本发明选用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和钠基蒙脱土进行反应,将γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷接枝到蒙脱土上得到物料A,增加了蒙脱土和丙烯酸酯类物质的相容性,使二者能均匀分散,并且在蒙脱土表面引入了氨基,通过超声使得物料A粉碎成细小颗粒,进一步促进蒙脱土和丙烯酸酯类物质均匀分散,使用超声波细胞粉碎机超声物料A,可使物料A粉碎成粒径更小的颗粒,进一步促进蒙脱土和丙烯酸酯类物质均匀分散;丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、细小颗粒的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷接枝蒙脱土在过硫酸铵的作用下发生碳碳双键缩合反应形成聚合物,并且丙烯酸中的羧基和接枝在蒙脱土上的氨基可以发生键合,从而使得粉碎成细小颗粒的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷接枝蒙脱土和聚合物连接在一起,并且通过复杂的层层组合形成蒙脱土与丙烯酸酯类物质交替连接的层状结构,从而大大增加了本发明韧性和抗冲击性能;蒙脱土本身具有层状结构,具有良好的耐高温性能、抗冲击性能、保温性能,丙烯酸酯类物质可以穿插进入蒙脱土的层状结构中,进一步增加本发明的韧性和抗冲击性,蒙脱土的层状结构和上述的蒙脱土与丙烯酸酯类物质交替连接形成的层状结构相互配合,可以进一步增加本发明的韧性和抗冲击性,并能增加本发明的耐高温性和保温性能;羧基化多壁碳纳米管与改性丙烯酸酯乳液共混,可以进一步增加本发明的韧性和抗冲击性;高岭土、碳酸钙为填料,能增加本发明的抗冲击等机械性能和耐磨性,降低本发明的成本;聚乙二醇400、十二烷基磺酸钠、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、润湿剂Wet265、流平剂相互作用,可以促进各物质均匀分散,增加本发明的稳定性和机械性能;防腐剂可以增加本发明防腐防霉性能;丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯为成膜助剂,增加本发明的成膜性;聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇为增稠剂,上述各物质相互配合,可以增加本发明的抗冲击性、韧性、耐磨性。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液90份,水9份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4份,羧基化多壁碳纳米管2份,高岭土11份,碳酸钙6.5份,聚乙二醇4003.5份,十二烷基磺酸钠1.5份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.03份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.06份,润湿剂Wet2650.2份,流平剂0.2份,聚丙烯酰胺0.15份,聚乙烯醇0.25份,防腐剂0.05份;
其中,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备过程中,将钠基蒙脱土加入甲苯中混匀,通入氮气,升温,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,升温,保温搅拌,过滤取滤饼,干燥粉碎得到物料A;将物料A加入水中混匀,超声得到溶液B;向溶液B中滴加丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水的混合溶液,调节pH=7.7,通入氮气,升温,保温搅拌,调节pH=6.8,得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液。
实施例2
一种抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液80份,水10份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3份,羧基化多壁碳纳米管3份,高岭土10份,碳酸钙8份,聚乙二醇4003份,十二烷基磺酸钠2份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.02份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.07份,润湿剂Wet2650.1份,流平剂0.3份,聚丙烯酰胺0.1份,聚乙烯醇0.3份,防腐剂0.04份;
其中,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备过程中,将钠基蒙脱土加入甲苯中混匀,通入氮气,升温至80℃,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,升温至90℃,保温搅拌5h,过滤取滤饼,干燥粉碎至200目得到物料A,其中,钠基蒙脱土、甲苯、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的重量比为2:45:21;将物料A加入水中混匀,超声1h得到溶液B,其中,物料A和水的重量比为1:10;向溶液B中滴加丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水的混合溶液,用醋酸钠调节pH=8,通入氮气,升温至70℃,保温搅拌6h,用醋酸调节pH=6.5,得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液,其中,丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水、溶液B的重量比为20:10:15:4:1:25:30:10。
实施例3
一种抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液100份,水8份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5份,羧基化多壁碳纳米管1份,高岭土12份,碳酸钙5份,聚乙二醇4004份,十二烷基磺酸钠1份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.04份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.05份,润湿剂Wet2650.3份,流平剂0.1份,聚丙烯酰胺0.2份,聚乙烯醇0.2份,防腐剂0.06份;
其中,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备过程中,将钠基蒙脱土加入甲苯中混匀,通入氮气,升温至70℃,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,升温至110℃,保温搅拌3h,过滤取滤饼,干燥粉碎至300目得到物料A,其中,钠基蒙脱土、甲苯、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的重量比为1:85:10;将物料A加入水中混匀,经超声波细胞粉碎机超声2h得到溶液B,其中,物料A和水的重量比为1:38;向溶液B中滴加丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水的混合溶液,用醋酸钠调节pH=7.5,通入氮气,升温至80℃,保温搅拌4h,用醋酸调节pH=7,得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液,其中,丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水、溶液B的重量比为30:30:20:10:1:60:40:25。
实施例4
一种抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液85份,水9.5份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3.5份,羧基化多壁碳纳米管2.5份,高岭土10.5份,碳酸钙7份,聚乙二醇4003.2份,十二烷基磺酸钠1.7份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.025份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.065份,润湿剂Wet2650.15份,流平剂0.25份,聚丙烯酰胺0.13份,聚乙烯醇0.28份,防腐剂0.045份;
