本发明公开了一种抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液100‑120份,复合填料15‑17份,十二碳醇酯3‑5份,十二烷基硫酸钠1‑2份,琥珀酸酯磺酸钠1‑2份,消泡剂0.2‑0.4份,甘油0.3‑0.5份,润湿剂H‑140 0.2‑0.3份,聚乙烯醇0.3‑0.4份,聚丙烯酰胺0.1‑0.2份,流平剂0.2‑0.4份,γ‑(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷1‑2份,水18‑22份。本发明具有良好的强度、韧性、抗冲击性和抗静电性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料。
背景技术
涂料分为水性涂料和油性涂料,水性涂料由于具有环保、对人体伤害小等优点而被广泛应用。以丙烯酸为主要成分的水性涂料价格便宜,粘附性好,不易变色,常被用于家具的装饰,但是其机械性能较低,且城市灰尘较大,容易静电吸附,影响家具的美观和清洁度。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,本发明具有良好的强度、韧性、抗冲击性和抗静电性能。
本发明提出的一种抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液100-120份,复合填料15-17份,十二碳醇酯3-5份,十二烷基硫酸钠1-2份,琥珀酸酯磺酸钠1-2份,消泡剂0.2-0.4份,甘油0.3-0.5份,润湿剂H-140 0.2-0.3份,聚乙烯醇0.3-0.4份,聚丙烯酰胺0.1-0.2份,流平剂0.2-0.4份,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2份,水18-22份。
优选地,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程中,向丙烯酸酯乳液中加入改性蒙脱土,升温至30-40℃,超声并搅拌40-60min,接续超声1-2h得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液。
优选地,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程中,丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为30-36wt%。
优选地,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程中,改性蒙脱土为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土。
优选地,丙烯酸酯乳液与改性蒙脱土的重量比为22-30:1-1.3。
优选地,复合填料的原料为改性碳纳米管、改性碳纤维、轻质碳酸钙。
优选地,改性碳纳米管、改性碳纤维、轻质碳酸钙的重量比为0.5-1:0.5-1:4-6。
优选地,改性碳纳米管为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性羧基化碳纳米管。
优选地,改性碳纤维为γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性碳纤维。
优选地,消泡剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷。
上述水均为去离子水。
按本领域常用技术手段制备抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料。
本发明选用改性蒙脱土与丙烯酸酯乳液均匀分散,并经搅拌超声处理,丙烯酸酯可以插层进入蒙脱土层间并剥离蒙脱土片层,使蒙脱土片层与丙烯酸酯均匀分散,从而增加本发明的强度、韧性和抗冲击性能;蒙脱土上接枝有碳碳双键,碳纳米管和碳纤维经改性后可均匀分散在丙烯酸酯溶液中,且均含有碳碳双键,可与含有碳碳双键的蒙脱土片层缩合,形成交联网络,碳纳米管和碳纤维具有良好的强度、韧性和抗冲击性,蒙脱土片层、碳纳米管、碳纤维与聚丙烯酸酯溶液相互配合,可以大大增加本发明的强度、韧性、抗冲击性等机械性能;适量的碳纳米管和碳纤维相互配合,可以大大增加本发明的抗静电性能;轻质碳酸钙可以进一步增加本发明的抗冲击性能;十二碳醇酯可以增加本发明的成膜性;十二烷基硫酸钠、琥珀酸酯磺酸钠、甘油、润湿剂H-140、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷相互配合,促进各物质均匀分散;消泡剂、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酰胺、流平剂相互配合,增加本发明的流变性、稳定性;γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷和改性丙烯酸酯乳液相互配合,可以进一步增加本发明和被涂物的粘结性;上述各物质相互配合使得本发明具有良好的强度、韧性、抗冲击性和抗静电性能。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液110份,复合填料16份,十二碳醇酯4份,十二烷基硫酸钠1.5份,琥珀酸酯磺酸钠1.5份,消泡剂0.3份,甘油0.4份,润湿剂H-140 0.25份,聚乙烯醇0.35份,聚丙烯酰胺0.15份,流平剂0.3份,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.5份,水20份。
实施例2
一种抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液100份,复合填料17份,十二碳醇酯3份,十二烷基硫酸钠2份,琥珀酸酯磺酸钠1份,消泡剂0.4份,甘油0.3份,润湿剂H-140 0.3份,聚乙烯醇0.3份,聚丙烯酰胺0.2份,流平剂0.2份,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷2份,水18份;
其中,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程中,向固含量为36wt%丙烯酸酯乳液中加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土,升温至30℃,超声并搅拌60min,接续超声1h得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液,其中,丙烯酸酯乳液与乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土的重量比为30:1。
实施例3
一种抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液120份,复合填料15份,十二碳醇酯5份,十二烷基硫酸钠1份,琥珀酸酯磺酸钠2份,消泡剂0.2份,甘油0.5份,润湿剂H-140 0.2份,聚乙烯醇0.4份,聚丙烯酰胺0.1份,流平剂0.4份,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷1份,水22份;
其中,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程中,向固含量为30wt%丙烯酸酯乳液中加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土,升温至40℃,超声并搅拌40min,接续超声2h得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液,其中,丙烯酸酯乳液与乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土的重量比为22:1.3;
