本发明涉及一种三七清洗切片机,属于农业收获机械设备技术领域。本发明包括机架、液压清洗系统、切片系统、收集系统,机架上端固定有液压清洗系统,机架下端从上而下依次是切片系统和收集系统。其中三七在液压清洗系统中清洗后由进料口进入切片系统,再通过出料口出料进入收集系统。本发明采用电源与液压系统做动力,动力充足、控制精确、操作简便、经济适用。作业时该机可连续完成清洗、切片、筛选等作业,解决了劳动强度大,耗费工时,人工成本高的状况。提高了收获效益,具有很广阔的市场前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种三七清洗切片机,属于农业机械设备技术领域。
背景技术
三七具有“生打熟补”功效:生三七针对血液方面的疾病及保健功能,即服生三七,能活血化瘀,消肿止痛,参治跌打劳伤有效,服熟三七,能补血强身。经科学研究并通过临床试验证明:三七与人参一样,含有四环三萜等补养成份,而且比人含参含量还高, 三七所含的酮类化合物,能促进血液循环, 扩张冠状动脉,降低心脏耗氧量,减轻心肌工作负担。由于三七生长在云南特有的红土中,红土中含有少量的金属元素,因此三七清洗机器重要。为更好地吸收三七药效,三七切片技术被广泛应用。但是集三七清洗与切片为一体的机器先暂缺乏,因此设计出一种集三七清洗与切片为一体的机器是机器,对推进根茎类中药材产业发展具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:本发明提供了一种三七清洗切片机。实现了对三七清洗与切片机械化,工作效率高,操作简便,大大降低了人力,节约了成本,实现了清洗及切片同时进行的工作。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种三七清洗切片机,包括机架4、液压清洗系统、切片系统、收集系统,机架4上端固定有液压清洗系统,机架4下端从上而下依次是切片系统和收集系统;
所述液压清洗系统包括水箱1、清洗箱和电源控制装置5,其中水箱上设置有注水口3和出水口2,清洗箱内部上表面设有高压喷头19,出水口2通过软管与高压喷头19连接,清洗箱内部下方设有主动轮20和从动轮22,两者通过传动带21连接,主动轮20的转轴通过联轴器Ⅲ13与位于清洗箱外侧的电机Ⅲ12相连,清洗箱靠近从动轮22的一侧壁上设有开口并与三角滑板18相连,清洗箱内与传动带21平行的两侧壁上固定有滚筒毛刷34,滚筒毛刷34位于传动带21上方且通过联轴器Ⅰ9与清洗箱外侧的液压马达10相连,液压马达10固定在机座Ⅰ11上,机座Ⅰ11固定在机架4上,电源控制装置5一端外接电源,一端与液压控制装置7、油箱6以及电机Ⅳ8连接,液压控制装置7通过电机Ⅳ8、油箱6带动液压马达10转动;
所述切片系统包括切片系统包括切片箱,切片箱上表面设有进料口24,下表面设有出料口33,进料口24正对三角滑板18的出口,进料口24处设有伸入切片箱内部的输料板26,切片箱内下部还横向设有堆料台32,堆料台32上方平行设置有推料杆31,推料杆31穿过切片箱外侧并可横向移动,堆料台32右侧设有切盘28,切盘28上设有刀片29,切盘28通过旋转轴30固定在切片箱内侧,旋转轴30通过联轴器Ⅱ15与切片箱外部的电机Ⅱ14相连,电机Ⅱ14固定在机座Ⅱ16上;
所述收集系统包括收集箱17、筛料板23、收集箱一层17-1、收集箱二层17-2,收集箱17内部横向设置有筛料板23将收集箱17从上下至下分成收集箱一层17-1和收集箱二层17-2。
进一步的,所述推料杆31位于切片箱外侧的端部设有手柄27,位于切片箱内部的端部设有推料板25。
进一步的,所述切盘28上均匀设有六片刀片29,刀片29与切盘28呈22°夹角。
进一步的,所述输料板26与进料口24成一定夹角。
本发明的工作过程:首先,将机器中的电机Ⅱ14、电机Ⅲ12及电源控制装置5接入电源,同时将水箱1通过注水口2灌满水,水箱1的出水口2通过软管于高压喷头19连接,水箱1为清洗装置提供水源,打开高压喷头19,此时,可以将三七放到清洗系统的传送带中,在传送带21传输的过程中,三七通过两处不同位置的滚筒毛刷34,电源控制装置5连接液压控制装置7、油箱6以及电机Ⅳ8,从而带动液压马达10动力输出轴转动,液压马达10又通过联轴器Ⅰ9带动滚筒毛刷34转动,将三七不停的变换清洗角度,此过程可将三七上的泥土、松针及其他杂物清洗干净。然后,干净的三七通过三角滑板18进入进料口24,三七通过输料板26滑到推料台32上,同时人工通过推杆手柄27施加推力,推杆手柄27带动推料杆31及推料板25向前运动,可将推料台32上的三七推入刀具中,电机Ⅱ14通过旋转轴30带动刀具高速旋转,三七通过高速旋转的道具,被刀片迅速切割程切片,切片自由滑落,由出料口33排出。最后,三七切片落入收集系统的收集箱一层17-1,部分三七须及三七较小的切片通过筛料板落入收集箱二层17-2。
本发明的有益效果是:该机采用电源与液压系统做动力,动力充足、控制精确、操作简便、经济适用。作业时该机可连续完成清洗、切片、筛选等作业,解决了劳动强度大,耗费工时,人工成本高的状况。提高了收获效益,具有很广阔的市场前景。

