Further, the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 750-800 parts of tea polyphenol, 500-550 parts of curcumin, 200-250 parts of vitamin C, 200-250 parts of lycopene, 450-550 parts of stabilizer, 750-800 parts of acid agent and 450-500 parts of alkaline agent.
Further, the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 770-780 parts of tea polyphenol, 520-530 parts of curcumin, 220-230 parts of vitamin C, 220-230 parts of lycopene, 470-480 parts of stabilizer, 770-780 parts of acid agent and 480-490 parts of alkaline agent.
Further, the acid agent is at least one selected from tartaric acid, malic acid, fumaric acid, citric acid or sodium citrate; preferably, the acid agent is citric acid.
Further, the alkaline agent is at least one selected from potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate and calcium bicarbonate; preferably, the alkaline agent is sodium carbonate.
Further, the stabilizer is at least one selected from dextrin, water-soluble starch and chitosan, and preferably, the stabilizer is dextrin.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, so as to relieve the problem of free radical flooding in the bodies of people in the modern society, accelerate the aging process of the bodies and induce various diseases.
The preparation method of the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
(a) Uniformly mixing tea polyphenol, a stabilizer and an acid agent, granulating by a wet method, and drying to obtain first granules;
(b) Uniformly mixing the rest tea polyphenol, curcumin, stabilizer and alkaline agent, granulating by a wet method, and drying to obtain second granules;
(c) Uniformly mixing the first granule, the second granule, optional vitamin C and optional lycopene, and tabletting to obtain effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenols and curcumin.
Further, the preparation method of the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin further comprises the step(s), wherein the step(s) is arranged before the step (a), and the step(s) is to respectively crush the tea polyphenol, the curcumin, the stabilizer, the acid agent, the alkali agent, the optional lycopene and the optional vitamin C, and pass through a 80-mesh sieve.
Further, in the wet granulation process of the first granule and the second granule, the adopted wetting agent is ethanol.
Further, in both step (a) and step (b), the drying temperature is 45-55deg.C, preferably 50deg.C.
The effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin provided by the invention can effectively enhance the antioxidation capability of organisms, eliminate harmful free radicals, inhibit tumors, relieve sports fatigue, enhance organism immunity and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases through the synergistic cooperation of the tea polyphenol and the curcumin, and is convenient to take, quick in effect, high in bioavailability and convenient for people to carry and store.
The preparation method of the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin has the advantages of simple process, convenient operation, easy large-scale industrial production, reduced preparation cost and improved preparation efficiency.
Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The specific conditions are not noted in the examples and are carried out according to conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or apparatus used were conventional products commercially available without the manufacturer's attention.
According to one aspect of the invention, the invention provides an effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 750-1000 parts of tea polyphenol, 500-700 parts of curcumin, 400-600 parts of stabilizer, 700-900 parts of acid agent and 400-600 parts of alkaline agent.
The effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin provided by the invention can effectively enhance the antioxidation capability of organisms, eliminate harmful free radicals, inhibit tumors, relieve sports fatigue, enhance organism immunity and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases through the synergistic cooperation of the tea polyphenol and the curcumin, and is convenient to take, quick in effect, high in bioavailability and convenient for people to carry and store.
Typical but non-limiting parts by weight of tea polyphenols in the present invention are, for example 760, 765, 770, 775, 780, 785, 790, 795, 800, 805, 810, 815, 820, 825, 830, 835, 840, 845, 850, 855, 860, 865, 870, 875, 880, 885, 890, 895, 900, 905, 910, 915, 920, 925, 930, 935, 940, 945, 950, 955, 960, 965, 970, 975, 980, 985, 990 or 995.
Tea polyphenols have antioxidant, anticancer, and antimutagenic activities. The tea polyphenol has strong antioxidation, the antioxidation capability is 4-6 times of that of the artificially synthesized antioxidant, 6-7 times of that of the vitamin E, and no potential toxic or side effect exists.
