本发明公开了一种改进的阀门,包括手柄(1),阀体(2),门闸(3),所述阀体(2)及所述门闸(3)的密封面为银锰合金质,所述银锰合金的重量组份为:银70‑80;锰30‑20。由于所述阀体(2)及所述门闸(3)的密封面为银锰合金质,为贝壳类生物着床所厌恶,从而使闭阀顺畅,还具密封面耐磨特点。

本发明属于阀门,更具体地说涉及一种改进的阀门。
背景技术
位于船舶底层的,供轮机冷却系统用之阀门,其进水端与大海连通,由于船舶长久地浸泡在海上,尤其是在易繁衍贝壳类生物的近岸海域,因贝壳类生物特喜欢在光滑的平面着床,而船舶则需持续地让该阀门长久处于开启状态,以致阀体内腔的各密封面会叮布贝壳类生物,导致闭阀受阻,当检修与该阀门连通之相关设备时,海水必经该阀门漏入船内,这是令船舶业主们所一直困忧的问题,因此,提供一种改进的阀门,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的阀门。
本发明一种改进的阀门,包括手柄,阀体,门闸,所述阀体及所述门闸的密封面为银锰合金质,所述银锰合金的重量组份为:银70-80;锰30-20。
本发明具如下有益效果:
由于所述阀体及所述门闸的密封面为银锰合金质,为贝壳类生物着床所厌恶,从而使闭阀顺畅,还具密封面耐磨特点。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例一,本发明一种改进的阀门,包括手柄1,阀体2,门闸3,包含密封面的所述阀体2及所述门闸3的材料均为银锰合金质,如图1所示,银锰合金的重量组份为:银70;锰30。
实施例二,为减少材料成本,本发明一种改进的阀门,包括手柄1,阀体2,门闸3,由银锰合金质密封面的部件4紧密接合于所述阀体2及所述门闸3,如图2所示。接合方式以嵌插并粘连为最佳,银锰合金的重量组份为:银80;锰20。
