Abstract
本发明提供了一种蜂王幼虫的微波真空干燥方法,该方法经过鲜蜂王幼虫除杂、微波真空干燥、粉碎、过筛、真空包装成成品。本发明以提高干制蜂王幼虫的品质、干燥效率及降低能耗为目的,应用微波真空干燥技术与缓苏相结合的方法对蜂王幼虫进行干燥,缩短干燥时间,提高生产效率。微波真空干燥高新技术以其独特的加热方式和干燥机理为蜂王幼虫干粉的生产开辟了另一条新的途径,且易于即时控制,能实现真正连续自动化的清洁生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农产品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种蜂王幼虫干粉的微波真空干燥方法。
背景技术
蜂王幼虫是生产蜂王浆的副产品,成分极其复杂,含有多种蛋白质,氨基酸,有机酸,类固醇,酯类,酚类,糖类,矿物质,微量元素和其他成分。蜂王幼虫是一种营养成分齐全的高级营养品,并具有丰富的调节生理功能的生物活性物质,它对光、热、湿度等外界条件较为敏感,并易受各种微生物的污染而使质量发生变化,甚至导致腐败变质的缘故。
为了保持蜂王幼虫的营养成分,现在常用的保存方法有(1)深度冷冻贮存法:-18℃以下的低温冷库贮存。该方法可以有效保持蜂王幼虫的功能成分,但是具有能耗大,食用不方便等缺点。(2)冷冻脱水贮存法(真空冷冻干燥法):蜂王幼虫经适当处理后快速降温至-40℃,抽真空,其真空度要求高(10μmHg)。抽真空同时温度逐渐上升,保持在-25℃左右,一般蜂王幼虫冻干粉的水分含量≤7%。该方法所得干粉可以实现室温真空保存,但是这一种生产方法需要经过两次冷冻,加热的传导速度缓慢、能耗大、效率低、干燥时间长。因此探索一种能够低能耗生产蜂王幼虫干粉的方法具有很好的社会价值和经济价值。
尚未见到有蜂王幼虫微波真空干燥的相关专利。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供针对现有技术不足,提供一种蜂王幼虫干粉的微波真空干燥方法。本发明节约成本和生产时间,可以有效保持蜂王幼虫的有效成分,有利于产业化生产。
一种蜂王幼虫干粉的微波真空干燥方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)新鲜蜂王幼虫去除杂质和褐变幼虫;
(2)装盘,微波真空干燥处理;
(3)水分降至5wt%以下,缓苏后对蜂王幼虫进行粉碎;
(4)80目过筛后真空包装。
步骤(2)所述的微波真空干燥处理的工艺参数为:微波功率为700-2000W,干燥时间为20-60min,真空度70Pa。
本发明的显著优点:
(1)本发明能够节约成本和生产时间,并能降低能耗,并且可以有效保持蜂王幼虫的有效成分;
(2)该方法工艺简便易行,生产成本低,有利于产业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,其目的仅在于更好理解本发明的内容而非限制本发明的保护范围:
实施例1:
(1)新鲜蜂王幼虫去除杂质和褐变幼虫;
(2)装盘,700W微波真空干燥40min(真空度70Pa);
(3)水分含量降至5%以下,缓苏后对蜂王幼虫干品进行粉碎;
(4)80目过筛后真空包装。
成品:水分含量4.05%,蛋白质含量43.07%。
实施例2:
(1)新鲜蜂王幼虫去除杂质和褐变幼虫;
(2)装盘,2000W微波真空干燥20min(真空度70Pa);
(3)水分含量降至5%以下,缓苏后对蜂王幼虫干品进行粉碎;
(4)80目过筛后真空包装。
成品:水分含量3.4%,蛋白质含量44.36%。
实施例3:
(1)新鲜蜂王幼虫去除杂质和褐变幼虫;
(2)装盘,1300W微波真空干燥60min(真空度70Pa);
(3)水分含量降至5%以下,缓苏后对蜂王幼虫干品进行粉碎;
(4)80目过筛后真空包装。
成品:水分含量3.8%,蛋白质含量45.69%。
对比例
蜂王幼虫原料:水分含量77%,总糖7.7%。
传统方法:真空冷冻干燥(FD-1A-50型冷冻干燥机 850W);配料:除杂后的蜂王幼虫15g;温度-50℃,真空度10Pa,加工时间约52h。成品:干燥后水分含量3.94%、蛋白质含量43.15%。
由此对比可知,本发明所用的时间为20-60min,要显著低于对比例的52h,并且能耗也显著低于对比文件,所得成品中各营养成分含量要高于对比例。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

1.一种蜂王幼虫干粉的微波真空干燥方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
(1)新鲜蜂王幼虫去除杂质和褐变幼虫;
(2)装盘,微波真空干燥处理;
(3)水分降至5wt%以下,缓苏后对蜂王幼虫进行粉碎;
(4)80目过筛后真空包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂王幼虫干粉的微波真空干燥方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述的微波真空干燥处理的工艺参数为:微波功率为700-2000W,干燥时间为20-60min,真空度70Pa。