Typical but non-limiting parts by weight of curcumin in the present invention are, for example, 510, 515, 520, 525, 530, 535, 540, 545, 550, 555, 560, 565, 570, 575, 580, 585, 590, 595, 600, 605, 610, 615, 620, 625, 630, 635, 640, 645, 650, 655, 660, 665, 670, 675, 680, 685, 690 or 695.
Curcumin is a natural phenolic pigment extracted from rhizome of Curcuma longa of Zingiberaceae, has good colorability and dispersibility, special fragrance, acid resistance, good stability to photosynthesize, no toxic or side effect, good health promotion function, and antiinflammatory, antilipemic, antibacterial and anticancer effects.
Typical but non-limiting parts by weight of stabilizers in the present invention are, for example, 410, 415, 420, 425, 430, 435, 440, 445, 450, 455, 460, 465, 470, 475, 480, 485, 490, 495, 500, 505, 510, 515, 520, 525, 530, 535, 540, 545, 550, 555, 560, 565, 570, 575, 580, 585, 590 or 595.
Due to the fact that the solubility of the curcumin in water is poor, the application of the curcumin is limited, and the stabilizer is added, so that the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin can be stably dispersed in water when the effervescent tablet is dissolved in water, and the bioactivity of the curcumin is effectively guaranteed.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stabilizer is selected from at least one of dextrin, water-soluble starch and chitosan, preferably, the stabilizer is dextrin.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the stabilizer is dextrin, the dextrin is capable of entrapping curcumin, so that the stability of the solution of the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin is better after it is dissolved in water.
Typical but non-limiting parts by weight of acid in the present invention are, for example, 710, 715, 720, 725, 730, 735, 740, 745, 750, 755, 760, 765, 770, 775, 780, 785, 790, 795, 800, 805, 810, 815, 820, 825, 830, 835, 840, 845, 850, 855, 860, 865, 870, 875, 880, 885, 890 or 895.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the acid agent is selected from at least one of tartaric acid, malic acid, fumaric acid, citric acid or sodium citrate; preferably, the acid agent is citric acid.
When the acid agent is citric acid, the prepared effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin has faster disintegration speed and better taste.
Typical but non-limiting parts by weight of alkaline agents in the present invention are, for example, 405, 410, 415, 420, 425, 430, 435, 440, 445, 450, 455, 460, 465, 470, 475, 480, 485, 490, 495, 500, 505, 510, 515, 520, 525, 530, 535, 540, 545, 550, 555, 560, 565, 570, 575, 580, 585, 590 or 595 parts.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the alkaline agent is selected from at least one of potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate and calcium bicarbonate; preferably, the alkaline agent is sodium carbonate.
When the alkaline agent is sodium carbonate, the prepared effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin has faster disintegration speed and better taste.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the main raw materials further comprise 200-250 parts by weight of vitamin C and 200-250 parts by weight of lycopene.
In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the tea polyphenol, the curcumin, the vitamin C and the lycopene are synergistically matched, so that the prepared effervescent tablet containing the tea polyphenol and the curcumin has better antioxidation effect, has higher speed of removing toxic and harmful free radicals, can effectively delay aging, and ensures that the skin is white and elastic.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, typical but non-limiting parts by weight of vitamin C are e.g. 202, 204, 206, 208, 210, 212, 214, 216, 218, 220, 222, 224, 226, 228, 230, 232, 234, 236, 238, 240, 242, 244, 246 or 248.
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin, and can effectively prevent gingival atrophy and bleeding, promote excretion of cholesterol, prevent cholesterol from depositing on the inner wall of an artery, prevent free radicals from damaging human bodies, promote generation of somatic lymphocytes, and improve recognition and killing of foreign and malignant cells by organisms.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the typical but non-limiting mass fraction of lycopene is, for example, 202, 204, 206, 208, 210, 212, 214, 216, 218, 220, 222, 224, 226, 228, 230, 232, 234, 236, 238, 240, 242, 244, 246 or 248.
