水刺无纺布采用纺织纤维为原料,通过对纤维的开松、混合、梳理,形成一定厚度的纤网层,再利用高压高速的微细水流对纤网层进行喷射,促使纤维网中的纤维互相缠结而形成具有一定强度、厚度的无纺布。由于其独特的工艺特点使加工出来的产品在柔软、悬垂、舒适、强力、延伸力和耐磨性能上都有着比众多非织造布更加优越的特点和风格,也是与似织物最接近的一种非织造布。现有的水刺无纺布的表面是平的,其强度较低,用做擦拭产品时,吸附灰尘能力较差。

一种立体型水刺无纺布,由依次设置的面层水刺无纺布和底层水刺无纺布叠加而成,其特征在于,面层水刺无纺布上有凸出小圆点。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:凸起部,增加了水刺无纺布的抗拉性,增大了与接触体的摩擦,增强附着灰尘的能力,擦拭效果优良。
