Abstract

本发明公开了一种座椅,包括座椅底板、软垫以及底架组件,所述软垫设置在所述座椅底板上,所述座椅底板通过所述底架组件与车架连接,所述座椅底板一体化注塑成型。本发明中的座椅底板为一体化注塑成型。软垫设置在座椅底板上即可形成完整的座椅。相较于现有技术中对靠背和底座进行分别加工,之后再对靠背和底座进行装配的加工方式,本发明中座椅底板的加工工序简单,从而提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。本发明还公开了一种具有上述座椅的全地形车。

全地形车及其座椅
技术领域
本发明涉及全地形车领域,更具体地说,涉及一种全地形车及其座椅。
背景技术
座椅通常包括座椅底板和软垫。软垫设置在座椅底板上。座椅底板包括靠背和底座两部分,在生产的过程中,是对靠背和底座进行分别加工,之后将靠背和底座装配为一体。该种生产方式的工序繁琐,效率低。
因此,如何简化座椅的加工工序,从而提高生产效率,降低生产成本,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的关键性问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种座椅,该座椅的加工工序简单,生产效率高,生产成本低。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种座椅,包括座椅底板、软垫以及底架组件,所述软垫设置在所述座椅底板上,所述座椅底板通过所述底架组件与车架连接,所述座椅底板一体化注塑成型。
优选地,所述座椅底板上设置有透气孔。
优选地,所述软垫通过螺钉与所述座椅底板连接。
优选地,所述软垫包括靠背垫和座垫,所述靠背垫包括靠背右侧软垫、靠背左侧软垫、靠背中间软垫。
优选地,所述靠背垫和所述座垫通过PU自结皮工艺制得。
优选地,所述底架组件包括:
滑轨,所述滑轨倾斜设置,所述滑轨的一端高于另一端,所述滑轨与所述车架连接;
设置于所述滑轨上,且与所述滑轨适配的滑块,所述滑块位于所述座椅底板下方,且与所述座椅底板连接。
优选地,所述底架组件还包括螺栓、锁紧螺母以及垫板,所述螺栓设置于所述滑块上,所述垫板位于所述座椅底板上,所述螺栓穿过所述座椅底板和所述垫板,所述锁紧螺母将垫板和所述座椅底板锁紧在所述滑块上。
优选地,所述底架组件还包括:
连接于所述滑轨一端的卡管,所述卡管的延伸方向与所述滑轨的延伸方向垂直;
连接于所述车架上的卡槽件,所述卡槽件具有与所述卡管适配的卡槽,所述卡管卡置于所述卡槽内。
优选地,所述底架组件还包括:
连接于所述滑轨另一端的卡钩;
连接于所述车架上,与所述卡钩配合的卡件,所述卡钩钩在所述卡件上。
优选地,所述滑轨包括平行布置的两个。
本发明还提供了一种全地形车,包括座椅,所述座椅为上述任意一种座椅。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本发明中的座椅底板为一体化注塑成型。软垫设置在座椅底板上即可形成完整的座椅。相较于现有技术中对靠背和底座进行分别加工,之后再对靠背和底座进行装配的加工方式,本发明中座椅底板的加工工序简单,从而提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

