Abstract
本发明公开了一种塑件的注塑方法,属塑料机械技术领域,该方法采用一种注塑机热流道模具,具体如下:注塑前,在时序控制器内设定:时序控制器收到位移传感器实时检测的注塑机的合模信号时,控制第一个针阀式热喷嘴开启;同时,在时序控制器内设定:在熔体刚流过第二个针阀式热喷嘴时,时序控制器控制第二个针阀式热喷嘴开启,此时开启或关闭第一个针阀式热喷嘴;依此设定,直到每个针阀式热喷嘴在各自的控制时间段内均开启或关闭。本发明可以解决现有注塑机热流道模具存在的从多个浇口进入热流通道的多股熔料不能完全熔为一体,而形成熔合印迹,造成塑件产品出现熔接痕的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料机械技术领域,尤其是一种塑件的注塑方法。
背景技术
现有的塑件的注塑方法,通常采用的是一种图1所示的注塑机热流道模具,该模具,包括安装在定模固定板04上的凸模03和安装在凹模固定板01上的凹模02;定模固定板04通过螺栓与定模底板05相连接;凸模03与凹模02合模后构成塑件型腔;凸模03上设有分别向塑件型腔注入熔料的多个塑件浇口ob;这些塑件浇口ob均通过各自的热流支道062与热流主道061相连通;热流主道061穿过定模底板05,其进口端为塑机浇口oa;注塑时,熔料从塑机浇口进入热流主道,经过热流支道从各自的塑件浇口分别注入塑件型腔中成型;但这种注塑方法存在着:经过多个塑件浇口进入塑件型腔的熔料,其前锋汇合时,由于多股熔料不能完全熔为一体,因而形成熔合印迹,造成塑件产品出现结合痕的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种塑件的注塑方法,该方法可以解决现有注塑方法存在的从多个浇口进入热流通道的多股熔料不能完全熔为一体,而形成熔合印迹,造成塑件产品出现熔接痕的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种塑件的注塑方法,采用一种注塑机热流道模具,该模具包括凸模与凹模合模后构成的塑件型腔;所述凸模上设有多个塑件浇口;这些塑件浇口均通过各自的热流支道与热流主道相连通;热流主道的进口端为塑机浇口;多个所述塑件浇口处均设有其出口朝向所述塑件型腔的针阀式热喷嘴;所述热流主道和所述热流支道的交汇处设有电磁换向阀;对应于注塑机的合模活塞杆处设有位移传感器;所述位移传感器通过时序控制器与电磁换向阀的电控端相连接;
其注塑方法如下:
注塑前,在所述时序控制器内设定:所述时序控制器收到所述位移传感器实时检测的注塑机的合模信号时,控制第一个所述针阀式热喷嘴开启;同时,在所述时序控制器内设定:在熔体刚流过第二个所述针阀式热喷嘴时,所述时序控制器控制第二个所述针阀式热喷嘴开启,此时开启或关闭第一个所述针阀式热喷嘴;依此设定,直到每个所述针阀式热喷嘴在各自的控制时间段内均开启或关闭。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:还有为所述热流支道、所述热流主道和所述针阀式热喷嘴提供热量的模具加热器;所述热流主道和/或所述热流支道内设有热电偶,所述热电偶通过温度控制器与模具加热器电连接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于在多个塑件浇口处均设有其出口朝向塑件型腔的针阀式热喷嘴;在热流主道和热流支道的交汇处设有电磁换向阀;对应于注塑机的合模活塞杆处设有位移传感器;位移传感器通过时序控制器与电磁换向阀的电控端相连接;注塑前,在时序控制器内设定:时序控制器收到位移传感器实时检测的注塑机的合模信号时,控制第一个所述针阀式热喷嘴开启;同时,在时序控制器内设定:在熔体刚流过第二个所述针阀式热喷嘴时,时序控制器控制第二个所述针阀式热喷嘴开启,此时开启或关闭第一个所述针阀式热喷嘴;依此设定,直到每个所述针阀式热喷嘴在各自的控制时间段内均开启或关闭;这样,注塑时,时序控制器就能通过电磁换向阀使各针阀式热喷嘴在各自的控制时间段内开启或关闭,各股熔料注入塑件型腔的时间错开,使熔料在塑件型腔内熔合的非常完全;保证了生产出的塑件产品无结合痕,从而提高了塑件产品表面的美观度。
