Background
The plastic paint has the characteristics of high hardness, high gloss, high degree of fullness, good interlayer adhesion, easy construction and the like, is widely applied to the coating of products of plastic substrates, and can be divided into water-based plastic paint and traditional oil-based plastic paint.
The water paint is a paint which takes water as a diluent and does not contain an organic solvent. The water paint contains no benzene, formaldehyde and toxic metal, has no toxicity, no pungent smell, no harm to human body and no environmental pollution. In the current society which increasingly attaches importance to the safety and environmental protection indexes of the coating, the popularization of the water-based plastic paint is very beneficial to the reasonable utilization of resources and the improvement of environmental sanitation.
However, the drying speed of the traditional plastic paint is generally slow, and the popularization and the use of the traditional plastic paint are seriously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a plastic paint, a preparation method thereof and a plastic water paint. The plastic paint and the plastic water paint provided by the invention have obviously reduced drying time due to the specific composition.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

Preferably, the pH value of the methacrylic resin is 7-8, the viscosity is 1000-8000 cps, the density is 1.02-1.05 g/mL, the acid value is 50-70 mg KOH/g, and the hydroxyl value is 50-70 mg KOH/g.
Preferably, the acrylic modified polyurethane is 0535 type acrylic modified polyurethane.
Preferably, the epoxy-modified acrylic acid is 3442 type epoxy-modified acrylic acid.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is one or more of 805W, 2501, 2502, 2524 and 5100;
the dispersant is 760W;
the wetting agent is one or more of 5008, 5285, L45 and 245.

Preferably, the mixing time is 40-80 min.

The invention also provides a plastic water paint which comprises the plastic paint in the technical scheme or the plastic paint and water obtained by any preparation method in the technical scheme, wherein the mass ratio of the plastic paint to the water is 1 (0.1-0.5).
The invention provides a plastic paint, a preparation method thereof and a plastic water paint. The plastic paint provided by the invention comprises modified resin, a defoaming agent, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a film-forming assistant, a leveling agent, a thickening agent and water; the plastic water paint comprises plastic paint and water. The plastic paint and the plastic water paint provided by the invention adopt a specific composition formula, so that the drying time is obviously reduced. According to the results of the embodiment, the self-drying of the plastic paint and the plastic water paint can be carried out at room temperature, the surface drying time can reach 15min, the actual drying time can reach 40min, the thickness of the dry film is 10-12 μm, the glossiness of the dry film is 95 degrees, and the adhesive force reaches 0 level; the hardness of the coating film can reach HB after 3 hours, and can reach F after 12 hours.
Detailed Description
The invention provides a plastic paint which comprises the following components in parts by mass:
the modified resin comprises methacrylic resin, acrylic modified polyurethane and epoxy modified acrylic acid, and the mass ratio of the methacrylic resin to the acrylic modified polyurethane to the epoxy modified acrylic acid is (20-40): (30-50): (20-40).
The plastic paint provided by the invention comprises 70-80 parts by mass of modified resin, preferably 72-78 parts, and more preferably 74-76 parts. In the invention, the modified resin comprises methacrylic resin, acrylic modified polyurethane and epoxy modified acrylic acid, and the mass ratio of the methacrylic resin, the acrylic modified polyurethane and the epoxy modified acrylic acid is preferably (20-40): 30-50): 20-40, more preferably (25-35): 35-45): 25-35, and most preferably 30:40: 30.
