The merchant client 100 includes a PC client, a mobile phone client, a web client, and the like, and is configured to receive takeout orders of all takeout platforms (the takeout platforms include takeout platforms such as american group takeout, hungry takeout, hundredth takeout, public account, and the like), integrate the takeout orders, and generate merchant orders in a unified format (the merchant order content may include a merchant order number, a two-dimensional code, a barcode, a customer name, a delivery address, order placement time, a meal name, a number, a consumption amount, and the like), so as to facilitate unified management. In this embodiment, the merchant client 100 includes an order integrating module 120, an order sorting module 140, and a meal matching module 160.
The order integration module 120 is configured to receive takeout orders sent by each takeout platform, and integrate the received takeout orders according to a takeout order format preset by a merchant to generate a merchant order. Specifically, the order integration module 120 performs communication interaction with each takeout platform through an Application Programming Interface (API), reads, operates, changes information and the like for the takeout orders of different takeout platforms, integrates the takeout orders into a merchant order with a unified format, and uploads the merchant order information to the cloud server 200. The order is managed in a unified mode, subsequent data analysis and management are facilitated, and the informatization degree is improved.
The order sorting module 140 is configured to sort the merchant orders in the same delivery area according to delivery time. Specifically, the order sorting module 140 includes a storage unit and a sorting unit. The storage unit is internally stored with a merchant order queue corresponding to a delivery area; the sequencing unit is used for inserting the newly generated merchant orders into the corresponding merchant order queue and sequencing according to the delivery time. The method has the advantages that the regional division and the sequencing of orders of merchants are realized, and then the food in the same delivery region and the same delivery time can be produced and delivered simultaneously, so that the number of delivery personnel and the food time of customers and the like are effectively reduced, the cost is greatly reduced, and the satisfaction degree of the customers is effectively improved.
The meal matching module 160 is configured to obtain meal item information in the order of the merchant, and generate meal item production guidance information according to a preset meal matching rule. Specifically, the meal preparation module 160 may obtain several consecutive merchant orders in an order queue from top to bottom, obtain names and quantities of meal items on the merchant orders, sort the meal item production according to the difficulty level of the meal item production or the production process, and provide the sorted meal item production to the kitchen (which may be displayed in the kitchen through a display device, where the display device may be a PC, a mobile phone, or a custom terminal, etc.), so as to implement guidance on the meal item production, thereby ensuring centralized production of meal items in the same delivery area and the same delivery time, avoiding waiting for delivery personnel, further greatly improving the meal delivery efficiency, and effectively improving the satisfaction degree of customers.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the online take-out orders of the big take-out platforms of the restaurant are integrated through the order integration module 120, and merchant orders with uniform formats are generated; automatically adjusting the order sequence of the merchant according to the delivery address and the delivery time through the order sequencing module 140; the food preparation module 160 analyzes the number and information of sold food in the order of the merchant and guides the kitchen meal delivery sequence and number, so that the food preparation flow is effectively optimized, the manpower required by the take-out business of the restaurant is greatly reduced, the cost is greatly reduced, and the customer satisfaction is improved; the cloud server 200 analyzes the order of the merchant, and financial data, customer consumption characteristic data, operation conditions and the like are analyzed, so that the operation efficiency and the informatization degree of the restaurant are greatly improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of another embodiment of the merchant client shown in fig. 1.
Based on the above embodiments, in this embodiment, the merchant client 100 includes a printing module 180, and the printing module 180 is configured to print the merchant orders in the merchant order queue. Specifically, the printing module 180 is configured to print the merchant orders when the number of the merchant orders in the merchant order queue reaches a preset threshold value or a preset printing time interval. The contents of the printed merchant order include a merchant order number, a two-dimensional code, a bar code, a customer name, a delivery address, an order placing time, a meal name and quantity, a consumption amount and the like. Based on the above embodiments, in this embodiment, the cloud server 200 includes a client data analysis module 220; the customer data analysis module 220 is configured to generate a customer volume information report according to the merchant order; the content of the customer volume information report comprises customer order information (specifically comprising customer names, addresses, contact ways, dish names, consumption amounts and the like), the number of customers, information and quantity of newly-added customers every day, customer re-sufficiency rate, customer information lost in stage time and loss rate, so that real-time attention to customer groups is realized, targeted adjustment is performed, and further the market competitiveness of merchants is improved.

The takeaway management system of claim 1 wherein said cloud server includes a customer data analysis module; the customer data analysis module is used for generating a customer volume information report according to the merchant order; the content of the customer volume information report comprises customer order information, customer number, information and quantity of newly added customers every day, customer recovery rate, and customer information and loss rate lost in stage time.