Lycopene is a natural pigment contained in plants, mainly exists in mature fruits of tomatoes, has far better effect of scavenging free radicals than other carotenoids and vitamin E, and can effectively prevent and treat various diseases caused by aging and immunity decline.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention also provides a preparation method of the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, comprising the following steps:
(a) Uniformly mixing tea polyphenol, a stabilizer and an acid agent, granulating by a wet method, and drying to obtain first granules;
(b) Uniformly mixing the rest tea polyphenol, curcumin, stabilizer and alkaline agent, granulating by a wet method, and drying to obtain second granules;
(c) Uniformly mixing the first granule, the second granule, optional vitamin C and optional lycopene, and tabletting to obtain effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenols and curcumin.
The preparation method of the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin has the advantages of simple process, convenient operation, easy large-scale industrial production, reduced preparation cost and improved preparation efficiency.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method for preparing an effervescent tablet comprising tea polyphenols and curcumin further comprises the step(s) of pulverizing tea polyphenols, curcumin, stabilizer, acid, alkali agent, optional lycopene and optional vitamin C, respectively, and sieving through an 80 mesh sieve, wherein the step(s) is provided before the step (a).
The tea polyphenol, the curcumin, the stabilizer, the acid agent, the alkali agent, the optional lycopene and the optional vitamin C are crushed respectively and pass through a 80-mesh sieve so as to facilitate the easier mixing of the substances, thereby ensuring the stability of the drug effect among the tablets of the effervescent tablet containing the tea polyphenol and the curcumin.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wetting agent used in the wet granulation of the first granule and the second granule is ethanol, preferably ethanol having a concentration of 70-95%.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a part of tea polyphenols is mixed with stabilizer and alkali agent to prepare a first granule, and the rest of tea polyphenols is mixed with curcumin, the rest of stabilizer and alkali agent to prepare a granule, so as to facilitate the smooth proceeding of the granulation process.
Mixing tea polyphenol, a stabilizer, an alkaline agent and ethanol by using ethanol as an auxiliary material, performing wet granulation, and evaporating the ethanol in the subsequent drying process to obtain first granules; and in the same way, in the preparation process of the second granule, ethanol is taken as a wetting agent, mixed with the rest of tea polyphenol, curcumin, the rest of stabilizer and alkaline agent, subjected to wet granulation, and evaporated in the subsequent drying process, so as to obtain the second granule.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, in step (a) and step (b), the drying temperature is 45-55 ℃, preferably 50 ℃.
The drying temperature is controlled at 45-55 ℃, ethanol is evaporated, the drug effect of each raw material is ensured, meanwhile, the phenomenon of caking and the like can be avoided, and particularly, when the drying temperature is 50 ℃, the drying effect on the first granules and the second granules is better, and the drying efficiency is higher.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the preparation method of the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin is carried out according to the following steps:
(s) pulverizing tea polyphenols, curcumin, stabilizer, acid agent, alkali agent, optional lycopene and optional vitamin C, respectively, and sieving with 80 mesh sieve;
(a) Uniformly mixing the sieved tea polyphenol, the stabilizer and the acid agent, adding 70-95% ethanol, mixing for 20 minutes, performing wet granulation, and drying at 50 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain first granules;
(b) Uniformly mixing the sieved residual tea polyphenol, curcumin, residual stabilizer and alkaline agent, adding 70-95% ethanol, mixing for 20 minutes, performing wet granulation, and drying at 50 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain second granules;
(c) Uniformly mixing the first granule, the second granule, optional vitamin C and optional lycopene, and tabletting to obtain effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenols and curcumin.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical scheme provided by the present invention, the technical scheme provided by the present invention is further described below with reference to the embodiments.
Example 1
The embodiment provides an effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 750 parts of tea polyphenol, 700 parts of curcumin, 600 parts of dextrin, 900 parts of citric acid and 550 parts of sodium carbonate.
Example 2
The embodiment provides an effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1000 parts of tea polyphenol, 500 parts of curcumin, 500 parts of dextrin, 900 parts of citric acid and 600 parts of sodium carbonate.
Example 3
The embodiment provides an effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 900 parts of tea polyphenol, 650 parts of curcumin, 550 parts of dextrin, 850 parts of citric acid and 550 parts of sodium carbonate.
