Abstract
본 발명은 아로니아 베리를 이용한 환 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 아로니아 베리 분말 5~20 중량부에 수용성 프로폴리스가 희석된 물을 공급한 후 액상의 죽을 만드는 단계, 액상의 죽을 25~30℃의 온도에서 1~2시간 동안 1차 발효시키는 단계, 발효된 액상의 죽을 25~30℃의 온도로 설정된 교반기에 넣고 1~10시간 동안 반죽시키면서 반죽을 만드는 단계, 반죽을 지름 2~5mm 정도의 환(丸)으로 만드는 단계 및 환을 50~60℃의 온도에서 12~24시간 동안 건조시키는 단계로 제조되는 아로니아 베리를 이용한 환을 제공할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a ring using Aronia berry and a method for producing the same.
