Abstract

本发明由B型三相电机1、箱体2、挡风板3和风机叶轮4构成，B型三相电机1安在箱体2一侧偏上位置，电机轴在箱体2内部，风机叶轮4安装在电机轴上，开有圆孔的挡风板3将箱体2隔为两个等体积的箱室，挡风板3与风机叶轮4共面，挡风板3的圆孔直径大于风机叶轮4的直径，其圆孔中心与电机转轴同心，进风口在箱体板电机体下方，出风口在进风口相对的箱体板上且二者大小相同。本发明的箱式轴流式消防风机的电机安装在箱体外部，不占据通风截面，使有效流量相对增大，处于火灾工作状态时，电机体可以不受高温影响，从而大大延长风机的工作时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及风机技术，尤其涉及消防风机。
背景技术
现有的轴流式消防风机的电机都处于被输送的气体中，需要用铁壳保护起来并通风冷却，它占据了一部分通风截面，使有效流量减少，消防风机工作时，高温气体会使电机升温，从而缩短消防风机使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所涉及的箱式轴流式消防风机，由B型三相电机1、箱体2、挡风板3和风机叶轮4构成，B型三相电机1安在箱体2外部一侧偏上位置，电机轴在箱体2内部，风机叶轮4安装在电机轴上，开有圆孔的挡风板3将箱体2隔为两个等体积的箱室，挡风板3与风机叶轮4共面，挡风板3的圆孔直径略大于风机叶轮4的直径，其圆孔中心与电机转轴同心，进风口在箱体板电机体下方，出风口在进风口相对的箱体板上且二者大小相同。
本发明的箱式轴流式消防风机的电机安装在箱体外部，不占据通风截面，使有效流量相对增大，处于火灾工作状态时，电机体可以不受高温影响，从而大大延长风机的工作时间。

1.箱式轴流式消防风机，其特征是：箱式轴流式消防风机由B型三相电机、箱体、挡风板和风机叶轮构成，B型三相电机安在箱体一侧偏上位置，电机轴在箱体内部，风机叶轮安装在电机轴上，开有圆孔的挡风板将箱体隔为两个等体积的箱室，挡风板与风机叶轮共面，挡风板的圆孔直径略大于风机叶轮的直径，挡风板的圆孔中心与电机转轴同心，进风口在电机体下方，出风口在进风口相对的箱体板上，进风口与出风口大小相同，进风口面积与挡风板的圆孔面积相同。
2.按照权利要求1所述的箱式轴流式消防风机，电机转轴位于箱体内部，其特征是：电机体位于风机箱体外部。
3.按照权利要求1所述的箱式轴流式消防风机，箱体中部有一个挡风板，其特征是：挡风板将箱体分隔为两个等体积的箱室。
