Background
In the production process of the mobile phone, a plurality of auxiliary materials are required to be attached to the mobile phone, and the current auxiliary material attaching mode mostly adopts manual operation, so that the operation is frequent, and the attaching quality cannot be ensured. At present, some auxiliary material pasting machines exist in the market, however, most of the auxiliary material pasting machines are blind pasting equipment without detection function, whether the supplied materials are good or bad or not, whether the position degree is correct or not is judged, and a large number of reject ratio can be caused as a result.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an auxiliary material pasting machine which can judge the quality of auxiliary materials and accurately paste the auxiliary materials with qualified quality to the corresponding positions of products.
The auxiliary material sticking machine comprises a machine table, wherein a discharging mechanism, a stripping mechanism and a receiving mechanism are fixedly arranged on the machine table, the discharging mechanism is used for discharging materials, a material belt passes through the stripping mechanism and is fixed on the receiving mechanism, and the stripping mechanism is used for stripping the material belt to expose auxiliary materials; the machine table is also provided with a film sticking mechanism, an auxiliary material quality and position detection system and a bad auxiliary material placing table; the film pasting mechanism is characterized in that an auxiliary pasting head is arranged at the bottom of the film pasting mechanism and used for sucking auxiliary materials, a jacking mechanism is further arranged on the machine table, a product mounting table is arranged on the jacking mechanism, the auxiliary pasting head is opposite to the jacking mechanism when auxiliary pasting auxiliary materials, and the auxiliary pasting head movement area covers the stripping mechanism, the auxiliary material quality and position detection system and the position of the poor auxiliary material placing table.
Preferably, the auxiliary material quality and position detection system comprises a fixed seat, wherein detection and imaging equipment is arranged on one side of the bottom of the fixed seat, and a light source is arranged at the position, opposite to the detection and imaging equipment, of the top of the fixed seat.
Preferably, a sliding groove is formed in the side face of the fixing seat from top to bottom, and the detection and imaging device is arranged in the sliding groove.
Preferably, the discharging mechanism comprises a discharging disc rotating around a rotating shaft, a stop block is arranged on the outer side of the discharging disc, and the stop block is fixed through a handle.
Preferably, the machine is further provided with an operation screen, and a first control system electrically connected with the film pasting mechanism is arranged inside the operation screen.
Preferably, a visual display screen is further arranged on the machine, and a second control system electrically connected with the auxiliary material quality and position detection system is arranged inside the visual display screen.
Preferably, the machine is further provided with a mouse placing table, a mouse is placed on the mouse placing table, and the mouse is electrically connected with the second control system and used for controlling the visual display screen to display the quality of auxiliary materials and the position checked by the position detection system.
The working method of the auxiliary material sticking machine comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing a disc-shaped material belt on a discharging mechanism, enabling the free end of the material belt to pass through a stripping mechanism and be fixed on a receiving mechanism, and continuously stripping the material belt by the stripping mechanism along with the rotation of the receiving mechanism to expose auxiliary materials, so that auxiliary material sticking heads can absorb the auxiliary materials;
secondly, after the auxiliary material is sucked by the auxiliary material pasting head, the auxiliary material pasting head moves to the position of an auxiliary material quality and position detection system, and the auxiliary material quality and position detection system firstly detects whether the auxiliary material quality is qualified or not;
thirdly, if the auxiliary materials are unqualified, the auxiliary materials are placed on a poor auxiliary material placing table by attaching an auxiliary material head;
fourth, if the auxiliary materials are qualified, the auxiliary material quality and position detection system detects the position of the auxiliary materials on the auxiliary material attaching head, then the position information is sent to the control system of the film attaching mechanism, the control system of the film attaching mechanism controls the auxiliary material attaching head to move, the auxiliary materials are moved to the relative position of the auxiliary material attaching position on the product, and then the auxiliary materials are pressed down, so that the auxiliary material attaching is completed.