复合填料的原料为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性羧基化碳纳米管、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性碳纤维、轻质碳酸钙,其中,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性羧基化碳纳米管、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性碳纤维、轻质碳酸钙的重量比为0.5:1:4。
实施例4
一种抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液105份,复合填料16.5份,十二碳醇酯3.5份,十二烷基硫酸钠1.8份,琥珀酸酯磺酸钠1.3份,消泡剂0.35份,甘油0.35份,润湿剂H-140 0.28份,聚乙烯醇0.33份,聚丙烯酰胺0.18份,流平剂0.25份,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.8份,水19份;
其中,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程中,向固含量为35wt%丙烯酸酯乳液中加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土,升温至32℃,超声并搅拌55min,接续超声1.3h得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液,其中,丙烯酸酯乳液与乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土的重量比为28:1.1;
复合填料的原料为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性羧基化碳纳米管、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性碳纤维、轻质碳酸钙,其中,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性羧基化碳纳米管、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性碳纤维、轻质碳酸钙的重量比为1:0.5:6;
消泡剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷。
实施例5
一种抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液115份,复合填料15.5份,十二碳醇酯4.5份,十二烷基硫酸钠1.2份,琥珀酸酯磺酸钠1.7份,消泡剂0.25份,甘油0.45份,润湿剂H-140 0.22份,聚乙烯醇0.37份,聚丙烯酰胺0.12份,流平剂0.35份,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷1.2份,水21份;
其中,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程中,向固含量为31wt%丙烯酸酯乳液中加入乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土,升温至38℃,超声并搅拌45min,接续超声1.7h得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液,其中,丙烯酸酯乳液与乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土的重量比为24:1.2;
复合填料的原料为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性羧基化碳纳米管、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性碳纤维、轻质碳酸钙,其中,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性羧基化碳纳米管、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性碳纤维、轻质碳酸钙的重量比为0.7:0.7:5;
消泡剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷。

1.一种抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液100-120份,复合填料15-17份,十二碳醇酯3-5份,十二烷基硫酸钠1-2份,琥珀酸酯磺酸钠1-2份,消泡剂0.2-0.4份,甘油0.3-0.5份,润湿剂H-140 0.2-0.3份,聚乙烯醇0.3-0.4份,聚丙烯酰胺0.1-0.2份,流平剂0.2-0.4份,γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2份,水18-22份。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程中,向丙烯酸酯乳液中加入改性蒙脱土,升温至30-40℃,超声并搅拌40-60min,接续超声1-2h得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液。
3.根据权利要求2所述抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程中,丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为30-36wt%。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其特征在于,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液的制备过程中,改性蒙脱土为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性蒙脱土。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一项所述抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其特征在于,丙烯酸酯乳液与改性蒙脱土的重量比为22-30:1-1.3。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其特征在于,复合填料的原料为改性碳纳米管、改性碳纤维、轻质碳酸钙。
7.根据权利要求6所述抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其特征在于,改性碳纳米管、改性碳纤维、轻质碳酸钙的重量比为0.5-1:0.5-1:4-6。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其特征在于,改性碳纳米管为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷改性羧基化碳纳米管。
9.根据权利要求6-8任一项所述抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其特征在于,改性碳纤维为γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷改性碳纤维。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述抗静电丙烯酸酯水性涂料,其特征在于,消泡剂为聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷。
