Abstract

本发明涉及一种水刺无纺布结构及其制作方法,水刺无纺布结构包括外亲水基无纺布层、内亲水基无纺布层、ES纤维粘合层、内拒水基无纺布层和外拒水基无纺布层,所述内亲水基无纺布层和内拒水基无纺布层为波浪状,所述外亲水基无纺布层与所述外拒水基无纺布层之间设置所述ES纤维粘合层,所述外亲水基无纺布层与所述ES纤维粘合层之间设置所述内亲水基无纺布层,所述外拒水基无纺布层与所述ES纤维粘合层之间设置所述内拒水基无纺布层,所述外亲水基无纺布层、内亲水基无纺布层、ES纤维粘合层、内拒水基无纺布层和外拒水基无纺布层相互叠合之后,通过高温热熔粘合在一起。

一种水刺无纺布结构及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,尤其涉及一种水刺无纺布结构及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,在制作纸尿裤或者卫生棉时,使用的无纺布均加入了PU材料,这种无纺布在使用过程中,拉伸效果不佳,在使用过程中,过度拉伸的情况下,很容易使无纺布出现裂痕,从而导致液体穿透,从而达不到有效吸水和抗水的目的,而且所使用的PU材料,在后期不易降解,从而导致不环保。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种抗拉伸,在拉力作用下不易裂开,且吸水和抗水效果好,便于降解,有利于环保的水刺无纺布结构及其制作方法。
本发明是这样实现的,一种水刺无纺布结构,包括外亲水基无纺布层、内亲水基无纺布层、ES纤维粘合层、内拒水基无纺布层和外拒水基无纺布层,所述内亲水基无纺布层和内拒水基无纺布层为波浪状,所述外亲水基无纺布层与所述外拒水基无纺布层之间设置所述ES纤维粘合层,所述外亲水基无纺布层与所述ES纤维粘合层之间设置所述内亲水基无纺布层,所述外拒水基无纺布层与所述ES纤维粘合层之间设置所述内拒水基无纺布层,所述外亲水基无纺布层、内亲水基无纺布层、ES纤维粘合层、内拒水基无纺布层和外拒水基无纺布层相互叠合之后,通过高温热熔粘合在一起。
进一步的,所述外亲水基无纺布层靠近所述内亲水基无纺布层的一面上设有多个均匀分布的凸起,所述凸起的表面为圆弧状,且凸起的材质与外亲水基无纺布层的材质相同。
本发明还提供了上述的水刺无纺布结构的制作方法,具体方法如下:首先将外拒水基无纺布层铺设在最底层,再将内拒水基无纺布层铺设在外拒水基无纺布层的上方,将ES纤维粘合层铺设在所述内拒水基无纺布层的上方,将内亲水基无纺布层铺设在ES纤维粘合层的上方,再将外亲水基无纺布层铺设在内亲水基无纺布层的上方,铺设好之后,通过夹子将整个夹住,防止层与层之间错位,夹住之后,通过高温热熔的方法进行压缩成型,由于中间一层是ES纤维粘合层,在高温状态下,处于熔融状态,会渗入到两侧的波浪形的内亲水基无纺布层和内拒水基无纺布层内,再通过压合,将外亲水基无纺布层、内亲水基无纺布层、内拒水基无纺布层和外拒水基无纺布层压缩形成一整层状态。
本发明提供的一种水刺无纺布结构及其制作方法的优点在于:本发明结构简单合理,通过设置外亲水基无纺布层、内亲水基无纺布层、ES纤维粘合层、内拒水基无纺布层和外拒水基无纺布层的组合形式,特别是在中层设置ES纤维粘合层,直接通过高温熔融的方式就能够粘合,便于生产和制造,提高生产效率,将内亲水基无纺布层和内拒水基无纺布层为波浪状,具有弹性收缩性能,在强拉力的作用下,外亲水基无纺布层或者外拒水基无纺布层开裂损坏时,内亲水基无纺布层和内拒水基无纺布层或拉伸开来,从而保障了吸水性能和拒水性能,避免因外亲水基无纺布层或者外拒水基无纺布层开裂损坏,导致整体不能使用的现象发生,具有二次防护的作用,抗拉伸,在拉力作用下不易裂开,且吸水和抗水效果好,本发明不适用PU材料,能够达到易降解和环保的作用。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