The invention has the advantages that: the auxiliary material quality and position detection system is arranged in the auxiliary material automatic detection device, so that the quality of the auxiliary material can be automatically detected, if the quality is qualified, the position of the auxiliary material is judged, the auxiliary material is attached to a product, and the yield of the product is improved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "mounted" or "disposed" on another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected to" another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
In the first embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, an auxiliary material sticking machine comprises a machine table 11, wherein a discharging mechanism 4, a stripping mechanism 5 and a receiving mechanism 6 are fixedly arranged on the machine table 11, the discharging mechanism 4 is used for discharging materials, a material belt passes through the stripping mechanism 5 and is fixed on the receiving mechanism 6, and the stripping mechanism 6 is used for stripping the material belt to expose auxiliary materials; the machine table 11 is also provided with a film pasting mechanism 9, an auxiliary material quality and position detection system 8 and a bad auxiliary material placing table 7; the film pasting mechanism 9 is characterized in that an auxiliary pasting head 12 is arranged at the bottom of the film pasting mechanism 9, the auxiliary pasting head 12 is used for absorbing auxiliary materials, a jacking mechanism 10 is further arranged on the machine table 11, a product mounting table (used for mounting auxiliary material products to be pasted) is arranged on the jacking mechanism 10, the auxiliary pasting head 12 is opposite to the jacking mechanism 10 when auxiliary materials are pasted, and a motion area of the auxiliary pasting head 12 covers the positions of the stripping mechanism 6, the auxiliary material quality and position detection system 8 and the bad auxiliary material placing table 7.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the auxiliary material quality and position detecting system 8 includes a fixing base 801, a detecting and imaging device 802 is disposed on one side of the bottom of the fixing base 801, and a light source 803 is disposed at a position of the top of the fixing base 801 opposite to the detecting and imaging device 802. The detection and imaging device 802 may detect and feed back the quality and position of the patch on the patch head via the light source 803.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, a sliding groove 804 is disposed at a side of the fixing base 801 from top to bottom, and the detecting and imaging device 802 is disposed in the sliding groove 804. The detection and imaging device 802 may slide in the slide slot 804 to adjust the imaging position of the detection and imaging device 802.
In the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the discharging mechanism 4 comprises a discharging disc 402 rotating around a rotating shaft 401, a stop block 403 is arranged on the outer side of the discharging disc, and the stop block is fixed by a handle 404. The stopper 403 is fixed to the rotation shaft 401 by the handle 404, thereby fixing the tray 402.
The invention has double stations, i.e. the discharge tray 402 has two rows of double discharge belts and the auxiliary material pasting heads 12.
In the invention, the machine is also provided with the operation screen 3, and a first control system electrically connected with the film pasting mechanism is arranged in the operation screen 3.
In the invention, the machine is also provided with the visual display screen 2, and a second control system electrically connected with the auxiliary material quality and position detection system is arranged in the visual display screen 2.
In the invention, the machine is also provided with the mouse placing table 1, the mouse placing table 1 is provided with a mouse, and the mouse is electrically connected with the second control system and is used for controlling the quality of the auxiliary materials displayed by the visual display screen and the position checked by the position detection system.
The film pasting mechanism is a numerical control module, and is matched with an instruction to move the auxiliary material pasting head to any position in the range along the XYZ direction, so that the position is accurate, and the adjustment is convenient.
The working method of the auxiliary material pasting machine comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing a disc-shaped material belt on a discharging mechanism, enabling the free end of the material belt to pass through a stripping mechanism and be fixed on a receiving mechanism, and continuously stripping the material belt by the stripping mechanism along with the rotation of the receiving mechanism to expose auxiliary materials, so that auxiliary material sticking heads can absorb the auxiliary materials;
secondly, after the auxiliary material is sucked by the auxiliary material pasting head, the auxiliary material pasting head moves to the position of an auxiliary material quality and position detection system, and the auxiliary material quality and position detection system firstly detects whether the auxiliary material quality is qualified or not;
thirdly, if the auxiliary materials are unqualified, the auxiliary materials are placed on a poor auxiliary material placing table by attaching an auxiliary material head;
fourth, if the auxiliary material quality and position detection system detects the position of the auxiliary material on the auxiliary material attaching head, then the position information is sent to the control system of the film attaching mechanism, the control system of the film attaching mechanism controls the auxiliary material attaching head to move, the auxiliary material is moved to the relative position of the auxiliary material attaching position on the product (instead of the position of the auxiliary material attaching head opposite to the auxiliary material attaching position on the product), and then the auxiliary material attaching head is pressed down, so that the auxiliary material attaching is completed.