Example 4
The embodiment provides an effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 750 parts of tea polyphenol, 550 parts of curcumin, 200 parts of vitamin C, 250 parts of lycopene, 450 parts of dextrin, 800 parts of citric acid and 500 parts of sodium carbonate.
Example 5
The embodiment provides an effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 800 parts of tea polyphenol, 500 parts of curcumin, 250 parts of vitamin C, 200 parts of lycopene, 550 parts of dextrin, 750 parts of citric acid and 450 parts of sodium carbonate.
Example 6
The embodiment provides an effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 770 parts of tea polyphenol, 530 parts of curcumin, 220 parts of vitamin C, 230 parts of lycopene, 480 parts of dextrin, 780 parts of citric acid and 490 parts of sodium carbonate.
Example 7
The embodiment provides an effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 780 parts of tea polyphenol, 520 parts of curcumin, 230 parts of vitamin C, 220 parts of lycopene, 480 parts of dextrin, 780 parts of citric acid and 490 parts of sodium carbonate.
Example 8
The embodiment provides an effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 775 parts of tea polyphenol, 525 parts of curcumin, 225 parts of vitamin C, 225 parts of lycopene, 480 parts of dextrin, 780 parts of citric acid and 490 parts of sodium carbonate
The preparation method of the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin provided in examples 1-8 is carried out according to the following steps:
(s) pulverizing tea polyphenols, curcumin, stabilizer, acid agent, alkali agent, optional lycopene and optional vitamin C, respectively, and sieving with 80 mesh sieve;
(a) Uniformly mixing the sieved tea polyphenol, dextrin and citric acid, adding ethanol with the concentration of 75%, mixing for 20 minutes, granulating by a wet method, and drying at 50 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain first granules;
(b) Uniformly mixing the sieved residual tea polyphenol, curcumin, residual dextrin and sodium carbonate, adding ethanol with the concentration of 75%, mixing for 20 minutes, performing wet granulation, and drying at 50 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain second granules;
(c) Uniformly mixing the first granule, the second granule, optional vitamin C and optional lycopene, and tabletting to obtain effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenols and curcumin.
Comparative example 1
The comparative example provides an effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500 parts of tea polyphenol, 1000 parts of curcumin, 700 parts of dextrin, 1000 parts of citric acid and 300 parts of sodium carbonate.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example provides an effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1200 parts of tea polyphenol, 400 parts of curcumin, 300 parts of dextrin, 1300 parts of citric acid and 300 parts of sodium carbonate.
The preparation method of the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin provided in comparative examples 1-2 is the same as that of example 8, and will not be described here again.
The effervescent tablets containing tea polyphenols and curcumin provided in examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-2 above were tested for their properties as shown in the following table:

As can be seen from Table 1, the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin provided by examples 1-8 of the invention has good tablet shape, no sticky flushing, uniform and stable solution after dissolution, pH value of 4.1-4.3, rapid disintegration, disintegration time of 81-85s, basically unchanged weight and taste within 3 months, and good stability.
As is clear from the comparison between examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-2, the prepared effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin has good shape, no sticky impact, better dispersion stability after dissolution and faster disintegration, and gives a drinker more confidence when the tea polyphenol, curcumin, optional lycopene and optional vitamin C are matched in a specific mass part range.
In addition, the effervescent tablets containing tea polyphenol and curcumin provided in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were each subjected to microbiological determination at 1 month, 2 months and 3 months, respectively, and no microorganism was found to exist.
