背景技术
糖尿病是一组以长期高血糖为主要特征的代谢综合征,它是由于胰岛素缺乏或胰岛素生物作用障碍导致糖代谢紊乱,同时伴随脂肪、蛋白质、水和电解质代谢障碍,可并发眼、肾、神经、心血管等多器官的慢性损伤。其患病率正随着大众的生活水平提高而提高,继心血管和肿瘤之后的第三大非传染性疾病,目前还没有一种药物可以彻底治愈糖尿病,患者需终身服药或者终身打胰岛素针维持血糖平衡,相关保健食品发展也非常迅猛,对患者生活质量也有些许提高,受到越来越多患者的青睐,但目前保健品也存在疗效不稳定等不足。
糖尿病的发病机理是氧化应激反应,而经过大量最新临床实验证实:糖尿病人由于血糖升高,糖基化的终末期产物明显增多,自由基也明显增多,产生氧化应激。这些自由基可以促进免疫反应和炎症反应,损伤到血管内皮,这也是糖尿病慢性病变的一个重要原因;在糖尿病的初期,就开始使用抗氧化剂治疗,都取得了较好的效果,并且越早使用效果越好。同时糖尿病慢性并发症主要机理之一也是氧化应激反应,所以糖尿病早期使用抗氧化剂对并发症会有显著好处。
然而目前市面上流通了大量的针对血糖较高的亚健康人群,以及糖尿病初期患者的保健食品,保健食品的品种繁多并且杂乱,多以纤维素含量高,无糖等为特色,疗效不确切,治疗作用差。

另一实施例:步骤(2)中的中药混合物是由山药提取物、葛根提取物、白藜芦醇、葡萄籽提取物、a-硫辛酸和茶多酚按1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份的比例充分混合后组成中药混合物。
另一实施例:步骤(2)中的中药混合物是由山药提取物、葛根提取物、白藜芦醇、葡萄籽提取物、a-硫辛酸、茶多酚和芦荟汁按1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份的比例充分混合后组成中药混合物。
将含有不同类型的抗氧化物的水果榨汁,并浓缩和药食同源中草药中的有效成分进行随机组合,是一种适用于血糖偏高或糖尿病初期患者日常生活服用的保健果汁。其降糖效果好、效果稳定。
用中药提纯的方法从山药里提纯出山药多糖、山药黄酮、山药皂苷等山药提取物;再用中药提纯法从葛根里提纯出洗胰清糖素葛根提取物;最后加入从虎杖里提取的白藜芦醇。将山药提取物,葛根提取物,白藜芦醇,葡萄籽提取物,a-硫辛酸,茶多酚和芦荟汁按比例充分混合,再与之前的浓缩果汁按比例充分混合,最后加入天然香精调味。制成浓缩果汁和中药组合特,真空包装进行上市销售。
Claims (5)
1.一种复方降血糖饮品,其特征在于:
(1)将车厘子、蓝莓、石榴、山楂、桑葚和鲜枸杞子分别榨汁,然后采取低温真空浓缩的方法,获得各组分浓缩果汁备用;
(2)将山药提取物、葛根提取物、白藜芦醇、葡萄籽提取物和a-硫辛酸按1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份的比例充分混合后组成中药混合物备用;
(3)取步骤(1)中的任意一种组分浓缩果汁或两种以上组分浓缩果汁按任意比例混合的浓缩果汁,加入步骤(2)中的中药混合物制成复方降血糖饮品,其中浓缩果汁与中药混合物的重量配比为1-99:1-99。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复方降血糖饮品,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述的混合的浓缩果汁为车厘子浓缩果汁、蓝莓浓缩果汁、石榴浓缩果汁、山楂浓缩果汁、桑葚浓缩果汁和鲜枸杞子浓缩果汁按1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份的比例充分混合的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复方降血糖饮品,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述的混合的浓缩果汁为蓝莓浓缩果汁、石榴浓缩果汁、山楂浓缩果汁和鲜枸杞子浓缩果汁按1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份:1-99重量份的比例充分混合的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复方降血糖饮品,其特征在于:步骤(2)中的中药混合物加入有1-99重量份的茶多酚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复方降血糖饮品,其特征在于:步骤(2)中的中药混合物加入有1-99重量份的芦荟汁。