所述一种水刺无纺布结构,包括外亲水基无纺布层10、内亲水基无纺布层20、ES纤维粘合层30、内拒水基无纺布层40和外拒水基无纺布层50,所述内亲水基无纺布层20和内拒水基无纺布层40为波浪状,所述外亲水基无纺布层10与所述外拒水基无纺布层50之间设置所述ES纤维粘合层30,所述外亲水基无纺布层10与所述ES纤维粘合层30之间设置所述内亲水基无纺布层20,所述外拒水基无纺布层50与所述ES纤维粘合层30之间设置所述内拒水基无纺布层40,所述外亲水基无纺布层10、内亲水基无纺布层20、ES纤维粘合层30、内拒水基无纺布层40和外拒水基无纺布层50相互叠合之后,通过高温热熔粘合在一起。
所述外亲水基无纺布层10靠近所述内亲水基无纺布层20的一面上设有多个均匀分布的凸起11,所述凸起11的表面为圆弧状,且凸起11的材质与外亲水基无纺布层10的材质相同,增加了外亲水基无纺布层10的强度,提高其抗拉性能。
一种水刺无纺布结构的制作方法,具体如下:首先将外拒水基无纺布层50铺设在最底层,再将内拒水基无纺布层40铺设在外拒水基无纺布层50的上方,将ES纤维粘合层30铺设在所述内拒水基无纺布层40的上方,将内亲水基无纺布层20铺设在ES纤维粘合层30的上方,再将外亲水基无纺布层10铺设在内亲水基无纺布层20的上方,铺设好之后,通过夹子将整个夹住,防止层与层之间错位,夹住之后,通过高温热熔的方法进行压缩成型,由于中间一层是ES纤维粘合层30,在高温状态下,处于熔融状态,会渗入到两侧的波浪形的内亲水基无纺布层20和内拒水基无纺布层40内,再通过压合,将外亲水基无纺布层10、内亲水基无纺布层20、内拒水基无纺布层40和外拒水基无纺布层50压缩形成一整层状态。
本发明提供的水刺无纺布结构能够广泛用于纸尿裤、卫生巾的外层,亲水层在内测,拒水层在外侧,使得水分被锁在内侧,并且该结构具有良好的透气性,该产品不采用传统的PU层,卫生、抗渗、抗拉等性能优越。并且使用后易降解,环保。
本发明结构简单合理,通过设置外亲水基无纺布层、内亲水基无纺布层、ES纤维粘合层、内拒水基无纺布层和外拒水基无纺布层的组合形式,特别是在中层设置ES纤维粘合层,直接通过高温熔融的方式就能够粘合,便于生产和制造,提高生产效率,将内亲水基无纺布层和内拒水基无纺布层为波浪状,具有弹性收缩性能,在强拉力的作用下,外亲水基无纺布层或者外拒水基无纺布层开裂损坏时,内亲水基无纺布层和内拒水基无纺布层或拉伸开来,从而保障了吸水性能和拒水性能,避免因外亲水基无纺布层或者外拒水基无纺布层开裂损坏,导致整体不能使用的现象发生,具有二次防护的作用,抗拉伸,在拉力作用下不易裂开,且吸水和抗水效果好,本发明不适用PU材料,能够达到易降解和环保的作用。

1.一种水刺无纺布结构,其特征在于,包括外亲水基无纺布层(10)、内亲水基无纺布层(20)、ES纤维粘合层(30)、内拒水基无纺布层(40)和外拒水基无纺布层(50),所述内亲水基无纺布层(20)和内拒水基无纺布层(40)为波浪状,所述外亲水基无纺布层(10)与所述外拒水基无纺布层(50)之间设置所述ES纤维粘合层(30),所述外亲水基无纺布层(10)与所述ES纤维粘合层(30)之间设置所述内亲水基无纺布层(20),所述外拒水基无纺布层(50)与所述ES纤维粘合层(30)之间设置所述内拒水基无纺布层(40),所述外亲水基无纺布层(10)、内亲水基无纺布层(20)、ES纤维粘合层(30)、内拒水基无纺布层(40)和外拒水基无纺布层(50)相互叠合之后,通过高温热熔粘合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水刺无纺布结构,其特征在于,所述外亲水基无纺布层(10)靠近所述内亲水基无纺布层(20)的一面上设有多个均匀分布的凸起(11),所述凸起(11)的表面为圆弧状,且凸起(11)的材质与外亲水基无纺布层(10)的材质相同。
3.根据权利要求1或2任意一项所述的一种水刺无纺布结构,其特征在于,制作方法如下:首先将外拒水基无纺布层(50)铺设在最底层,再将内拒水基无纺布层(40)铺设在外拒水基无纺布层(50)的上方,将ES纤维粘合层(30)铺设在所述内拒水基无纺布层(40)的上方,将内亲水基无纺布层(20)铺设在ES纤维粘合层(30)的上方,再将外亲水基无纺布层(10)铺设在内亲水基无纺布层(20)的上方,铺设好之后,通过夹子将整个夹住,防止层与层之间错位,夹住之后,通过高温热熔的方法进行压缩成型,由于中间一层是ES纤维粘合层(30),在高温状态下,处于熔融状态,会渗入到两侧的波浪形的内亲水基无纺布层(20)和内拒水基无纺布层(40)内,再通过压合,将外亲水基无纺布层(10)、内亲水基无纺布层(20)、内拒水基无纺布层(40)和外拒水基无纺布层(50)压缩形成一整层状态。
