Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a first interface for presenting order information according to the embodiment of the present invention, where the first interface is a front-end interface of an order module of an application program to which the method according to the embodiment of the present invention is applied, and a user can view order information and perform order operation through the first interface. Taking the merchant-side application program as an example, the merchant can access the first interface, select the order classification menu item, browse the order information placed by the corresponding order classification, and execute the order operation of the target order according to the requirement.
As shown in fig. 3, the first interface includes two levels of order classification menus, namely a level-one order classification menu 301 and a level-two order classification menu 302, for example, the level-one order classification menu includes the following menu items: the secondary order classification menu comprises the following menu items: the merchant can select a primary order classification menu item and a secondary order classification menu item according to the requirements and check at least one order belonging to the order classification corresponding to the primary order classification menu item and the secondary order classification menu item.
In the first interface, order information of an order is displayed in units of order components, and the display form of the order components may be a card form, for example, an area of a dashed box in fig. 3 is an order card. The order card includes: a first display area 303, a second display area 304, and a first operation area 305; optionally, when one or more abnormal orders occur, and the one or more abnormal orders match with the currently selected primary order classification menu item and the currently selected secondary order classification menu item, the order card further includes: a fourth display area 306. As mentioned above, the first display area 303 is used for displaying order header information, the second display area 304 is used for displaying at least one type of order element information, the fourth display area 306 is used for displaying one or more pieces of exception information, and the first operation area 305 contains at least one first operation control.
Specifically, the key information displayed in the first display area 303 includes: order number, order delivery time, and order status. The key information is necessary information for the merchant to read when browsing the order.
The second display area 304 includes at least one information display block for displaying corresponding order element information. The order element information includes one or more of the following information: meal delivery information, customer information, delivery information, merchandise information, and remark information. Further, the order cards placed in different order categories display by default order element information related to the order categories, such as: for order cards under abnormal meal-out menu items, the second display area only displays customer information and remark information; and for the order cards under the abnormal delivery menu item, the second display area only displays delivery information. By the method, the order cards only display the order element information which is possibly concerned by the merchants under the current order classification, and the information quantity displayed by the order cards is further simplified.
The first operating region 305 is the region where the core operating controls are located, see the phone contact control, the online contact control, and the two dynamically configurable core operating controls 307 and 308 in fig. 3. Alternatively, the operation control 308 may be configured as a conventional operation control, and the operation control 307 may be configured as a non-conventional operation control. Since the order classification reflects the current delivery stage of the order, and the core operations in different delivery stages are different, in this embodiment, the operation controls 307 and 308 may be dynamically configured according to the order classification, so that the operation controls are configured as the core operations in the corresponding order classification. Taking the example of the order classification as "pending orders", the order is in the delivery phase of the pending order, the operation control 308 is configured as an order taking control, and the operation control 307 is configured as a rejection order taking control. Taking the order classification as "to-eat" as an example, since the core operation in this stage is to confirm a meal, the operation control 308 is configured to confirm a meal, and the operation control 307 is cancelled.
Because the first operation controls configured under different order classifications are different, when the merchant switches to select different order classification menu items, the first operation control in the first operation area is switched along with the switching. The embodiment realizes the dynamic configuration of the core operation control in the order card, provides uniform operation experience for merchants, and improves reading and operating efficiency.
The fourth display area 306 is an abnormal area, and in the normal state of the order, the corresponding order card has no fourth display area; and in the abnormal order state, the corresponding order card exists in the fourth display area. If one or more abnormal order conditions occur in a certain order, when an order classification menu item matched with the one or more abnormal order conditions is selected, the corresponding order card is divided into blocks (namely a fourth display area) to present one or more abnormal order information.
Specifically, the order exception condition may include one or more of the following: slow meal delivery, overtime meal delivery, invoicing, delivery exception, refund and claim. And if multiple abnormal conditions occur in one order at the same time and the multiple abnormal conditions are matched with the currently selected order classification menu item, the fourth display area is used for displaying multiple pieces of abnormal information corresponding to the multiple abnormal conditions.
