本发明公开了一种环保丙烯酸改性聚氨酯磁漆,它是由以下原料及其质量份数组成:氨基树脂,20‑30份;丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂,50‑60份;铝粉,10‑20份;二氧化钛,5‑10份;硅藻土,2‑5份;甲基纤维素,5‑8份;稳定剂,1‑3份;流平剂,5‑8份;增稠剂,1‑1.5份;乳化剂,0.5‑1份;去离子水,50‑60份。本发明制备的磁漆以丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂配合铝粉作为主要成分,可有效提升磁漆漆膜硬度,组成成分设计合理,以去离子水为溶剂进行稀释,代替有机溶剂,对环境友好,提高耐磨性能,且附着力强、延展性好、耐高温、使用寿命长,有效改善生产环境,有利于工人身体健康。

本发明涉及一种环保丙烯酸改性聚氨酯磁漆,属于磁漆技术领域。
背景技术
随着市场上对工业机械设备、五金家电、农用机械等金属基材表面硬度要求的升高,现有的磁漆的漆膜硬度已逐渐无法满足使用要求。
磁漆又名瓷漆,英文enamel。是以清漆为基料,加入颜料研磨制成的,涂层干燥后呈磁光色彩而涂膜坚硬,常用的有酚醛磁漆和醇酸磁漆两类,适合于金属窗纱网格等。以醇酸树脂为主,按各种品种的要求加入所需的颜料及助剂等,研磨而成;主要特点是:具有良好的光泽、耐候性、耐水性,附着力强,能经受气候的强烈变化。用途:金属、木质,各种车辆机械仪表及水上钢铁构件船舶。
磁漆是一种高附着力,高防腐的油漆品种,常用于钢结构防腐底漆、湿热、水下环境面漆、镀锌钢构件、不锈钢底漆、外墙封闭底漆等。磁漆是双组份油漆,常温施工,低于5℃不宜施工。具有双组份油漆所特有的熟化阶段和适用期。即配置好的双组份油漆需要再一定时期内用完。超出适用期的油漆即使再加稀释剂也不宜使用。

为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种环保丙烯酸改性聚氨酯磁漆,它是由以下原料及其质量份数组成:氨基树脂,20-30份;丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂,50-60份;铝粉,10-20份;二氧化钛,5-10份;硅藻土,2-5份;甲基纤维素,5-8份;稳定剂,1-3份;流平剂,5-8份;增稠剂,1-1.5份;乳化剂,0.5-1份;去离子水,50-60份。
进一步优化的,它是由以下原料及其质量份数组成:氨基树脂,25份;丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂,58份;铝粉,15份;二氧化钛,8份;硅藻土,3份;甲基纤维素,6份;稳定剂,1.5份;流平剂,6.5份;增稠剂,1份;乳化剂,1份;去离子水,60份。
本发明有益技术效果:本发明制备的磁漆以丙烯酸改性聚氨酯树脂配合铝粉作为主要成分,可有效提升磁漆漆膜硬度,组成成分设计合理,以去离子水为溶剂进行稀释,代替有机溶剂,对环境友好,提高耐磨性能,且附着力强、延展性好、耐高温、使用寿命长,有效改善生产环境,有利于工人身体健康。辊涂成型快干的辊涂工 艺代替喷涂工艺,涂装时塑胶漆的利用度能达到90%以上,减少了空气中的挥发和浪费,环保效果好。
