Abstract

The water-based electro-silvering material for the hub comprises the following components in parts by mass: 35-40 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion resin; 0.2-0.5 part of water-based amino resin; 1-2 parts of an aqueous adhesive; 0.5-0.8 part of aqueous neutralizer; 2-10 parts of a solvent; 0.2-0.3 part of wetting agent; 2-3 parts of water-based electroplating silver paste. The invention adds proper water-based chemical resistance auxiliary agent and proper water-based amino resin to form better synergistic effect with the water-based acrylic emulsion resin, obviously improves the water resistance, salt spray resistance and solvent resistance of the coating by adding the water-based chemical resistance auxiliary agent, and the product contains a large amount of substrate reaction groups and can easily perform crosslinking reaction with the hydroxyl of the water-based acrylic emulsion resin in the system.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water-based electrosilvering materials, and particularly relates to a water-based electrosilvering material for a hub and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the vigorous development of economy, people's demand for automobiles is also rapidly increased, and the automobile is one of the most convenient vehicles, so that the market development potential is huge. At present, the national environmental protection agency has strict and harsh requirements on the construction of coating spraying enterprises, strictly controls VOC emission, and also has a trend of changing from solvent-based baking paint to water-based baking paint in the coating of automobile hubs.
For the water-based electrosilvering applied to the wheel hub at present, more processes are adopted as a three-coating two-baking process flow, namely a special water-based black matrix is matched, a water-based electrosilvering coating is sprayed after the water-based black matrix is leveled at room temperature, and a powder gloss oil coating is sprayed after the water-based electrosilvering coating is dried. The following problems exist during the application process: after the water-based black matrix is leveled at room temperature, the appearance conditions of undercut, poor texture of electroplated metal, cracking, blooming, uneven paint film and the like are easy to appear when the water-based silver plating is sprayed, and the physical and chemical properties, the adhesion force with powder gloss oil recoating, the machinability and the water and salt fog resistance are poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a water-based electrosilvering material for a wheel hub and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the technical problems that after a water-based black matrix is leveled at room temperature, water-based electrosilvering is sprayed, the appearance conditions such as undercut, poor texture of electroplated metal, cracking, blooming, uneven paint film and the like are easy to occur, the physical and chemical properties are poor in adhesion with powder gloss oil recoating, poor machinability, poor water resistance and salt spray resistance and the like.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a water-based silver electroplating material for a hub, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 35-40 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion resin; 0.2-0.5 part of water-based amino resin; 1-2 parts of an aqueous adhesive; 0.5-0.8 part of aqueous neutralizer; 2-10 parts of a solvent; 0.2-0.3 part of wetting agent; 2-3 parts of water-based electroplating silver paste.
In another aspect, the invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based silver electroplating material for the wheel hub, which comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring the aqueous acrylic emulsion resin, the aqueous amino resin and the aqueous neutralizer to obtain a resin mixed solution; adding an aqueous adhesive, a cosolvent and a wetting agent into the resin mixed solution, and stirring and mixing to prepare a premixed solution; and adding aqueous electroplating silver paste into the premixed solution, and stirring and mixing to obtain the aqueous electroplating silver material for the wheel hub.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the proper water-based chemical resistance auxiliary agent and the proper water-based amino resin are added to form a better synergistic effect with the water-based acrylic emulsion resin, the water resistance, the salt spray resistance and the solvent resistance of the coating are obviously improved by adding the water-based chemical resistance auxiliary agent, and the product contains a large number of substrate reaction groups and can easily perform a crosslinking reaction with the hydroxyl of the water-based acrylic emulsion resin in a system. The addition of a small amount of the water-based amino resin does not influence the self electroplating metal texture of the water-based electroplated silver, and can perform a crosslinking reaction with the hydroxyl of the water-based acrylic emulsion resin, thereby improving the interlayer adhesion with the transparent powder coating and the problem that the machining process is easy to paint.

Stirring 35 parts of aqueous acrylic emulsion resin, 0.3 part of aqueous amino resin and 0.7 part of aqueous neutralizer for 20min at the rotating speed of 800 r/min; then adding 1.5 parts of aqueous adhesion agent, 2 parts of cosolvent, 0.2 part of wetting agent and deionized water, stirring and dispersing for 12min under the condition of 900r/min of rotating speed, and then adding 2.5 parts of aqueous electroplating silver paste, stirring for 16min under the condition of 800r/min of rotating speed.

Stirring 35 parts of aqueous acrylic emulsion resin, 0.8 part of aqueous amino resin and 3 parts of aqueous neutralizer for 25min at the rotating speed of 700 r/min; and then adding 5 parts of aqueous adhesion agent, 20 parts of cosolvent, 1.5 parts of wetting agent and deionized water, stirring and dispersing for 10min at the rotating speed of 800r/min, and then adding 5 parts of aqueous electroplating silver paste, and stirring for 15min at the rotating speed of 900 r/min.
Preparation of all samples for testing: the aluminum plate was 10cm x 5cm (thickness: 0.2mm) in size, the surface was degreased and polished, and after the aqueous electrolytic silver plating materials prepared in the above examples and comparative examples were sprayed, performance tests were performed, and the results are summarized in table 1.