The source of the methacrylic resin is not particularly limited in the present invention, and a commercially available methacrylic resin known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the methacrylic resin has an appearance of a light yellow transparent liquid, a non-volatile content of 51 ± 2 wt%, and a glass transition temperature Tg of 60 ℃; the pH value of the methacrylic resin is preferably 7-8; the viscosity (25 ℃, Brookfield, LVTNo.4, 60RPM) of the methacrylic resin is preferably 1000-8000 cps, more preferably 2000-6000 cps, and most preferably 4000-5000 cps; the density of the methacrylic resin is preferably 1.02-1.05 g/mL, and more preferably 1.03-1.04 g/mL; the acid value of the methacrylic resin is preferably 50-70 mg KOH/g, and more preferably 55-65 mg KOH/g; the hydroxyl value of the methacrylic resin is preferably 50-70 mg KOH/g, and more preferably 55-65 mg KOH/g. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the methacrylic resin is a commercially available methacrylic resin model 8750.
The source of the acrylic modified polyurethane is not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available acrylic modified polyurethane known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the specific embodiment of the invention, the acrylic modified polyurethane is 0535 type acrylic modified polyurethane.
The source of the epoxy-modified acrylic acid in the present invention is not particularly limited, and a commercially available epoxy-modified acrylic acid known to those skilled in the art may be used. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the epoxy modified acrylic acid is 3442 type epoxy modified acrylic acid.
In the present invention, the method for preparing the modified resin according to the above technical aspect preferably comprises the following steps:
mixing methacrylic resin, acrylic acid modified polyurethane and epoxy modified acrylic acid to obtain the modified resin.
The invention has no special requirements on the mixing sequence of the methacrylic resin, the acrylic modified polyurethane and the epoxy modified acrylic acid, and can be mixed according to any sequence.
In the present invention, the mixing is preferably performed under stirring conditions, and the stirring rate is preferably 600 to 800rpm, more preferably 650 to 750rpm, and most preferably 700 rpm. In the invention, the mixing temperature is preferably 40-60 ℃, more preferably 45-55 ℃, and most preferably 50 ℃; the mixing time is preferably 40-80 min, more preferably 50-70 min, and most preferably 60 min.
The plastic paint provided by the invention comprises 0.1-0.5 part by mass of a defoaming agent, preferably 0.2-0.4 part by mass, and more preferably 0.3 part by mass based on 70-80 parts by mass of the modified resin. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the antifoaming agent is preferably one or more of 805W, 2501, 2502, 2524 and 5100. In the present invention, 2501 is a commercially available silicone-containing aqueous emulsion defoaming agent, and 2502 and 2524 are commercially available silicone-containing aqueous defoaming agents.
The plastic paint provided by the invention comprises 0.2-0.5 part by mass of a dispersant, preferably 0.3-0.4 part by mass based on 70-80 parts by mass of the modified resin. In the present invention, the dispersant is preferably 760W.
The plastic paint provided by the invention comprises 0.5-1 part by mass of wetting agent, preferably 0.6-0.9 part by mass, and more preferably 0.7-0.8 part by mass based on 70-80 parts by mass of modified resin. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the wetting agent is preferably one or more commercially available wetting agents of type 5008, 5285, L45 and 245. In the invention, 5008 is carboxylate of unsaturated polyamide, and the amine density is 0.89-0.91 g/cm3Amine value is 20-24 mg KOH/g, acid value is 2-8 mg KOH/g, flash point is 25 ℃, and appearance is transparent brown yellow liquid; 5285 the ionic copolymer with an acidic end group has an acid value of 70-85 mg KOH/g.
The plastic paint provided by the invention comprises 6-9 parts by mass of a film-forming aid, preferably 7-8 parts by mass based on 70-80 parts by mass of the modified resin. In the present invention, the film-forming assistant is preferably dipropylene glycol methyl ether (DPM) and/or dipropylene glycol n-butyl ether (DPNB). In the invention, when the film-forming assistant preferably comprises DPM and DPNB at the same time, the mass ratio of DPM to DPNB is preferably (2.5-5.5): 2-4, and more preferably (3.5-4.5): 3.
The present invention is not limited to any particular source of DPM and DPNB, and commercially available DPM and DPNB known to those skilled in the art may be used.
