背景技术

车辆的环境友好技术在汽车工业中是很重要的,并且先进的汽车制造商已经将精力集中在环境友好车辆的发展上,以达到环境和燃料效率的规定。
因此,汽车制造商已经发展了电动车辆(EV),混合动力电动车辆(HEV),燃料电池电动车辆(FCEV)等,来作为环境友好车辆技术。
由于所有的车辆都具有各种各样的技术限制,比如重量和成本,车辆制造商已经将注意力放在混合动力电动车辆上,将其作为满足废气规定和改善燃料效率性能的选择,并且已经进入将混合动力电动车辆商业化的剧烈竞争阶段。
混合动力电动车辆是使用了两种或多种动力源的车辆。两种或多种动力源可通过多种方案结合,并且使用现有化石燃料的汽油发动机或柴油发动机和由电能驱动的电动机/发电机被混合并且作为动力源使用。
混合动力电动车辆通常使用发动机和电动机/发电机,并且在低速时将具有相对卓越的低速扭矩特性的电动机/发电机用作主要的动力源,并且在高速时将具有相对卓越的高速扭矩特性的发动机用作主要的动力源。
因此,混合动力电动车辆在燃料效率提升和废气减少方面是有帮助的,因为使用化石燃料的发动机的运行停止了并且电动机/发电机在低速部分得到使用。

发明内容
本发明提供了用于混合动力车辆的动力传输装置,其具有最小化由在EV模式下与驱动车辆无关的旋转部分导致的的动力损耗的优势。
公开了用于混合动力车辆的动力传输装置,该车辆包括作为主要动力源的发动机和作为次要动力源的第一和第二电动机/发电机。动力传输装置可包括:行星齿轮组,其作为发动机扭矩分流装置被布置在第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机之间,以便通过发动机扭矩传递途径和电动机扭矩传递途径中的不同的且各自的途径将发动机的扭矩和第二电动机/发电机的扭矩传递到最终驱动齿轮,其中发动机扭矩传递途径是通过发动机输出轴从行星齿轮组到最终驱动齿轮的途径,电动机扭矩传递途径是通过电动机输出轴从第二电动机/发电机到最终驱动齿轮的途径。动力传输装置可进一步包括布置在发动机扭矩传递途径上的单向旋转限制装置,以便阻止或禁止扭矩从最终驱动齿轮反向传输到行星齿轮组。

根据本发明的一种形式,在EV驾驶模式下从第二电动机/发电机传递到最终驱动齿轮的扭矩被阻止或禁止反向传输到发动机输出轴、行星齿轮组和第一电动机/发电机。
因此,由与EV驾驶模式无关的旋转部分导致的动力损耗可被降到最低。

图1是依照本发明的第一形式的用于混合动力车辆的动力传输装置的示意图。
参考图1,用于混合动力车辆的动力传输装置包括发动机ENG和第一和第二电动机/发电机MG1和MG2的动力源,作为扭矩分流装置的行星齿轮组PG,和包括单向离合器OWC和中间动力传递齿轮CTFG的单向旋转限制装置。
发动机ENG是主要动力源,且可以是多种典型发动机比如使用化石燃料的汽油发动机或柴油发动机。从发动机ENG输出的扭矩通过输入轴IS输入到动力传输装置。
第一和第二电动机/发电机MG1和MG2执行电动机和发电机的功能。电动机/发电机MG1和MG2可以是现有技术中已知的形式。即,电动机/发电机MG1和MG2包括固定于变速器壳体的定子和可在定子内旋转的转子。第一和第二电动机轴MS1和MS2分别直接连接到电动机/发电机MG1和MG2的转子。
发动机ENG和第一和第二电动机/发电机MG1和MG2位于同一轴线,并且行星齿轮组PG位于第一电动机/发电机MG1和第二电动机/发电机MG2之间。
行星齿轮组PG是单齿轮行星齿轮组,且包括太阳齿轮S、可旋转地支撑与太阳齿轮S啮合的小齿轮P的行星架PC和与小齿轮P啮合的齿圈R。
在行星齿轮组PG的布置中,太阳齿轮S通过第一电动机轴MS 1直接与第一电动机/发电机MG1连接,行星架PC直接与输入轴IS连接,并且齿圈R直接与动力传递轴TFS连接。动力传递轴TFS是空心轴,其无干扰地在轴内容纳输入轴IS,并且因此齿圈R可作为输出元件。