Further, when the order abnormal information of a certain order is multiple, a fourth display area in the order component of the order supports response switching operation; the method of the embodiment of the invention also comprises the following steps: and detecting the switching operation aiming at the fourth display area in the target order assembly, and switching and displaying one of the plurality of pieces of abnormal information of the target order. Specifically, the switching operation may be a slide switching operation, a drag switching operation, or a click switching operation. Taking the sliding switching operation as an example, each time the sliding switching operation is detected, the fourth display area switches the current piece of abnormal information to the next piece of abnormal information. Optionally, the fourth display area further comprises: and the indication control is used for indicating the total number of the abnormal information and the currently displayed abnormal information. Referring to the indication control 310 in fig. 3, the short horizontal line and the black dot are indication symbols of each piece of abnormal information, and through the indication control, the merchant can intuitively know that the current order has several pieces of abnormal information (the total number of the short horizontal line and the black dot), and the currently displayed abnormal information is the number of the abnormal information (the short horizontal line indicates the currently displayed abnormal information).
In an optional mode, when a plurality of pieces of order abnormal information of a certain order are provided, the plurality of pieces of order abnormal information have abnormal display priorities, a switching operation for a fourth display area in the target order assembly is detected, and one of the plurality of pieces of abnormal information of the target order is switched and displayed according to the abnormal display priorities; wherein the exception presentation priority is determined according to the selected order classification menu item.
In an example, assuming that four abnormal situations of slow meal preparation, overtime meal preparation, order promotion and abnormal delivery occur to a certain order at the same time, if a currently selected order classification menu item is abnormal meal preparation, the abnormal display priority of abnormal information corresponding to the four abnormal situations is configured to be the slow meal preparation > overtime meal preparation > order promotion > abnormal delivery. Namely: and (4) displaying abnormal information of slow meal in a default way, and when switching operation is detected, sequentially switching and displaying abnormal information of overtime meal, order promotion and delivery abnormality.
In another example, assuming that four abnormal situations of slow preparation of an order, timeout of the order, urging for an order, and abnormal delivery occur simultaneously in a certain order, if the currently selected order classification menu item is an urging for an order, the abnormal display priority of the abnormal information corresponding to the four abnormal situations is configured as urging for an order > slow preparation of the order > timeout of the order > abnormal delivery.
In an optional manner, when detecting a switching operation for a fourth display area in the target order component, and switching to display one of a plurality of pieces of abnormal information of the target order, the method of this embodiment further includes: and synchronously switching at least one first operation control in the first operation area. When different abnormal information is switched, the corresponding first operation area can synchronously switch the core operation control. That is, in the event of an order abnormality, the core operation control in the first operation area is determined according to the selected order classification menu item and the currently presented abnormality information.
In practical applications, when a merchant encounters an abnormal situation of an order, the merchant generally decides how to deal with and operate the order according to the overall situation of the current order. In the prior art, each block includes corresponding abnormal information, which further increases the complexity of presenting order information. The reason for the multiple abnormalities is probably the same fundamental reason, the abnormal information is dispersedly displayed in the prior art, the displayed information of each block is repeatedly displayed mechanically, the abnormal information has no priority, the decision efficiency of merchants is low, and the processing priority is unknown when many merchants feed back various conditions. In the embodiment of the invention, the display mode of the abnormal information is optimized, when a certain order has multiple abnormal conditions at the same time, the fourth display area displays all the abnormal information of the order in a centralized manner, and supports switching operation to browse all the abnormal information, so that a merchant can conveniently decide the abnormal reason of each piece of abnormal information; in addition, the abnormal information display has priority, so that the merchant can process the abnormal information with higher priority preferentially, and the abnormal processing efficiency of the merchant is further improved.
Furthermore, the embodiment of the invention also optimizes the abnormal information file, classifies the abnormal information into the categories of abnormal description, possible risks, operation suggestions, liability judgment results, abnormal reasons and the like, and ensures that the merchant really reads what the abnormal information is at one time, thereby further improving the decision efficiency of the merchant.
The order card further comprises: an order detail information access entry 309, optionally, the order detail information access entry 309 is located in the first display area. When the merchant wants to further view the order detail information, the order detail information access portal 309 may be clicked, and the merchant-side application presents a second interface in response to this operation.
Further, when a sliding operation within the target order component is detected, the first display area 303 is displayed in a ceiling-mounted manner in the process of responding to the sliding operation. Specifically, when detecting that a merchant slides up and down in an order card to check information of each display area, the first display area is displayed in a ceiling-mounted manner, so that when the order card is too high and the merchant reads the bottom of the order card, which order is currently read is forgotten, and the merchant can read order header information at any time when sliding up and down; meanwhile, the order detail information access entrance is positioned in the first display area, so that a merchant can be guaranteed to access the order detail information at any time.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a second interface for presenting order information according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, when a trigger operation for an order detail information access entry in a target order component is detected, a second interface is presented, where the second interface is a floating window interface, and the second interface includes: a third display area 401 and a second operation area 402.
