本发明涉及一种绒触感面巾纸及其制备方法,制备时,长纤经散浆并调浓至质量浓度为4‑6%后,进行磨浆处理,调节其叩解度≤22°SR,制得长纤浆料;短纤经散浆并调浓至质量浓度为4‑6%后,进行疏解处理,制得短纤浆料;损纸经碎解并调浓至质量浓度为3‑5%后,与长纤浆料及短纤浆料混合,制得混合浆料;将混合浆料除渣后,依次进行上浆、成型、压榨、干燥、起皱以及卷取,即可制得所述的绒触感面巾纸。与现有技术相比,本发明制备方法简单,采用长纤轻磨浆、短纤及混合浆料不磨浆的浆料处理方式,降低了混合浆料的叩解度,不仅能够提高面巾纸的柔软度,使之更绒、更柔滑,还可以有效地节省磨浆能耗,降低生产成本。

本发明属于生活用纸技术领域,涉及一种绒触感面巾纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
面巾纸作为人们日常生活用纸,是近年来国内开发起来的一个新品种,它以卫生、方便、成本低且环保等特点,逐渐代替了烘手机被广泛使用,并且越来越多地受到消费者的青睐,它不仅可以用于脸部及手部的清洁,还可以清洁桌椅,有效地减少皮肤及桌椅表面的细菌残留。人们对面巾纸的主要要求是手感柔软、舒适,且在擦拭脸上或手上的水时,不易破损。而目前市场上面巾纸品牌种类繁多、包装各异,由于原材料不同,工艺技术不同,所生产的产品质量参差不齐,即使是质量相对较好的一些面巾纸,其本身的质感也并无多大差别,面巾纸的质感与其定量及柔软度密切相关。现今,随着消费者消费质量的提高,其对面巾纸质感的要求也越来越高,质感越柔越滑的纸张就会越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种柔滑的绒触感面巾纸及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种绒触感面巾纸的制备方法,该方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)长纤经散浆并调浓至质量浓度为4-6%后,进行磨浆处理,调节其叩解度≤220SR,制得长纤浆料;
(2)短纤经散浆并调浓至质量浓度为4-6%后,进行疏解处理,制得短纤浆料;
(3)损纸经碎解并调浓至质量浓度为3-5%后,与长纤浆料及短纤浆料混合,制得混合浆料;
(4)将混合浆料除渣后,依次进行上浆、成型、压榨、干燥、起皱以及卷取,即可制得所述的绒触感面巾纸。
步骤(1)所述的磨浆处理的条件为:采用磨浆机,控制磨浆的功率为60-70kwh/t。
步骤(2)所述的疏解处理的条件为:采用疏解机,控制疏解机的功率为100-150Kw,转速为1200-1800rpm。
步骤(3)所述的混合浆料中,长纤、短纤及损纸的重量之比为25-35:60-70:3-5。
步骤(4)所述的上浆的处理条件为:按每吨绝干浆添加0.15-0.2kg的上浆剂,向浆料中加入上浆剂;按每吨绝干浆添加0.5-0.8kg的柔软剂,向浆料中加入柔软剂。
所述的上浆剂包括海藻酸钠、牛胶、羧甲基纤维素、纤维素锌酸钠、聚乙烯醇或聚丙烯酸中的一种或多种。
作为优选的技术方案,所述的上浆剂为羧甲基纤维素。
所述的柔软剂为酯基季铵盐。
步骤(4)所述的起皱处理的条件为:起皱刮刀角度≥85°,起皱率为13-17%。
采用上述方法制备而成的绒触感面巾纸。
所述的绒触感面巾纸的定量为16-18g/m2
本发明中,所述的长纤包括针叶木浆纤维,短纤包括阔叶木浆纤维,在实际制备过程中,仅对长纤进行轻磨浆处理,使其叩解度≤220SR,而短纤及混合浆料均不做磨浆处理,保证了混合浆料的叩解度≤220SR,降低了混合浆料的切断率并减少了其表面的分丝起毛,能够充分保留混合浆料本身的柔软蓬松性;保证长纤的用量≥25%,能够使面巾纸更加柔软,同时控制二次处理的损纸用量≤5%,降低其粗糙、短小的纤维对纸张质感的不利影响。
添加柔软剂的作用为:通过柔软剂的解键作用,使得纤维间的结合力下降,从而降低面巾纸的挺度,使面巾纸变得柔软;将其用量控制为每吨绝干浆添加0.5-0.8kg的柔软剂,因为添加的柔软剂过少会达不到提高柔软度的效果,但过多的添加量会过度解键,严重影响面巾纸的强度。
添加羧甲基纤维素的作用为:平衡系统的正负电荷并保证面巾纸的强度。柔软剂是阳离子型的添加剂,长时间添加,会使系统中的阳离子越来越多,而过多的阳离子会相互排斥,以致影响其本身的作用效果,所以添加羧甲基纤维素作为阴离子化学品来中和电荷;此外,羧甲基纤维素本身也有增强纤维结合的能力,将其用量控制为每吨绝干浆添加0.15-0.2kg的羧甲基纤维素,能够调节柔软剂解键的程度,避免因过度解键而带来强度的严重降低。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下特点:
1)采用长纤轻磨浆、短纤及混合浆料不磨浆的浆料处理方式,降低了混合浆料的叩解度,不仅能够提高面巾纸的柔软度,还可以有效地节省磨浆能耗,降低生产成本;
2)通过控制柔软剂和上浆剂两种添加剂的用量,来平衡面巾纸的柔软度和强度,使得面巾纸既具有绒、柔和滑的特点,又具有适宜的强度;
3)通过控制面巾纸的定量及柔软度,使面巾纸的手感显著优于市场上的普通面巾纸。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:
一种绒触感面巾纸的制备方法,该方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)长纤经散浆并调浓至质量浓度为4.5%后,送入磨浆机进行磨浆处理,磨浆机的功率设定为65kwh/t,调节其叩解度为220SR,制得长纤浆料;
(2)短纤经散浆并调浓至质量浓度为4.5%后,送入疏解机进行疏解处理,使其进一步分散,疏解后制得短纤浆料;
(3)损纸经碎解并调浓至质量浓度为4.5%后,与长纤浆料及短纤浆料混合,制得混合浆料,其中,长纤、短纤及损纸的质量比为30:65:5;
(4)将混合浆料送入精磨机,精磨机的功率设定为0kwh/t,即不进行精磨处理,随后经压力筛除渣,再依次进行上浆、成型、压榨、干燥、起皱以及卷取,即可制得所述的绒触感面巾纸。
其中,长纤为针叶木浆纤维,短纤为阔叶木浆纤维。
步骤(2)中,疏解处理的条件为:采用疏解机,控制疏解机的功率为100Kw,转速为1200rpm。
步骤(4)中,上浆的处理条件为:按每吨绝干浆添加0.15kg的上浆剂,向浆料中加入上浆剂;按每吨绝干浆添加0.5kg的柔软剂,向浆料中加入柔软剂。
其中,上浆剂为羧甲基纤维素,柔软剂为酯基季铵盐。
步骤(4)中,起皱处理的条件为:起皱刮刀角度为85°,起皱率为13%。