2、由于热流主道和/或所述热流支道内设有热电偶,热电偶通过温度控制器与模具加热器电连接;这样,热电偶实时检测热流支道、热流主道和针阀式热喷嘴的热量信息,当热电偶检测到的热量范围值超出了温度控制器内预设的温度值时,温度控制器控制模具加热器升温,使热流支道、热流主道和针阀式热喷嘴内的熔体始终保持最佳的熔融状态。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例一
图2、图3所示的注塑机热流道模具,包括模具加热器、安装在定模固定板4上的凸模3和安装在凹模固定板1上的凹模2;凸模3与凹模4合模后构成的塑件型腔;定模固定板4通过定模脚10与定模底板5相连接;定模固定板4与定模底板5之间设有热流道板9;热流道板9上开设有相连通的热流主道62和热流支道61;热流主道62的进口为开设在定模底板5上的塑机浇口a;凸模3上设有二个塑件浇口b;该二个塑件浇口b均通过各自的热流支道61与热流主道62相连通;该二个塑件浇口b处均设有其出口朝向塑件型腔的针阀式热喷嘴7;热流主道62和热流支道61的交汇处设有电磁换向阀8;对应于注塑机的合模活塞杆处设有位移传感器11;位移传感器11通过时序控制器12与电磁换向阀8的电控端相连接;模具加热器为热流支道61、热流主道62和针阀式热喷嘴7提供热量;热流主道62内设有热电偶,热电偶通过温度控制器与电连接;
其注塑方法如下:
注塑前,在时序控制器12内设定:时序控制器12收到位移传感器11实时检测的注塑机的合模信号时,控制第一个针阀式热喷嘴7开启;同时,根据注塑工艺要求在时序控制器12内设定:在熔体刚流过第二个针阀式热喷嘴7时,时序控制器12控制第二个针阀式热喷嘴7开启,第一个针阀式热喷嘴7保持开启,使熔料充满塑件型腔;这样,注塑时,时序控制器12就能通过电磁换向阀8使各针阀式热喷嘴7在各自的控制时间段内开启或关闭,各股熔料注入塑件型腔的时间错开,使熔料在塑件型腔内熔合的非常完全;保证了生产出的塑件产品无结合痕;同时,热电偶实时检测热流支道61、热流主道62和针阀式热喷嘴7的热量信息,当热电偶检测到的热量范围值超出了温度控制器内预设的温度值时,温度控制器控制模具加热器升温,使热流支道61、热流主道62和针阀式热喷嘴7内的熔体始终保持最佳的熔融状态。
实施例二
凸模3上设有六个塑件浇口b;热流主道62和热流支道61内设有热电偶;
其注塑方法如下:
注塑前,在时序控制器12内设定:时序控制器12收到位移传感器11实时检测的注塑机的合模信号时,控制第一个针阀式热喷嘴7开启;同时,根据注塑工艺要求在时序控制器12内设定:在熔体刚流过第二个针阀式热喷嘴7时,时序控制器12控制第二个针阀式热喷嘴7开启,同时控制第一个针阀式热喷嘴7关闭;依此设定,直到第三、第四、第五、第六个针阀式热喷嘴7在各自的控制时间段内均开启或关闭,使熔料充满塑件型腔;其余均与实施例一相同。
实施例三
凸模3上设有四个塑件浇口b;热流支道61内设有热电偶;其余均与实施例二相同。
Claims (2)
1.一种塑件的注塑方法,其特征在于:采用一种注塑机热流道模具,该模具包括凸模与凹模合模后构成的塑件型腔;所述凸模上设有多个塑件浇口;这些塑件浇口均通过各自的热流支道与热流主道相连通;热流主道的进口端为塑机浇口;多个所述塑件浇口处均设有其出口朝向所述塑件型腔的针阀式热喷嘴;所述热流主道和所述热流支道的交汇处设有电磁换向阀;对应于注塑机的合模活塞杆处设有位移传感器;所述位移传感器通过时序控制器与电磁换向阀的电控端相连接;
其注塑方法如下:
注塑前,在所述时序控制器内设定:所述时序控制器收到所述位移传感器实时检测的注塑机的合模信号时,控制第一个所述针阀式热喷嘴开启;同时,在所述时序控制器内设定:在熔体刚流过第二个所述针阀式热喷嘴时,所述时序控制器控制第二个所述针阀式热喷嘴开启,此时开启或关闭第一个所述针阀式热喷嘴;依此设定,直到每个所述针阀式热喷嘴在各自的控制时间段内均开启或关闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑件的注塑方法,其特征在于:还有为所述热流支道、所述热流主道和所述针阀式热喷嘴提供热量的模具加热器;所述热流主道和/或所述热流支道内设有热电偶,所述热电偶通过温度控制器与模具加热器电连接。
