钢筋,通过钢筋弯折机制成w形状,施工时在其表面涂刷绝热涂层,在连接件满足力学能力的条件下,使外挂墙板具有良好的保温隔热性能,同时能够大大降低传统连接件带来的高昂成本。
预留槽5设置于内叶墙板9上侧,预留孔洞6设置于内叶墙板上侧壁,穿过预留槽,通向墙板外侧。在安装墙板时,将墙板挂在梁或柱的挂点上,通过销栓穿过预留孔洞和梁、柱的挂点上预留的孔洞达到固定效果,安装简单方便,提高施工效率。
本实用新型还提供了一种夹芯保温预制混凝土外挂墙板的生产方法,包括如下步骤:

Claims (7)
1.一种夹芯保温预制混凝土外挂墙板,其特征在于:包括外叶墙板、内叶墙板、保温板和连接件;
所述内叶墙板采用密肋复合结构形式,横向与纵向包括多条双向肋形成框格肋,框格肋之间设有轻质填充材料,使整个内叶墙形成一块平整的墙板;
所述保温板夹在内叶墙板和外叶墙板之间,所述外叶墙板为钢筋混凝土墙板,外叶墙板作为保温板的防护层,所述内叶墙板、保温板、外叶墙板通过连接件连接为一个整体,所述连接件采用带有绝热涂层的连弯涂层钢筋连接件;
所述内叶墙板设有两个预留槽,并设置两个孔洞,预留槽和孔洞位于内叶墙板上侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹芯保温预制混凝土外挂墙板,其特征在于:所述轻质填充材料为蒸压加气混凝土或轻骨料混凝土。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹芯保温预制混凝土外挂墙板,其特征在于:所述保温板采用XPS/EPS板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹芯保温预制混凝土外挂墙板,其特征在于:所述预留槽为矩形,所述孔洞为圆形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹芯保温预制混凝土外挂墙板,其特征在于:所述轻质填充材料为矩形,且每块填充材料尺寸相等。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹芯保温预制混凝土外挂墙板,其特征在于:所述连接件为尺寸φ10、强度HPB300的钢筋。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种夹芯保温预制混凝土外挂墙板,其特征在于:所述孔洞为供25mm连接销栓穿过的孔洞。