Animal tests were conducted on the effervescent tablets containing tea polyphenol and curcumin provided in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 2, 110 SD male aged rats (18 months old) were randomly divided into 11 groups, 10 of each group were administered with the effervescent tablets containing tea polyphenol and curcumin provided in examples 1 to 8, respectively, the effervescent tablets containing tea polyphenol and curcumin provided in comparative examples 1 to 2 were administered in groups I to J, respectively, the K group was a blank control group, and the A to J groups were continuously administered for 34 days by gavage administration according to 3.6g/kg, and serum was taken on day 35 to determine Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in serum, and the results are shown in Table 2:

As can be seen from the comparison of the groups A-H and K in Table 2, after the effervescent tablets containing tea polyphenol and curcumin provided in the examples 1-8 are taken, the serum MDA content of rats is obviously lower than that of a blank control group, and the SOD activity and GSH-Px activity are obviously higher than those of the blank control group, which shows that the effervescent tablets containing tea polyphenol and curcumin provided in the examples 1-8 have the effects of antioxidation and anti-aging.
As can be seen from the comparison of groups A-H and groups I-J in Table 2, when the tea polyphenol, curcumin, optional vitamin C and optional lycopene are in the specific mass parts, the raw materials are matched synergistically, and the prepared effervescent tablet containing the tea polyphenol and the curcumin has more obvious effects on oxidation resistance and aging resistance.
As can be seen from the comparison of the groups A-C and the groups D-G in the table 2, after the vitamin C and the lycopene are added into the effervescent tablet containing the tea polyphenol and the curcumin, the vitamin C, the lycopene, the tea polyphenol and the curcumin are matched in a synergistic way within a specific mass part range and are mutually compatible, and the prepared effervescent tablet containing the tea polyphenol and the curcumin has higher bioavailability and more obvious effects on antioxidation and anti-aging.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention.
Claims (13)
1. The efficacy effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenol and curcumin is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
750-800 parts of tea polyphenol, 500-550 parts of curcumin, 200-250 parts of vitamin C, 200-250 parts of lycopene, 450-550 parts of stabilizer, 750-800 parts of acid agent and 450-500 parts of alkaline agent.
2. The efficacy effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenols and curcumin according to claim 1, wherein it is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 770-780 parts of tea polyphenol, 520-530 parts of curcumin, 220-230 parts of vitamin C, 220-230 parts of lycopene, 470-480 parts of stabilizer, 770-780 parts of acid agent and 480-490 parts of alkaline agent.
3. The efficacy effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenols and curcumin according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the acid agent is selected from at least one of tartaric acid, malic acid, fumaric acid, citric acid or sodium citrate.
4. An efficacy effervescent tablet as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the acid agent is citric acid.
5. The efficacy effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenols and curcumin according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the alkaline agent is selected from at least one of potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate and calcium bicarbonate.
6. The effervescent tablet of claim 5, wherein said alkaline agent is sodium carbonate.
7. The efficacy effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenols and curcumin according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the stabilizer is selected from at least one of dextrin, water-soluble starch and chitosan.
8. The efficacious effervescent tablet of claim 7, wherein said stabilizing agent is dextrin.
9. The method for preparing an effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenols and curcumin as claimed in any one of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
(a) Uniformly mixing tea polyphenol, a stabilizer and an acid agent, granulating by a wet method, and drying to obtain first granules;
(b) Uniformly mixing curcumin, a stabilizer and an alkaline agent, granulating by a wet method, and drying to obtain second granules;
(c) Uniformly mixing the first granule, the second granule, optional vitamin C and optional lycopene, and tabletting to obtain the effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenols and curcumin.
10. The method of preparing an efficacious effervescent tablet comprising tea polyphenols and curcumin according to claim 9, further comprising a step(s) of pulverizing tea polyphenols, curcumin, stabilizer, acid agent, alkali agent, optional lycopene and optional vitamin C, respectively, and sieving through an 80 mesh sieve, before said step (a).
11. The method for preparing an effervescent tablet of efficacy containing tea polyphenols and curcumin according to claim 9, wherein the wetting agent used in the wet granulation of the first granule and the second granule is ethanol.
12. The method of producing an efficacious effervescent tablet containing tea polyphenols and curcumin as claimed in claim 9, wherein in both step (a) and step (b), the drying temperature is 45-55 ℃.
13. The method of producing an efficacious effervescent tablet comprising tea polyphenols and curcumin as claimed in claim 12, wherein in both step (a) and step (b), the drying temperature is 50 ℃.