其中,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备过程中,将钠基蒙脱土加入甲苯中混匀,通入氮气,升温至78℃,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,升温至95℃,保温搅拌4.5h,过滤取滤饼,干燥粉碎至200目得到物料A,其中,钠基蒙脱土、甲苯、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的重量比为1.7:60:18;将物料A加入水中混匀,超声1.2h得到溶液B,其中,物料A和水的重量比为9:130;向溶液B中滴加丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水的混合溶液,3h内滴加完毕,滴加过程中不断搅拌,用醋酸钠调节pH=7.8,通入氮气,升温至72℃,保温搅拌5.5h,用醋酸调节pH=6.7,得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液,其中,丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水、溶液B的重量比为37:22:28:8.5:1.7:52:55:21。
实施例5
一种抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液95份,水8.5份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4.5份,羧基化多壁碳纳米管1.5份,高岭土11.5份,碳酸钙6份,聚乙二醇4003.8份,十二烷基磺酸钠1.3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.035份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.055份,润湿剂Wet2650.25份,流平剂0.15份,聚丙烯酰胺0.17份,聚乙烯醇0.22份,防腐剂0.055份;
其中,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备过程中,将钠基蒙脱土加入甲苯中混匀,通入氮气,升温至72℃,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,升温至105℃,保温搅拌3.5h,过滤取滤饼,干燥粉碎至250目得到物料A,其中,钠基蒙脱土、甲苯、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的重量比为1.3:70:13;将物料A加入水中混匀,经超声波细胞粉碎机超声1.8h得到溶液B,其中,物料A和水的重量比为3:80;向溶液B中滴加丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水的混合溶液,3h内滴加完毕,滴加过程中不断搅拌,用醋酸钠调节pH=7.6,通入氮气,升温至78℃,保温搅拌4.5h,用醋酸调节pH=6.9,得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液,其中,丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水、溶液B的重量比为33:28:22:9.5:1.3:58:45:23。

1.一种抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液80-100份,水8-10份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3-5份,羧基化多壁碳纳米管1-3份,高岭土10-12份,碳酸钙5-8份,聚乙二醇4003-4份,十二烷基磺酸钠1-2份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.02-0.04份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.05-0.07份,润湿剂Wet2650.1-0.3份,流平剂0.1-0.3份,聚丙烯酰胺0.1-0.2份,聚乙烯醇0.2-0.3份,防腐剂0.04-0.06份;
其中,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备过程中,将钠基蒙脱土加入甲苯中混匀,通入氮气,升温,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,升温,保温搅拌,过滤取滤饼,干燥粉碎得到物料A;将物料A加入水中混匀,超声得到溶液B;向溶液B中滴加丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水的混合溶液,调节pH=7.5-8,通入氮气,升温,保温搅拌,调节pH=6.5-7,得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液85-95份,水8.5-9.5份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3.5-4.5份,羧基化多壁碳纳米管1.5-2.5份,高岭土10.5-11.5份,碳酸钙6-7份,聚乙二醇4003.2-3.8份,十二烷基磺酸钠1.3-1.7份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.025-0.035份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.055-0.065份,润湿剂Wet2650.15-0.25份,流平剂0.15-0.25份,聚丙烯酰胺0.13-0.17份,聚乙烯醇0.22-0.28份,防腐剂0.045-0.055份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性丙烯酸酯乳液90份,水9份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4份,羧基化多壁碳纳米管2份,高岭土11份,碳酸钙6.5份,聚乙二醇4003.5份,十二烷基磺酸钠1.5份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.03份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚0.06份,润湿剂Wet2650.2份,流平剂0.2份,聚丙烯酰胺0.15份,聚乙烯醇0.25份,防腐剂0.05份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备过程中,将钠基蒙脱土加入甲苯中混匀,通入氮气,升温至70-80℃,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,升温至90-110℃,保温搅拌3-5h,过滤取滤饼,干燥粉碎至200-300目得到物料A;将物料A加入水中混匀,超声1-2h得到溶液B;向溶液B中滴加丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水的混合溶液,用醋酸钠调节pH=7.5-8,通入氮气,升温至70-80℃,保温搅拌4-6h,用醋酸调节pH=6.5-7,得到改性丙烯酸酯乳液。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备过程中,溶液B中,将物料A加入水中混匀,经超声波细胞粉碎机超声1-2h得到溶液B。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备过程中,向溶液B中滴加丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水的混合溶液,3h内滴加完毕,滴加过程中不断搅拌。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备过程中,物料A中,钠基蒙脱土、甲苯、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的重量比为1-2:45-85:10-21。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备过程中,溶液B中,物料A和水的重量比为1-2:20-38。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述抗冲击水性丙烯酸酯涂料,其特征在于,在改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备过程中,丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、过硫酸铵、乙醇、水、溶液B的重量比为30-40:20-30:20-30:8-10:1-2:50-60:40-60:20-25。