动力传递轴齿轮TFSG在动力传递轴TFS的端部一体形成,且发动机ENG的扭矩借此被传输到发动机输出轴EOS。与第二电动机/发电机MG2连接的第二电动机轴MS2是空心轴,其无干扰地与动力传递轴TFS重叠。
电动机轴齿轮MSG在第二电动机轴MS2的端部一体形成,且第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩借此被传输到电动机输出轴MOS。
发动机输出轴EOS与输入轴IS平行布置。发动机输出齿轮EOG在发动机输出轴EOS的端部一体形成,且单向旋转限制装置布置在发动机输出轴EOS的另一端部。单向旋转限制装置包括插入到中间动力传递齿轮CTFG和发动机输出轴EOS之间的单向离合器OWC。
发动机输出齿轮EOG与动力传递轴TFS的动力传递轴齿轮TFSG外啮合,且中间动力传递齿轮CTFG与最终驱动装置FD的最终驱动齿轮FG外啮合。
因此,发动机输出轴EOS将从行星齿轮组PG接收的发动机扭矩传递到具有差速器DIFF的最终驱动装置FD的最终驱动齿轮FG。
电动机输出轴MOS与输入轴IS平行布置。电动机输出轴输入齿轮MIG在电动机输出轴MOS的一端一体形成,并且与电动机轴齿轮MSG外啮合。电动机输出轴输出齿轮MOG在电动机输出轴MOS的另一端一体形成,并且与最终驱动装置FD的最终驱动齿轮FG外啮合。
因此,电动机输出轴MOS将从第二电动机/发电机MG2接收的扭矩传递到具有差速器DIFF的在最终驱动装置FD的最终驱动齿轮FG。
以上描述的依照本发明的第一形式的用于混合动力车辆的动力传输装置可以通过与典型的混合动力车辆相同的动力传递途径来驱动车辆。
另外,依照本发明的第一形式的用于混合动力车辆的动力传输装置使用了包括单向离合器OWC的单向旋转限制装置,并且中间动力传递齿轮CTFG位于发动机ENG的动力传递途径上。当发动机扭矩从行星齿轮组PG传递时,单向离合器被锁定以便所接收的扭矩被传递到最终驱动齿轮FG。当扭矩从最终驱动齿轮FG传递到单向离合器时,单向离合器自由旋转,因此阻止扭矩传递到行星齿轮组PG。
图2示出了依照本发明的第一形式的用于混合动力汽车的动力传输装置在EV模式下的动力传输途径。
参考图2,在EV模式下,发动机ENG停止工作并且第二电动机/发电机MG2运行。
因此,第二电动机/发电机MG2的扭矩依次经过第二电动机轴MS2、电动机轴齿轮MSG、电动机输出轴输入齿轮MIG、电动机输出轴MOS和电动机输出轴输出齿轮MOG被传递到差速器DIFF的最终驱动齿轮FG,因此移动车辆。
在这样的EV驾驶模式下,尽管最终驱动齿轮FG的扭矩被传递到中间动力传递齿轮CTFG,但中间动力传递齿轮CTFG的扭矩并没有被传递到发动机输出轴EOS,因为单向离合器OWC位于发动机输出轴EOS和中间动力传递齿轮CTFG之间。
因此,在EV驾驶模式下可以阻止或禁止发动机输出轴EOS、行星齿轮组PG和第一电动机/发电机MG1的不希望有的旋转,因此尽可能降低在动力传输方面的损耗。
依照本发明的第一形式的混合动力车辆动力传输装置可在其他驱动模式下驱动,并且可以依照现有技术中已知的方案随驾驶模式形成动力传递途径。
图3是依照本发明的第二形式的用于混合动力汽车的动力传输装置的示意图。
在依照本发明的第一形式的用于混合动力车辆的动力传输装置中,发动机输出轴EOS的发动机输出齿轮EOG与固定于行星齿轮组PG的动力传递轴TFS的动力传递轴齿轮TFSG外啮合,并且包括单向离合器OWC的中间动力传递齿轮CTFG与最终驱动齿轮FG外啮合。
然而,参考图3,在依照本发明的第二形式的用于混合动力车辆的动力传输装置中,发动机输出轴EOS的发动机输出齿轮EOG与最终驱动齿轮FG外啮合,并且中间动力传递齿轮CTFG与动力传递轴齿轮TFSG外啮合。