其中,1为座椅底板、2为底架组件、21为垫板、22为滑块、23为滑轨、24为螺栓、25为卡管、26为卡钩、27为卡槽件、31为靠背右侧软垫、32为靠背左侧软垫、33为靠背中间软垫、34为座垫、4为车架。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种座椅,该座椅的加工工序简单,生产效率高,生产成本低。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参考附图1-4。在本发明一具体实施例中,座椅包括:座椅底板1、软垫、底架组件2。座椅底板1为座椅的骨架。软垫设置在座椅底板1上。座椅底板1通过底架组件2与车架4连接。本实施例中的座椅底板1为一体化注塑成型。软垫设置在座椅底板1上即可形成完整的座椅。相较于现有技术中对靠背和底座进行分别加工,之后再对靠背和底座进行装配的加工方式,本实施例中座椅底板1的加工工序简单,从而提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。
为了保障座椅的透气性,可以在座椅底板1上设置透气孔,透气孔的设置同时也减轻了整个座椅的重量,起到减载的作用。
在本发明一具体实施例中,上述中的软垫是通过螺钉连接在座椅底板1上。螺钉连接能够确保软垫与座椅底板1连接的牢固性。
进一步地,为了方便软垫的安装,可以将软垫分为靠背垫和座垫34,靠背垫又分为靠背右侧软垫31、靠背左侧软垫32、靠背中间软垫33。在安装时,将靠背右侧软垫31、靠背左侧软垫32、靠背中间软垫33、座垫34四个部分分别通过螺钉连接在座椅底板1的对应位置,该四个部分拼接成完整的软垫。
在本发明一具体实施例中,靠背垫和座垫34通过PU自结皮工艺制得。
PU为聚氨酯,PU自结皮工艺为采用聚氨酯双组份料的合成反应,一次性形成表皮和芯部。相较于传统的皮革包覆工艺,通过PU自结皮工艺制得的座垫34和靠背垫具有较强的耐磨性、抗裂性以及弹性。另外,PU自结皮工艺的加工步骤要比皮革包覆工艺的加工步骤简单,且加工效率高,从而进一步提高了生产效率。
在本发明一具体实施例中,底架组件2包括滑轨23和滑块22。滑轨23与车架4连接。滑轨23为倾斜布置,滑轨23的一端高于另一端。比如,滑轨23的前端高于后端。滑块22设置在滑轨23上,且与滑轨23适配,滑块22能够在滑轨23上沿着滑轨23的延伸方向滑动。座椅底板1设置在滑块22上,且与滑块22连接,座椅底板1能够通过滑块22在滑轨23上沿着滑轨23的延伸方向滑动。如果滑轨23的前端高于后端,那么座椅底板1向前方滑动时,座椅就会升高,座椅底板1向后滑动时,座椅就会降低。本实施例中底架组件2能够实现座椅高度的调节,满足驾驶员的不同需求。
在本发明一具体实施例中,底架组件2还包括:螺栓24、锁紧螺母以及垫板21。螺栓24连接在滑块22上。垫板21位于座椅底板1上。在安装时,螺栓24依次穿过座椅底板1、垫板21,之后从螺栓24的上方旋拧上锁紧螺母,锁紧螺母将垫板21和座椅底板1锁紧在滑块22上。本实施例提供的座椅底板1与滑块22的连接方式实现了座椅底板1与滑块22的可拆卸连接,且连接牢固。
在本发明一具体实施例中,底架组件2还包括卡管25和卡槽件27。卡管25连接于滑轨23的一端。卡管25的延伸方向与滑轨23的延伸方向垂直。卡槽件27连接在车架4上,卡槽件27具有卡槽,该卡槽与卡管25适配。卡管25卡置于卡槽内,从而实现了滑轨23一端与车架4的卡接。
进一步地,底架组件2还包括卡钩26和卡件。卡钩26连接在滑轨23的另一端。卡件连接在车架4上。卡钩26钩在卡件上即可实现与车架4的连接。至此,滑轨23的一端通过卡管25卡接在卡槽件27内,滑轨23的另一端通过卡钩26钩在卡件上,从而实现了底架组件2与车架4的连接。该连接方式操作简单,连接牢固。滑轨23的另一端还可以连接连接件,该连接件的延伸方向与卡管25的延伸方向平行,将卡钩26设置在连接件上。
滑轨23为倾斜布置,滑轨23的一端可以首先连接支脚,该支脚连接在卡管25上。支脚将滑轨23的一端支起,从而使滑轨23形成倾斜状。
滑轨23的结构可以为槽状结构,该槽状结构的两个侧板的上端沿向外折弯,形成外折弯部。滑块22也为槽状结构,该槽状结构的两个侧板的下端沿向内折弯,形成内折弯部。滑块22的内折弯部卡在滑轨23的外折弯部的下方,滑块22仅能相对于滑轨23沿着滑轨23的延伸方向滑动。
为了确保座椅底板1与底架组件2连接的稳定性和牢固性,确保座椅底板1能够沿着滑轨23平稳地滑动,在本发明一具体实施例中,将滑轨23设置为两个。两个滑轨23左右分布,平行布置。每一个滑轨23上设置有一个滑块22。
本发明还提供了一种全地形车,包括座椅,该座椅为上述任意一种座椅,上述座椅具有上述优点,具有上述座椅的全地形车同样具有上述优点,故本文不再赘述。

Claims (10)

1.一种座椅,包括座椅底板(1)、软垫以及底架组件(2),所述软垫设置在所述座椅底板(1)上,所述座椅底板(1)通过所述底架组件(2)与车架(4)连接,其特征在于,所述座椅底板(1)一体化注塑成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述软垫通过螺钉与所述座椅底板(1)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述软垫包括靠背垫和座垫(34);所述靠背垫包括靠背右侧软垫(31)、靠背左侧软垫(32)、靠背中间软垫(33)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述靠背垫和所述座垫(34)通过PU自结皮工艺制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述底架组件(2)包括:
滑轨(23),所述滑轨(23)倾斜设置,所述滑轨(23)的一端高于另一端,所述滑轨(23)与所述车架(4)连接;
设置于所述滑轨(23)上,且与所述滑轨(23)适配的滑块(22),所述滑块(22)位于所述座椅底板(1)下方,且与所述座椅底板(1)连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述底架组件(2)还包括螺栓(24)、锁紧螺母以及垫板(21),所述螺栓(24)设置于所述滑块(22)上,所述垫板(21)位于所述座椅底板(1)上,所述螺栓(24)穿过所述座椅底板(1)和所述垫板(21),所述锁紧螺母将垫板(21)和所述座椅底板(1)锁紧在所述滑块(22)上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述底架组件(2)还包括:
连接于所述滑轨(23)一端的卡管(25),所述卡管(25)的延伸方向与所述滑轨(23)的延伸方向垂直;
连接于所述车架(4)上的卡槽件(27),所述卡槽件(27)具有与所述卡管(25)适配的卡槽,所述卡管(25)卡置于所述卡槽内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述底架组件(2)还包括:
连接于所述滑轨(23)另一端的卡钩(26);
连接于所述车架(4)上,与所述卡钩(26)配合的卡件,所述卡钩(26)钩在所述卡件上。
9.根据权利要求5所述的座椅,其特征在于,所述滑轨(23)包括平行布置的两个。
10.一种全地形车,包括座椅,所述座椅为如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的座椅。