The third display area 401 is used to display order detail information, including all information of orders such as meal, delivery, customer, remarks, and merchandise. If the order detail information is not displayed completely on one screen, the third display area 401 supports up-and-down sliding browsing in the area, and optionally the second operation area which needs to be kept at the bottom is always visible during the sliding.
The second operating region 402 contains at least one second operating control. See online customer service controls, print controls, and two non-core operational controls 403 and 404 in FIG. 4. Wherein the uncore operational controls 403 and 404 are dynamically configurable. Similarly, the non-core operation control can be dynamically configured according to the order classification. Taking the order classification as "to-be-picked" as an example, the order is in the delivery stage of the to-be-picked order, the operation control 403 is configured as a partial cancel control, and the operation control 404 is configured as a cancel order control. Since the non-core operation is the operation which is less frequent in user interaction, the layout of the order cards in the first interface is simplified by transferring the non-core operation to the second interface, and the problem of frequent interface switching is not caused.
In an optional manner, after detecting a trigger operation for any first operation control in the target order component, sending a first operation request for the server to process the target order in response to the first operation request, the method further includes: obtaining a judgment result of judging whether the target order belongs to the order classification corresponding to the order classification menu item according to the order state information of the target order; if so, reserving an order component for displaying the target order; and if the judgment result is negative, removing the order component of the target order.
Specifically, if one or more abnormal conditions of the target order exist, after the merchant operates the first operation control in some abnormal condition, the merchant-side application program will request the server again to obtain the order state information of the target order, so as to determine whether the target order needs to be removed from the current order list. If the current target order is not in the order category, the order card is removed from the current order list, for example, under the order category with abnormal meal output, the merchant clicks the operation control of "prove meal" to complete the confirmation meal operation after the proof meal output is completed, and then the order card of the current order is removed from the order category with abnormal meal output. If the current target order still belongs to the order classification, the order card still displays each piece of abnormal information according to the priority mentioned above.
Fig. 5a to 5j are schematic diagrams illustrating interaction display scenes of order cards in a normal state.
As shown in fig. 5a and 5b, the first interface and the second interface are respectively a scenario, a first-level order classification menu item currently selected in the first interface is "to be processed", a second-level order classification menu item is "to receive orders", and a first operation control included in the first operation area specifically includes: a telephone contact control, an on-line contact control, a rejection control and an order receiving control; the second operation control included in the second operation area in the second interface specifically includes: the system comprises an online customer service control, a printing control, a partial cancellation control and an order cancellation control. The information displayed in each display area in the first interface of fig. 5a and the second interface of fig. 5b is an example and should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5c and 5d, the two status scenes of the first interface are respectively, the currently selected primary order classification menu item is "to be processed", the secondary order classification menu item is "to have a meal", and the first operation control included in the first operation area specifically includes: a telephone contact control, an on-line contact control and a meal confirmation control. And confirming that the meal control can be clicked after x minutes, and dynamically calculating the clickable time according to the types and the quantity of the commodities for different orders. After confirming that the meal delivery control can be clicked, the confirmed meal delivery control can also prompt the promised meal delivery duration, and specifically, prompt in a countdown mode. If the meal time exceeds the promised meal time, the order is still meal, and the meal exception is presented.
As shown in fig. 5e and fig. 5f, the two status scenarios are two status scenarios of the first interface, and the two status scenarios are a scenario of self-distribution by a merchant or a scenario of self-distribution by platform distribution. The currently selected primary order classification menu item is "pending" and the secondary order classification menu item is "pending dispatch". The first operation control included in the first operation area specifically includes: telephone contact control, on-line contact control, and sending out confirmation control/sending in confirmation control. Since the merchant rarely adopts a self-delivery mode, the bubble prompt is supported and displayed on the core operation control to remind the merchant to confirm delivery as soon as possible, and the influence on customer experience due to opaque delivery progress is avoided.
As shown in fig. 5g and fig. 5h, the two status scenarios are two status scenarios of the first interface, and the two status scenarios are platform delivery scenarios. The currently selected primary order category menu item is "pending" and the secondary order category menu item is "delivery to call". The first operation control included in the first operation area in fig. 5g is specifically: the system comprises a telephone contact control, an on-line contact control, a transfer and delivery control, a tip charging control and a call delivery control. If the merchant clicks the call delivery control, as shown in fig. 5h, the first operation control is switched to: a telephone contact control, an on-line contact control, a tip adding control and a distribution canceling control. If the merchant clicks the cancel delivery control, the first operation area is switched to fig. 5g again.