The plastic paint provided by the invention comprises 0.1-0.5 part by mass of a leveling agent, preferably 0.2-0.4 part by mass, and more preferably 0.3 part by mass based on 70-80 parts by mass of the modified resin. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the leveling agent is preferably a wetting agent available in the market under one or more of 5008, 5285 and 245. In the invention, 5008 is carboxylate of unsaturated polyamide, and the amine density is 0.89-0.91 g/cm3Amine value is 20-24 mg KOH/g, acid value is 2-8 mg KOH/g, flash point is 25 ℃, and appearance is transparent brown yellow liquid; 5285 the ionic copolymer with an acidic end group has an acid value of 70-85 mg KOH/g.
The plastic paint provided by the invention comprises 0.1-0.5 part by mass of a thickening agent, preferably 0.2-0.4 part by mass, and more preferably 0.3 part by mass based on 70-80 parts by mass of the modified resin. In the present invention, the thickener is preferably a polyurethane-based thickener, more preferably a 299 thickener.
The plastic paint provided by the invention comprises 5-10 parts of water, preferably 6-8 parts of water based on 70-80 parts of modified resin by mass. In the present invention, the water is preferably deionized, distilled water or anion water. In the present invention, the anion water may be any commercially available anion water.
The plastic paint provided by the invention preferably further comprises 10-25 parts of pigment slurry by taking 70-80 parts by mass of the modified resin as a reference, and more preferably 15-20 parts. The invention has no special requirements on the types of the pigment slurry, and the pigment slurry for the plastic paint, which is well known by the technical personnel in the field, can be adopted; specifically, when a plastic paint with a specific color is to be obtained, color paste with the specific color is added.
In the present invention, the plastic paint is suitable for coating plastics in such a way that the fluidity of the paint is not high by rolling or brushing.
The invention provides a preparation method of the plastic paint in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:

The invention has no special requirements on the mixing sequence of the modified resin, the defoaming agent, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the film forming assistant, the flatting agent, the thickening agent and the water, and preferably, the modified resin, the defoaming agent, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the film forming assistant, the thickening agent and the water are mixed firstly, and finally, the flatting agent is added.
In the present invention, when the plastic paint preferably further comprises pigment paste, the present invention mixes the modifying resin, the antifoaming agent, the dispersing agent, the wetting agent, the film forming aid, the leveling agent, the thickener, the pigment paste and water to obtain the plastic paint.
In the present invention, the mixing is preferably performed under stirring conditions, and the stirring rate is preferably 600 to 800rpm, more preferably 650 to 750rpm, and most preferably 700 rpm. In the present invention, the temperature of the mixing is preferably room temperature; the mixing time is preferably 40-80 min, more preferably 50-70 min, and most preferably 60 min.
The invention also provides a plastic water paint which comprises the plastic paint in the technical scheme or the plastic paint and water obtained by any preparation method in the technical scheme. In the invention, the mass ratio of the plastic paint to the water is 1 (0.1-0.5), and preferably 1: 0.3. In the invention, when the plastic water paint is used, the plastic paint and water are directly mixed and then are uniformly stirred. In the invention, the plastic water paint is suitable for coating plastics in a mode of spraying and the like to ensure high paint fluidity.
In the invention, after the plastic paint and the plastic water paint are coated on the surface of the plastic, the thickness of a dry film is preferably 10-15 μm, and more preferably 12-13 μm. The self-drying of the plastic paint and the plastic water paint provided by the invention can be carried out at room temperature, and the preferable temperature is 20-25 ℃.
The plastic paint, the preparation method thereof and the plastic water paint provided by the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Mixing methacrylic resin (8750), acrylic modified polyurethane (0535) and epoxy modified acrylic acid (3442) according to the mass ratio of 30:40:30, and stirring at the rotating speed of 700rpm for 60min to obtain the modified resin.
