After the cleaning is finished, an operator only needs to retract the whole cleaning device according to the set degree, drive back to the parking garage for charging and add cleaning liquid, and then the next train can be cleaned.
The whole cleaning process of the equipment is completed in a self-adaptive way, an operator only needs to monitor the running condition and prevent accidents, so that the equipment is convenient, efficient and flexible to clean and has important practical value.

Claims (1)

1. All-round self-adaptation portable cleaning equipment of rail vehicle, its characterized in that: comprises five parts of a bearing vehicle (1), a supporting arm (2), a servo motor unit (3), a cleaning head (4) and a brush head mechanism (5);
the bearing vehicle consists of a vehicle body (1-1), a hydraulic driving motor (1-2), a rotary table (1-3), a rotary table driving motor (1-4), a water tank (1-5) and a storage battery (1-6); the vehicle body (1-1) supports the whole device, simultaneously moves with the whole cleaning device, and is provided with a driving system of the bearing vehicle; the hydraulic driving motor (1-2) and the rotary table driving motor (1-4) are arranged on the vehicle body, and meanwhile, the rotary table driving motor (1-4) is connected with the rotary table (1-3) through a transmission gear; the water tank (1-5) is arranged at the rear part of the trolley and is used for storing cleaning water and cleaning liquid; the storage batteries (1-6) are arranged in the vehicle body and are used for providing electric energy for the motor of the whole device;
the support arm is arranged on the vehicle body (1-1) and mainly comprises a base (2-1), an arm rod (2-2), a hydraulic rod group (2-3) and a connecting piece (2-4); the base (2-1) is arranged on the turntable (1-3) and can rotate 360 degrees along with the turntable; the arm lever (2-2) comprises three parts, namely a lower arm lever, a middle arm lever and an upper arm lever, wherein the lower arm lever is hinged with the base (2-1), the middle arm lever is hinged with the lower arm lever and the upper arm lever, and the upper arm lever is connected with the servo motor unit (3); the hydraulic rod group (2-3) comprises four groups of hydraulic rods which are respectively arranged among the base (2-1), the arm rod (2-2) and the connecting piece (2-4) and are mainly used for controlling the integral movement of the arm rod (2-2); the connecting piece (2-4) is connected with the hydraulic rod and a connecting block (3-2) in the motor group (3), and the other end of the connecting piece is hinged with the upper arm rod, so that the cleaning head can be controlled to rotate in a small range through the hydraulic rod;
the servo motor group is arranged on the supporting arm (2) and is connected with the cleaning head (4); the servo motor unit (3) consists of a motor base (3-1), a connecting block (3-2), a first servo motor (3-3), a right-angle motor base (3-4) and a second servo motor (3-5); the motor base (3-1) provides an installation position for the servo motor I (3-3); the connecting block (3-2) is arranged at the lower part of the motor base (3-1) and is used for connecting the supporting arm (2) with the servo motor unit (3); the servo motor I (3-3) is arranged on the motor base (3-1), and the upper part of the servo motor I is connected with the right-angle motor base (3-4); the right-angle motor base (3-4) is arranged between the first servo motor (3-3) and the second servo motor (3-5); the second servo motor (3-5) is arranged on the right-angle motor base (3-4) and is connected with the cleaning head (4) to drive the whole cleaning head to rotate;
the cleaning head consists of a shell framework (4-1), a shock absorber (4-2), a brush group (4-3) and a distance sensor (4-4); the shell framework (4-1) of the cleaning head (4) is connected with the flange of the servo motor II (3-5); the shock absorber (4-2) is arranged between the brush group (4-3) and the shell framework (4-1), so that on one hand, the shock absorber can play a role in buffering when the brush group (4-3) is close to the surface of a train to prevent damage to the outer surface of the train, and on the other hand, the movement range of the whole brush group (4-3) can be controlled by adjusting the working stroke of the shock absorber; the brush groups (4-3) are divided into two rows, are arranged at the lower part of a baffle of the shell framework (4-1) and are hinged with the framework, and are mainly used for cleaning the surface of a vehicle body; the distance sensors (4-4) are arranged in a row and are arranged below the hinge joint of the brush group (4-3) and the shell framework (4-1) and used for measuring the distance between the cleaning head (4) and the vehicle body so as to prevent scratch;
the brush head mechanism is arranged on a shell framework (4-1) and consists of a bracket rod part (5-1), a bracket head part (5-2), a disc type motor (5-3), a rolling brush (5-4) and a spring (5-5); one end of the bracket rod part (5-1) is hinged on the shell framework (4-1) and is connected with the shock absorber (4-2), and the other end is hinged with the bracket head part (5-2); the rolling brush (5-4) is arranged on the bracket head (5-2), and the disc-shaped motor (5-3) is arranged on two sides of the rolling brush (5-4) to provide power for the rolling brush; the springs (5-5) are arranged at two ends of the bracket rod part (5-1) and the bracket head part (5-2), when the rolling brush (5-4) is deflected under a certain pressure, the rolling brush is restored to the original position when the pressure is gradually reduced;
the brush head mechanism (5) comprises two rows of a plurality of independent rolling brushes (5-4), and a bracket rod part (5-1) and a bracket head part (5-2) of the brush head mechanism can rotate relatively, so that the rolling brushes can be favorably attached to the curved surface shape of the outer surface of a train; meanwhile, the springs (5-5) are arranged at the two ends of the support rod part (5-1) and the support head part (5-2) and used for correcting the relative positions of the two parts;
the cleaning head (4) is provided with a shock absorber (4-2) and a distance sensor (4-4), and the servo motor unit (3) is controlled to adjust the posture of the cleaning head (4) by combining the feedback data of the shock absorber and the distance sensor, so that the completion of the omnibearing self-adaptive cleaning work of the train surface is ensured.