因此,尽管互换了发动机输出齿轮EOG和中间动力传递齿轮CTFG的位置,本发明的第一形式与第二形式显示了相同的作用和效果。
图4是依照本发明的第三形式的用于混合动力汽车的动力传输装置的示意图。
在依照本发明的第一形式的用于混合动力车辆的动力传输装置中,发动机输出轴EOS的发动机输出齿轮EOG与固定于行星齿轮组PG的动力传递轴TFS的动力传递轴齿轮TFSG外啮合,并且包括单向离合器OWC的中间动力传递齿轮CTFG与最终驱动齿轮FG外啮合。
然而,参考图4,在依照本发明的第三形式的用于混合动力车辆的动力传输装置中,在动力传递轴TFS中省略了动力传递轴齿轮TFSG,并且单向离合器OWC位于动力传递轴TFS和中间动力传递齿轮CTFG之间。
另外,发动机输出齿轮EOG固定于发动机输出轴EOS,且发动机输出齿轮EOG与中间动力传递齿轮CTFG和最终驱动齿轮FG外啮合。
因此,虽然省略了动力传递轴齿轮TFSG,第三形式与第一形式显示了相同的作用和效果。
虽然已经关于目前认为是切实有效的形式的内容,描述了本发明,应当理解的是本发明不限于公开的形式,恰恰相反,本发明可用来涵盖包括在本发明的精神和范围内的多种修改和等效形式。
本发明的说明书实质上只是示意性的,因此不违背本发明实质的变化是在本发明范围内的。这样的变化不认为是违背本发明精神和范围的。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于混合动力车辆的动力传输装置,所述混合动力车辆包括作为主要动力源的发动机和作为次要动力源的第一和第二电动机/发电机,所述动力传输装置包括:
行星齿轮组,其作为发动机扭矩分流装置被布置在第一电动机/发电机和第二电动机/发电机之间,以便通过发动机扭矩传递途径和电动机扭矩传递途径中的不同的且各自的途径将发动机的扭矩和第二电动机/发电机的扭矩传递到最终驱动齿轮,发动机扭矩传递途径是通过发动机输出轴从行星齿轮组到最终驱动齿轮的途径,电动机扭矩传递途径是通过电动机输出轴从第二电动机/发电机到最终驱动齿轮的途径;以及
单向旋转限制装置,其布置在发动机扭矩传递途径上,以便阻止扭矩从最终驱动齿轮反向传输到行星齿轮组。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传输装置,其中单向旋转限制装置包括位于发动机扭矩传递途径上的单向离合器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力传输装置,其中:
发动机输出齿轮与发动机输出轴形成为一体,且与同行星齿轮组连接的动力传递轴的动力传递轴齿轮外啮合;
中间动力传递齿轮可旋转地布置在发动机输出轴上,且与最终驱动齿轮外啮合;并且
单向离合器插入到中间动力传递齿轮和发动机输出轴之间。
4.根据权利要求2所述的动力传输装置,其中:
发动机输出齿轮与发动机输出轴形成为一体,且与最终驱动齿轮外啮合;
中间动力传递齿轮旋转地布置在发动机输出轴上,且与同行星齿轮组连接的动力传递轴的动力传递轴齿轮外啮合;并且
单向离合器插入到中间动力传递齿轮和发动机输出轴之间。
5.根据权利要求2所述的动力传输装置,其中:
单向旋转限制装置布置在与行星齿轮组连接的动力传递轴上;并且
发动机输出轴的发动机输出齿轮与中间动力传递齿轮和最终驱动齿轮外啮合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的动力传输装置,其中:
电动机输出轴输入齿轮和电动机输出轴输出齿轮在电动机输出轴的各自端部形成为一体;
电动机输出轴输入齿轮与电动机轴齿轮外啮合,该电动机轴齿轮在第二电动机/发电机的第二电动机轴处形成为一体;并且
电动机输出轴输出齿轮与最终驱动齿轮外啮合。