70 parts by mass of modified resin, 0.3 part by mass of an antifoaming agent (805W), 0.2 part by mass of a dispersant (760W), 0.5 part by mass of a wetting agent (3772), 2.5 parts by mass of DPNB, 4 parts by mass of DPM, 0.3 part by mass of a leveling agent (410), 5 parts by mass of distilled water and 0.3 part by mass of a thickener (299) were mixed, and stirred at a rotation speed of 700rpm for 60 minutes to obtain a plastic paint.
And rolling and coating the plastic paint on the surface of the plastic plate to form the plastic paint coating. The surface drying time of the plastic paint coating is 15min, the actual drying time is 44min, the thickness of the dry film is 10 mu m, the glossiness of the dry film is 95 degrees, and the adhesive force reaches 0 level; the hardness of the coating film can reach HB after 3 hours, and can reach F after 12 hours.
Example 2
Mixing methacrylic resin (8750), acrylic modified polyurethane (0535) and epoxy modified acrylic acid (3442) according to the mass ratio of 32:38:30, and stirring at the rotating speed of 700rpm for 60min to obtain the modified resin.
75 parts by mass of modified resin, 0.3 part by mass of an antifoaming agent (901W), 0.4 part by mass of a dispersing agent (760W), 0.6 part by mass of a wetting agent (5008), 4 parts by mass of DPNB, 4 parts by mass of DPM, 0.3 part by mass of a leveling agent (3758), 10 parts by mass of distilled water and 0.3 part by mass of a thickener (299) were mixed, and stirred at a rotation speed of 700rpm for 60 minutes to obtain a plastic paint.
And uniformly mixing the plastic paint and water according to the mass ratio of 1:0.3 to obtain the plastic water paint.
And spraying the plastic water paint on the surface of the plastic plate to form the plastic water paint coating. The surface drying time of the plastic paint coating is 19min, the actual drying time is 43min, the thickness of the dry film is 11 mu m, the glossiness of the dry film is 95 degrees, and the adhesive force reaches 0 level; the hardness of the coating film can reach HB after 3 hours, and can reach F after 12 hours.
Example 3
Mixing methacrylic resin (8750), acrylic modified polyurethane (0535) and epoxy modified acrylic acid (3442) according to the mass ratio of 30:42:38, and stirring at the rotating speed of 700rpm for 60min to obtain the modified resin.
80 parts by mass of modified resin, 0.5 part by mass of an antifoaming agent (2501), 0.5 part by mass of a dispersant (760W), 0.8 part by mass of a wetting agent (5285), 5 parts by mass of DPNB, 3.5 parts by mass of DPM, 0.1 part by mass of a leveling agent (3251), 8 parts by mass of distilled water and 0.5 part by mass of a thickener (299) were mixed, and stirred at 800rpm for 50 minutes to obtain a plastic paint.
And uniformly mixing the plastic paint and water according to the mass ratio of 1:0.3 to obtain the plastic water paint.
And spraying the plastic water paint on the surface of the plastic plate to form the plastic water paint coating. The surface drying time of the plastic paint coating is 17min, the actual drying time is 40min, the thickness of the dry film is 12 mu m, the glossiness of the dry film is 95 degrees, and the adhesive force reaches 0 level; the hardness of the coating film can reach HB after 3 hours, and can reach F after 12 hours.
From the above examples, the present invention provides a plastic paint, a preparation method thereof and a plastic water paint. The plastic paint provided by the invention comprises modified resin, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent, a flatting agent, a thickening agent, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and water; the plastic water paint comprises plastic paint and water. The plastic paint and the plastic water paint provided by the invention adopt a specific composition formula, so that the drying time is obviously reduced. According to the results of the embodiment, the self-drying of the plastic paint and the plastic water paint can be carried out at room temperature, the surface drying time can reach 15min, the actual drying time can reach 40min, the thickness of the dry film is 10-12 μm, the glossiness of the dry film is 95 degrees, and the adhesive force reaches 0 level; the hardness of the coating film can reach HB after 3 hours, and can reach F after 12 hours.
