本发明公开了一种与大海连通的船用水阀,包括手柄(1),阀杆(2),阀体(3),阀盖螺母(4),门闸(5),超声波发生器(6),所述阀杆(2)上下向中部设置有空腔(7),所述阀盖螺母(4)之顶面连接一个声波接头(8)并密套于所述阀杆(2)外,所述声波接头(8)有环所述阀杆(2)的凹陷(9),所述空腔(7)有与所述凹陷(9)连通的穿孔(10),由所述超声波发生器(6)输出的超声波,经传导管(11),声波接头(8),穿孔(10),传导至空腔(7),让所述阀杆(2)及门闸(5)在所述阀体(3)腔内作持续的振荡,阻止好静的贝壳类生物在所述阀体(3)腔内着床,使闭阀顺畅。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门,更具体地说涉及一种与大海连通的船用水阀。
背景技术
位于船舶底层的,供轮机冷却系统用之阀门,其进水端与大海连通,由于船舶长久地浸泡在海上,尤其是在易繁衍贝壳类生物的近岸海域,因贝壳类生物特喜欢在光滑的平面着床,而船舶则需持续地让该阀门长久处于开启状态,以致阀体内腔的各密封面会叮布贝壳类生物,导致闭阀受阻,当检修与该阀门连通之相关设备时,海水必经该阀门漏入船内,这是令船舶业主们所一直困忧的问题,因此,提供一种与大海连通的船用水阀,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种与大海连通的船用水阀。
本发明一种与大海连通的船用水阀,包括手柄,阀杆,阀体,阀盖螺母,门闸,超声波发生器,所述阀杆上下向中部设置有空腔,所述阀盖螺母之顶面连接一个声波接头并密套于所述阀杆外,所述声波接头有环所述阀杆的凹陷,所述空腔有与所述凹陷连通的穿孔,所述超声波发生器之声波,经传导管与所述声波接头连通。
本发明具如下有益效果:
由超声波发生器输出的超声波,经传导管,声波接头,穿孔,传导至空腔,让所述阀杆及门闸在所述阀体腔内作持续的振荡,阻止好静的贝壳类生物在所述阀体腔内着床,从而保障所述门闸密封面与所述阀体密封面平整,使闭阀顺畅。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
图1所示,本发明一种与大海连通的船用水阀,包括手柄1,阀杆2,阀体3,阀盖螺母4,门闸5,超声波发生器6,所述阀杆2上下向中部设置有空腔7,所述阀盖螺母4之顶面连接一个声波接头8并密套于所述阀杆2外,所述声波接头8有环所述阀杆2的凹陷9,所述空腔7有与所述凹陷9连通的穿孔10,所述超声波发生器6之声波,经传导管11与所述声波接头8连通。所述超声波发生器6的输出功率以100-300W为宜,频率为20KHz为宜,且只须于所述阀门处开启状态时使用。

1.一种与大海连通的船用水阀,包括手柄(1),阀杆(2),阀体(3),阀盖螺母(4),门闸(5),超声波发生器(6),其特征在于,所述阀杆(2)上下向中部设置有空腔(7),所述阀盖螺母(4)之顶面连接一个声波接头(8)并密套于所述阀杆(2)外,所述声波接头(8)有环所述阀杆(2)的凹陷(9),所述空腔(7)有与所述凹陷(9)连通的穿孔(10),所述超声波发生器(6),输出功率为100-300W,频率为20KHz的超声波,经传导管(11),声波接头(8),穿孔(10),传导至空腔(7),让所述阀杆(2)及门闸在所述阀体(3)腔内作持续的振荡,阻止好静的贝壳类生物在所述阀体(3)腔内着床,从而保障所述门闸密封面与所述阀体(3)密封面平整,使闭阀顺畅。
