Abstract

本发明提供一种消炎止咳片药物组合物，包括下述重量份数的原料：胡颓子叶、桔梗、太子参、百部、罂粟壳、洋金花、苏子、黄荆子、南沙参、穿心莲、蜜百合、乌梅。该消炎止咳片药物组合物以洋金花用于止咳平喘，苏子降逆气以平喘，两药共用，在方中可取代麻黄。该止咳片具有消炎、镇咳、化痰、定喘的功能，治疗效果好，没有毒副作用。该消炎止咳片中药组合物应用动态逆流提取、大孔吸附、微波灭菌等先进技术制备而成，保证药品的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，具体是一种消炎止咳片药物组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
咳嗽是呼吸系统中最常见的症状之一，是人体的一种保护性措施，对机体是有益的,当呼吸道粘膜受到异物、炎症、分泌物或过敏性因素等刺激时，即反射性地引起咳嗽，有助于排除自外界侵入呼吸道的异物或分泌物、消除呼吸道刺激因子。轻微的咳嗽能清除气管内的痰液与异物，可自然缓解，一般不需服用止咳药；强烈而频繁的咳嗽，尤其是干咳，可能使病情加重而引起并发症，因此需要在治疗的同时加用止咳药。用于消炎止咳的民间药方有很多，以穿心莲、黄荆子为君、以桔梗、百部、胡颓子页、罂粟壳、南沙等为臣，具备消炎、镇咳、化痰、定喘的功效，但是配方中多辅以太子参、麻黄。麻黄中含有大量麻黄碱(易制毒-1)该品根据《危险化学品安全管理条例》、《易制毒化学品管理条例》受公安部门管制。麻黄碱是合成苯丙胺类毒品也就是制作冰毒最主要的原料。且麻黄中麻黄碱毒性较大，特别是心脏毒性，小剂量即可引起中毒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种消炎止咳片药物组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：一种消炎止咳片药物组合物，包括下述重量份数的原料：胡颓子叶120-160、桔梗130-160、太子参180-240、百部90-130、罂粟壳11-14、洋金花35-65、苏子15-45、黄荆子110-160、南沙参25-45、穿心莲110-160、蜜百合60-100、乌梅35-60。
进一步地，胡颓子叶130-150、桔梗140-150、太子参200-220、百部100-120、罂粟壳12-13、洋金花40-55、苏子25-40、黄荆子130-150、南沙参30-40、穿心莲120-140、蜜百合75-90、乌梅40-50。
另外，消炎止咳片药物组合物的制备方法，将太子参、桔梗、百部加水浸润后药材连同浸润液连续动态逆流提取，提取液滤过备用；胡颓子叶加水浸润后药材连同浸润液连续动态逆流提取，提取液滤过与上述滤液合并，通过以二乙烯苯为交联剂，甲苯、二甲苯等作为致孔剂的树脂吸附柱，通过树脂柱的药液备用；树脂柱用乙醇进行洗脱，乙醇洗脱液蒸馏回收乙醇后与上述药液合并，浓缩成清膏；其余洋金花等八味粉成细粉，过筛，微波灭菌，药粉混匀，与上述清膏混合，加入聚维酮K30，搅拌均匀，经沸腾一步制粒制成颗粒，压片，包糖衣，即得。

进一步地，树脂柱用45%～55%的乙醇洗脱。
进一步地，所述聚维酮K30的加入量为总量的2～5%。
进一步地，浓缩后清膏的相对密度至1.0～1.25。
进一步地，加入聚维酮K30的浓度为0.5～5%。
本发明的有益效果为：该消炎止咳片药物组合物以洋金花用于止咳平喘，苏子降逆气以平喘，两药共用，在方中可取代麻黄。该止咳片具有消炎、镇咳、化痰、定喘的功能，治疗效果好，没有毒副作用。该制备方法应用动态逆流提取技术，使整个药材提取、固液分离处于运动状态。使提取液浓度增加近20倍，溶剂及热能单耗分别降低约35%和40%，使中药有效成份提取完全彻底，大幅提高有效成份的收率及纯度。应用大孔吸附技术，将药材中有效成份与杂质及植物蛋白等非有效成份分离，对药材提取物进行精制，达到去粗取精的目的。利用微波灭菌技术比传统加热工艺时间短、温度低，可提高原生药质量、降低成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解释说明。
实施例1一种消炎止咳片药物组合物，包括下述重量份数的原料：胡颓子叶120、桔梗130、太子参180、百部90、罂粟壳11、洋金花35、苏子15、黄荆子110、南沙参25、穿心莲110、蜜百合60、乌梅35。
将太子参、桔梗、百部加8倍水浸润3小时后药材连同浸润液连续动态逆流提取2.5小时，提取液滤过备用；胡颓子叶加10倍量水浸润2小时后药材连同浸润液连续动态逆流提取2.5小时，提取液滤过与上述滤液合并，通过以二乙烯苯为交联剂，甲苯、二甲苯等作为致孔剂的树脂吸附柱，通过树脂柱的药液备用；树脂柱用45～55%乙醇进行洗脱，乙醇洗脱液蒸馏回收乙醇后与上述药液合并，浓缩成清膏至相对密度1.0～1.25（热测）；其余洋金花等八味粉成细粉，过筛，微波灭菌，药粉混匀，与上述清膏混合，加入浓度为0.5～5%的聚维酮K30，其聚维酮K30的加入量为总量的2～5%，搅拌均匀，经沸腾一步制粒制成颗粒，压片，包糖衣，即得。

1.一种消炎止咳片药物组合物，其特征在于，包括下述重量份数的原料：胡颓子叶120-160、桔梗130-160、太子参180-240、百部90-130、罂粟壳11-14、洋金花35-65、苏子15-45、黄荆子110-160、南沙参25-45、穿心莲110-160、蜜百合60-100、乌梅35-60。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消炎止咳片药物组合物，其特征在于，胡颓子叶130-150、桔梗140-150、太子参200-220、百部100-120、罂粟壳12-13、洋金花40-55、苏子25-40、黄荆子130-150、南沙参30-40、穿心莲120-140、蜜百合75-90、乌梅40-50。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述所述的消炎止咳片药物组合物的制备方法，其特征在于， 将太子参、桔梗、百部加水浸润后药材连同浸润液连续动态逆流提取，提取液滤过备用；胡颓子叶加水浸润后药材连同浸润液连续动态逆流提取，提取液滤过与上述滤液合并，通过以二乙烯苯为交联剂，甲苯、二甲苯等作为致孔剂的树脂吸附柱，通过树脂柱的药液备用；树脂柱用乙醇进行洗脱，乙醇洗脱液蒸馏回收乙醇后与上述药液合并，浓缩成清膏；其余洋金花等八味粉成细粉，过筛，微波灭菌，药粉混匀，与上述清膏混合，加入聚维酮K30，搅拌均匀，经沸腾一步制粒制成颗粒，压片，包糖衣，即得。