As shown in fig. 5i, this is a scenario of the first interface where the order does not currently have any pending operation. The currently selected primary order category menu item is "pending" and the secondary order category menu item is "all". The first operation area displays all normal state documents of the order, and displays a telephone contact control and an on-line contact control.
As shown in fig. 5j, which is a scenario of the second interface, after a merchant receives an order, no matter what state the order is, the order detail information basically keeps consistent, that is, the order detail information includes: meal delivery information, customer information, remark information, commodity information, and the like.
Fig. 6a to 6e are schematic diagrams illustrating interactive display scenes of order cards in an abnormal state.
As shown in fig. 6a, in a scenario of a first interface for reporting a slow-to-serve exception condition for an order, exception information with the highest priority under a current order classification menu item, that is, exception information for reporting a slow-to-serve exception condition by a knight, is displayed in an exception area by default. If other abnormal conditions such as overtime meal, order urging, distribution abnormality and the like occur to the order, the merchant can slide left and right to switch and browse each piece of abnormal information one by one, and when the abnormal information is switched left and right, the corresponding core operation control of the first operation area is correspondingly switched. If the order is also subjected to abnormal order urging and delivery, the order can be simultaneously displayed in several order classification menus of abnormal order urging and delivery. In addition, the merchant can click the arrow at the rightmost side of the abnormal area to enter the time axis display page of the current abnormal information, so that the specific details of the abnormal situation can be better known.
As shown in fig. 6b, in the first interface scenario where an order is abnormal, the abnormal area displays the abnormal information with the highest priority in the current order classification menu item, that is, the abnormal order information by default. If other abnormal conditions such as slow meal delivery, overtime meal delivery, abnormal delivery and the like simultaneously occur to the order, the merchant can slide left and right to switch and browse each piece of abnormal information one by one, and when the abnormal information is switched left and right, the corresponding core operation control of the first operation area is correspondingly switched. If the order also has the conditions of slow meal delivery, overtime meal delivery and abnormal delivery, the order can simultaneously appear in several order classification menus of abnormal meal delivery and abnormal delivery.
As shown in fig. 6c, in the first interface scenario where an abnormal delivery condition occurs in an order, the abnormal area displays the abnormal information with the highest priority, i.e., the delivery abnormal information, in the current order classification menu item by default. The distribution abnormality information includes several cases: the system has the advantages that the system can be dynamically configured when no transport capacity order is received (no person order is received for a long time is displayed), the shop is not reached for a long time, the meal is not taken, the delivery is stopped, and the core operations corresponding to different delivery abnormal information are different. If other abnormal conditions such as slow meal delivery, overtime meal delivery, order calling and the like simultaneously occur to the order, the merchant can slide left and right to switch and browse each piece of abnormal information one by one, and when the abnormal information is switched left and right, the corresponding core operation control of the first operation area is correspondingly switched. If the order also has the conditions of slow meal delivery, overtime meal delivery and order urging, the order can simultaneously appear in several order classification menus of abnormal meal delivery and order urging.
As shown in fig. 6d, in a scenario of the first interface where the order has an abnormal condition of refund, the abnormal area displays the abnormal information with the highest priority, i.e. the refund information, in the current order classification menu item by default. If other abnormal conditions such as slow meal delivery, overtime meal delivery, order urging, abnormal delivery and the like simultaneously occur to the order, the merchant can slide left and right to switch and browse each piece of abnormal information one by one, and when the abnormal information is switched left and right, the corresponding core operation control of the first operation area is correspondingly switched. If the order also has the conditions of slow meal preparation, overtime meal preparation, order urging and abnormal delivery, the order can simultaneously appear in several order classification menus of abnormal meal preparation, order urging and abnormal delivery.
As shown in fig. 6e, in the scenario of the first interface where an abnormal claim condition occurs in an order, the abnormal area displays, by default, abnormal information with the highest priority under the current order classification menu item, that is, claim information. If other abnormal conditions occur in the order, the merchant can slide left and right to switch and browse each piece of abnormal information one by one, and when the abnormal information is switched left and right, the corresponding core operation control of the first operation area is correspondingly switched. At the same time, the order may appear in other order classification menus matching the abnormal situation.