如图1-3所示,一种三七清洗切片机,包括机架4、液压清洗系统、切片系统、收集系统,机架4上端固定有液压清洗系统,机架4下端从上而下依次是切片系统和收集系统;
所述液压清洗系统包括水箱1、清洗箱和电源控制装置5,其中水箱上设置有注水口3和出水口2,,注水口3用于注水,为水箱4提供水源,清洗箱内部上表面设有高压喷头19,图中高压喷头19共八处,均匀排列,实际中可根据需要调整高压喷头19的数量及位置,出水口2通过软管与高压喷头19连接,清洗箱内部下方设有主动轮20和从动轮22,两者通过传动带21连接,主动轮20的转轴通过联轴器Ⅲ13与位于清洗箱外侧的电机Ⅲ12相连,清洗箱靠近从动轮22的一侧壁上设有开口并与三角滑板18相连,清洗箱内与传动带21平行的两侧壁上固定有滚筒毛刷34,滚筒毛刷34位于传动带21上方且通过联轴器Ⅰ9与清洗箱外侧的液压马达10相连,液压马达10带动滚筒毛刷34转动,从而让三七可在传送带上翻滚,可以让高压喷头19均匀的喷到三七的每一个面,此过程可将三七上的泥土、松针及其他杂物清洗干净。液压马达10固定在机座Ⅰ11上,机座Ⅰ11固定在机架4上,电源控制装置5一端外接电源,一端与液压控制装置7、油箱6以及电机Ⅳ8连接,液压控制装置7通过电机Ⅳ8、油箱6带动液压马达10转动;
如图4所示,所述切片系统包括切片系统包括切片箱,切片箱上表面设有进料口24,下表面设有出料口33,进料口24正对三角滑板18的出口,进料口24处设有伸入切片箱内部的输料板26,其中输料板26为一斜面,斜面底部可再连一角度不同的斜面,与进料口24成一定夹角,便于清洗后三七滑落至靠近切盘28一端,切片箱内下部还横向设有堆料台32,堆料台32上方平行设置有推料杆31,推料杆31穿过切片箱外侧并可横向移动,堆料台32右侧设有切盘28,切盘28上设有刀片29,切盘28通过旋转轴30固定在切片箱内侧,旋转轴30通过联轴器Ⅱ15与切片箱外部的电机Ⅱ14相连,电机Ⅱ14固定在机座Ⅱ16上。
其中所述推料杆31位于切片箱外侧的端部设有手柄27,位于切片箱内部的端部设有推料板25;清洗前,手柄27可向外拉出一段距离,清洗后的三七通过三角滑块18掉入进料口24,三七由进料口24进入切片系统,三七通过输料板落入推料台32,人推动手柄27带动推料板25将推料台32上的三七推入切盘28,切盘28在电机Ⅱ14的带动下旋转,其上的刀片29对三七进行切割,通过出料口33出料。
如图5所示,所述切盘28上均匀设有六片刀片29,刀片29与切盘28呈22°夹角,实际中刀片29的数量已经与切盘28之间的夹角可根据三七切片的需要进行调整。
如图6所示,所述收集系统包括收集箱17、筛料板23、收集箱一层17-1、收集箱二层17-2,收集箱17内部横向设置有筛料板23将收集箱17从上下至下分成收集箱一层17-1和收集箱二层17-2;由收集箱切除的三七切片掉入收集箱一层17-1,掉入收集箱一层的小块三七片及三七须通过筛料板23掉入收集箱二层17-2,筛料板23可根据需要设置不同的大小,即将切片后的三七进行了大小的分级。

1.一种三七清洗切片机,其特征在于:包括机架(4)、液压清洗系统、切片系统、收集系统,机架(4)上端固定有液压清洗系统,机架(4)下端从上而下依次是切片系统和收集系统;
所述液压清洗系统包括水箱(1)、清洗箱和电源控制装置(5),其中水箱上设置有注水口(3)和出水口(2),清洗箱内部上表面设有高压喷头(19),出水口(2)通过软管与高压喷头(19)连接,清洗箱内部下方设有主动轮(20)和从动轮(22),两者通过传动带(21)连接,主动轮(20)的转轴通过联轴器Ⅲ(13)与位于清洗箱外侧的电机Ⅲ(12)相连,清洗箱靠近从动轮(22)的一侧壁上设有开口并与三角滑板(18)相连,清洗箱内与传动带(21)平行的两侧壁上固定有滚筒毛刷(34),滚筒毛刷(34)位于传动带(21)上方且通过联轴器Ⅰ(9)与清洗箱外侧的液压马达(10)相连,液压马达(10)固定在机座Ⅰ(11)上,机座Ⅰ(11)固定在机架(4)上,电源控制装置(5)一端外接电源,一端与液压控制装置(7)、油箱6以及电机Ⅳ(8)连接,液压控制装置(7)通过电机Ⅳ(8)、油箱(6)带动液压马达(10)转动;
所述切片系统包括切片系统包括切片箱,切片箱上表面设有进料口(24),下表面设有出料口(33),进料口(24)正对三角滑板(18)的出口,进料口(24)处设有伸入切片箱内部的输料板(26),切片箱内下部还横向设有堆料台(32),堆料台(32)上方平行设置有推料杆(31),推料杆(31)穿过切片箱外侧并可横向移动,堆料台(32)右侧设有切盘(28),切盘(28)上设有刀片(29),切盘(28)通过旋转轴(30)固定在切片箱内侧,旋转轴(30)通过联轴器Ⅱ(15)与切片箱外部的电机Ⅱ(14)相连,电机Ⅱ(14)固定在机座Ⅱ(16)上;
所述收集系统包括收集箱(17)、筛料板(23)、收集箱一层(17-1)、收集箱二层(17-2),收集箱(17)内部横向设置有筛料板(23)将收集箱(17)从上下至下分成收集箱一层(17-1)和收集箱二层(17-2)。