As can be seen from the data in Table 1, analysis of a small amount of the aqueous acrylic emulsion resin has a great influence on the metallic texture and appearance of the electroplated silver; the poor adhesive force of a paint film can be caused by a small content of the water-based amino resin, the poor salt spray resistance can be also reduced, the metal texture of the paint film can be reduced by a large content of the water-based amino resin, the hardness of the paint film is high, and the paint jumping phenomenon can easily occur; the content of the neutralizer is low, so that the compatibility of the paint is poor, the storage property is reduced, the viscosity of the paint is increased due to the high content of the neutralizer, and the later construction is influenced; the content of the aqueous adhesive is too much, which can affect the hardness of a paint film and the metal texture; the content of the cosolvent is too high, so that the VOC of the paint is too high to meet the environmental protection requirement, and the content of the cosolvent is too low, so that the coloring rate and the wettability of the paint film are greatly influenced; the content of the wetting agent is too large, so that the repair coverage of a paint film is poor, and the content of the wetting agent is too small, so that the wettability of the paint is poor and the problem of shrinkage cavity is caused; the content of the aqueous electroplating silver paste is too much, so that the appearance color of a paint film is whitish, and the metal texture is reduced; the content of the aqueous electroplating silver paste is low, so that the appearance of a paint film is blackened, and the appearance effect is influenced. 35-38 parts of waterborne acrylic emulsion resin, 0.3-0.5 part of waterborne amino resin, 0.3-0.5 part of waterborne neutralizer, 1.5-2 parts of waterborne adhesive, 2-10 parts of cosolvent, 0.2-0.3 part of wetting agent, and 2.5 parts of waterborne electroplating silver paste, wherein the comprehensive effect of the waterborne electroplating silver is in the best scheme.
In conclusion, the invention forms better synergistic effect with the waterborne acrylic emulsion resin by adding a proper waterborne chemical resistance auxiliary agent and a proper waterborne amino resin, obviously improves the water resistance, the salt fog resistance and the solvent resistance of the coating by adding the waterborne chemical resistance auxiliary agent, and the product contains a large amount of substrate reaction groups and can easily carry out crosslinking reaction with the hydroxyl of the waterborne acrylic emulsion resin in the system. The addition of a small amount of the water-based amino resin does not influence the self electroplating metal texture of the water-based electroplated silver, and can perform a crosslinking reaction with the hydroxyl of the water-based acrylic emulsion resin, thereby improving the interlayer adhesion with the transparent powder coating and the problem that the machining process is easy to paint.
In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, many modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the content of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. An aqueous silver plating material for a hub, characterized in that,
the adhesive comprises the following components in parts by mass:
35-40 parts of water-based acrylic emulsion resin;
0.2-0.5 part of water-based amino resin;
1-2 parts of an aqueous adhesive;
0.5-0.8 part of aqueous neutralizer;
2-10 parts of a cosolvent;
0.2-0.3 part of wetting agent;
2-3 parts of water-based electroplating silver paste.
2. The aqueous silver electroplating material according to claim 1,
the solid content of the water-based acrylic emulsion resin is 11-13%, the pH value is 6.5-7.5, and the hydroxyl value is 0.4.
3. The aqueous silver electroplating material according to claim 1,
the water-based amino resin is a medium-activity tetramethyletherified amino resin.
4. The aqueous silver electroplating material according to claim 1,
the aqueous neutralizer is dimethylethanolamine.
5. The aqueous silver electroplating material according to claim 1,
the cosolvent is ethylene glycol butyl ether.
6. The aqueous silver electroplating material according to claim 1,
the aqueous adhesion agent is epoxy phosphate.
7. The aqueous silver electroplating material according to claim 1,
the wetting agent is a polyether modified organic silicon assistant.
8. A method for producing an aqueous electrolytic silver plating material for a wheel hub according to claim 1,
the method comprises the following steps:
mixing and stirring the aqueous acrylic emulsion resin, the aqueous amino resin and the aqueous neutralizer to obtain a resin mixed solution;
adding an aqueous adhesive, a cosolvent and a wetting agent into the resin mixed solution, and stirring and mixing to prepare a premixed solution;
and adding aqueous electroplating silver paste into the premixed solution, and stirring and mixing to obtain the aqueous electroplating silver material for the wheel hub.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the step of preparing the composition,
the stirring speed for preparing the resin mixed liquid is 600-800 r/min, and the stirring time is 20-30 min.
10. The method according to claim 8, wherein the step of preparing the composition,
the stirring speed for preparing the resin mixed liquid is 800-1000 r/min, and the stirring time is 10-20 min.
