3. The aqueous base material for a wheel hub as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the solid content of the water-based polyester resin is 70%, the hydroxyl content of the water-based polyester resin is 1-2%, and the pH value of the water-based polyester resin is 8.0-9.0.
4. The aqueous base material for a wheel hub as claimed in claim 2, wherein,
the aqueous dispersant includes a modified polyacrylic acid polymer.
5. The aqueous base material for a wheel hub as claimed in claim 2, wherein,
the metal compound includes titanium dioxide.
6. The aqueous base material for a wheel hub as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the filler comprises: talc and barium sulfate.
7. The aqueous base material for a wheel hub as claimed in claim 1, wherein,
the defoamer comprises a modified polyether siloxane copolymer emulsion;
the leveling agent comprises an acrylate leveling agent;
the salt spray resistant auxiliary agent comprises a silane coupling agent;
the anti-settling agent comprises hydrophobic polyamide wax.
8. A method for preparing an aqueous base material for a hub, comprising:
stirring water-based polyester resin, water-based amino resin, water-based pigment slurry, a filler, a defoaming agent, a salt spray resistant auxiliary agent and a flatting agent for 10-30 min at the rotating speed of 600-800 r/min;
adding an anti-settling agent, and stirring and dispersing for 20-30 min at the rotating speed of 800-1000 r/min;
adding a proper amount of deionized water, adjusting the viscosity, and stirring for 20-25 min at the rotating speed of 800-1000 r/min.
