本发明公开了一种与大海连通的闸阀,包括手柄(1),阀体(2),门闸(3),所述阀体(2)及所述门闸(3)的密封面呈圆环状,各所述密封面形成有数个圆环状凹陷(4),各所述凹陷(4)间为同圆心设置,且相互间距为0.8‑1.2毫米,最好是1.0毫米,各所述凹陷(4)深度为1.0‑1.5毫米,最好是1.5毫米,各所述凹陷(4)宽度为0.5‑1.0毫米,最好是1.0毫米。因各所述密封面形成有圆环状凹陷(4),破坏了贝壳类生物着床所需的平整条件,闭阀时,所述门闸(3)密封面与所述阀体(2)密封面间相互作上下向移动时,增加了磨擦力,使附着物得以清括,保障闭阀顺畅及不漏水。

本发明属于阀门,更具体地说涉及一种与大海连通的闸阀。
背景技术
位于船舶底层的,供轮机冷却系统用之阀门,其进水端与大海连通,由于船舶长久地浸泡在海上,尤其是在易繁衍贝壳类生物的近岸海域,因贝壳类生物特喜欢在光滑的平面着床,而船舶则需持续地让该阀门长久处于开启状态,以致阀体内腔的各密封面会叮布贝壳类生物,导致闭阀受阻,当检修与该阀门连通之相关设备时,海水必经该阀门漏入船内,这是令船舶业主们所一直困忧的问题,因此,提供一种与大海连通的闸阀,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种与大海连通的闸阀。
本发明一种与大海连通的闸阀,包括手柄,阀体,门闸,所述阀体及所述门闸的密封面呈圆环状,各所述密封面形成有数个圆环状凹陷,各所述凹陷间为同圆心设置,且相互间距为0.8-1.2毫米,各所述凹陷深度为1.0-1.5毫米,各所述凹陷宽度为0.5-1.0毫米。
本发明具如下有益效果:
由于所述阀体及所述门闸的各所述密封面形成有圆环状凹陷,破坏了贝壳类生物着床所需的平整条件,闭阀时,所述门闸密封面与所述阀体密封面间相互作上下向移动时,增加了磨擦力,使附着物得以清括,保障闭阀顺畅及不漏水。

图1所示,本发明一种与大海连通的闸阀,包括手柄1,阀体2,门闸3,所述阀体2及所述门闸3的密封面呈圆环状,各所述密封面形成有数个圆环状凹陷4,各所述凹陷4间为同圆心设置,且相互间距为0.8-1.2毫米,最好是1.0毫米,各所述凹陷4深度为1.0-1.5毫米,最好是1.5毫米,各所述凹陷4宽度为0.5-1.0毫米,最好是1.0毫米。
