本发明公开了一种隔热汽车贴膜,由以下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯树脂12‑15份,十二烷基硫酸钠1‑4份,萜烯树酯10‑15份,已二酸二壬酯3‑5份,环氧大豆油2‑4份,丙烯酸乙酯10‑15份,钡锌复合稳定剂2‑4份,促进剂ACR1.5‑2.5份,金红石型钛白粉8‑15份,防霉剂3‑6份,碳酸钙4‑8份,浮形铝银浆5‑10份,磷酸酯乳化剂6‑12份,甲基苯基硅氧烷支链型预聚物6‑9份,聚氨酯5‑10份,纳米填充剂4‑8份,增塑剂5‑10份,PVC糊树脂5‑10份。本发明具有良好的隔热防晒性能和很好的粘附性以及强度,改善了耐磨性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车贴膜,具体是一种隔热汽车贴膜。
背景技术
汽车贴膜是贴在汽车玻璃上用于美观、安全、隔热的膜。其基本性能包括安全、清晰、防眩光、隔紫外线、隔热、防划伤及保护隐私等。汽车贴膜能够很好的保护汽车玻璃,防止玻璃爆裂对车内驾驶员以及乘客造成的影响,同时汽车贴膜能够很好的防止紫外线对于汽车内饰以及车内物件的损害,因此,越来越多的汽车开始使用汽车贴膜。目前市场上的贴膜粘结性能低,缺乏足够的韧性,不耐紫外线照射,易老化发脆,不能满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种隔热防晒性能良好、具有很好的粘附性和强度、能够防止汽车玻璃爆裂的隔热汽车贴膜。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:隔热汽车贴膜,由以下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯树脂12-15份,十二烷基硫酸钠1-4份,萜烯树酯10-15份,已二酸二壬酯3-5份,环氧大豆油2-4份,丙烯酸乙酯10-15份,异氰酸酯1-1.5份,微米级SiO2粉体0.4-0.8份,钡锌复合稳定剂2-4份,促进剂ACR1.5-2.5份,金红石型钛白粉8-15份,防霉剂3-6份,碳酸钙4-8份,浮形铝银浆5-10份,磷酸酯乳化剂6-12份,马来酸酐3-6份,甲基苯基硅氧烷支链型预聚物6-9份,聚氨酯5-10份,纳米填充剂4-8份,增塑剂5-10份,聚苯乙烯-聚异丁烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物3-6份,PVC糊树脂5-10份。
本发明具有良好的隔热防晒性能和很好的粘附性以及强度,必善了耐磨性能,能够防止汽车玻璃爆裂,同时降低车内温度。

实施例1:隔热汽车贴膜,由以下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯树脂12份,十二烷基硫酸钠1份,萜烯树酯10份,已二酸二壬酯3份,环氧大豆油2份,丙烯酸乙酯10份,异氰酸酯1份,微米级SiO2粉体0.4份,钡锌复合稳定剂2份,促进剂ACR1.5份,金红石型钛白粉8份,防霉剂3份,碳酸钙4份,浮形铝银浆5份,磷酸酯乳化剂6份,马来酸酐3份,甲基苯基硅氧烷支链型预聚物6,聚氨酯5份,纳米填充剂4份,增塑剂5份,聚苯乙烯-聚异丁烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物3份,PVC糊树脂5份。
实施例2:隔热汽车贴膜,由以下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯树脂15份,十二烷基硫酸钠4份,萜烯树酯15份,已二酸二壬酯5份,环氧大豆油4份,丙烯酸乙酯15份,异氰酸酯1.5份,微米级SiO2粉体0.8份,钡锌复合稳定剂4份,促进剂ACR2.5份,金红石型钛白粉15份,防霉剂6份,碳酸钙8份,浮形铝银浆10份,磷酸酯乳化剂12份,马来酸酐6份,甲基苯基硅氧烷支链型预聚物9份,聚氨酯10份,纳米填充剂8份,增塑剂10份,聚苯乙烯-聚异丁烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物6份,PVC糊树脂10份。

1.隔热汽车贴膜,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯树脂12-15份,十二烷基硫酸钠1-4份,萜烯树酯10-15份,已二酸二壬酯3-5份,环氧大豆油2-4份,丙烯酸乙酯10-15份,异氰酸酯1-1.5份,微米级SiO2粉体0.4-0.8份,钡锌复合稳定剂2-4份,促进剂ACR1.5-2.5份,金红石型钛白粉8-15份,防霉剂3-6份,碳酸钙4-8份,浮形铝银浆5-10份,磷酸酯乳化剂6-12份,马来酸酐3-6份,甲基苯基硅氧烷支链型预聚物6-9份,聚氨酯5-10份,纳米填充剂4-8份,增塑剂5-10份,聚苯乙烯-聚异丁烯-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物3-6份,PVC糊树脂5-10份。
