Feed additive for improving meat quality of rejected laying hens and preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to an animal feed, in particular to a feed additive for regulating the immune function of laying hens, enhancing the disease resistance, improving the muscle tenderness and intramuscular fat of rejected laying hens, reducing the drip loss of chicken, improving the total amino acid content in meat and obviously improving the meat quality and taste and flavor of rejected laying hens, and specifically relates to a feed additive for improving the meat quality of rejected laying hens by combining mulberry leaf powder, green tea powder, betaine, procyanidine and vitamin C, belonging to the fields of feed industry and livestock breeding industry.
Background
The poultry breeding industry in China, particularly the breeding of laying hens, has been greatly developed after the innovation and the development. At present, China has become the world with the largest egg yield, the layer feeding amount accounts for the first place of the steady world, and the egg yield accounts for 41 percent of the world. With the rapid development of the laying hen breeding industry in China, the number of obsolete laying hens tends to increase year by year, and the obsolete laying hens serving as meat have more than 20 billion feathers every year. However, the price of the eliminated laying hens is generally low before the number of the eliminated laying hens is huge, and the economic benefit of the eliminated laying hens is greatly reduced. The chicken of the rejected layer chicken has the characteristics of high protein, high digestibility, low fat, low cholesterol and the like, is a high-quality protein source, but is an important reason for lower selling price of the rejected layer chicken due to the fact that the rejected layer chicken is old in meat quality and poor in taste. If the problem of the meat quality of the eliminated laying hens can be solved, the eliminated laying hens are developed and utilized, the profit of laying hen cultivation can be improved, and the economic benefit is considerable.
Research shows that the differences of the rejected layers and the common broiler chickens in meat quality mainly include tenderness, water retention capacity and intramuscular fat content. In recent years, researches show that the health condition of organisms can be improved, the antioxidation level is improved, the deposition of chicken flavor substances is promoted, and the chicken quality is improved through vegetality and nutrition approaches. The mulberry leaves contain rich nutrients such as carbohydrate, protein, vitamins, mineral elements and the like, the content of crude protein is 15-28%, and the mulberry leaves have wide sources and low price, and are a green feed resource with great development potential. The mulberry leaves also contain a large number of functional components, such as flavone and flavone glycosides (quercetin and the like), alkaloid (DNJ and the like), polysaccharide and the like, and have the functions of resisting stress, resisting oxidation, enhancing the immunity of the organism, reducing serum cholesterol, regulating adrenal gland function, reducing blood fat, reducing blood sugar and the like besides the traditional medicinal value. Researches show that the addition of mulberry leaves into daily ration can obviously improve the content of inosinic acid and fat in muscles and the content of unsaturated fatty acid in meat, which indicates that the mulberry leaves can improve the quality and the taste of the meat. The green tea not only has the pharmacological effects of refreshing and clearing away heart-fire, clearing away summer-heat, promoting digestion and eliminating phlegm, detoxifying and sobering up, promoting the production of body fluid and quenching thirst, but also has certain pharmacological effects on radiation diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the like, and the main active components of the green tea are tea polyphenol, catechin, caffeine, theanine and the like. The tea polyphenol in the green tea has strong effects of resisting oxidation and cancer, reducing blood fat, improving immunity and the like, and can improve the production performance of livestock and poultry, replace an antioxidant, improve the quality of livestock and poultry products and enhance the immunity of the livestock and poultry. Researches show that the addition of green tea powder into daily ration of broiler chicken can obviously improve the meat quality, increase the oxidation resistance level of chicken, improve the peroxidation of fatty acid and protein in the chicken, increase the delicious taste of the chicken and make the meat more delicate. Also, studies have shown that when mulberry leaves and green tea are added separately, the effect of improving the meat quality is only evident when a large amount of mulberry leaves and green tea is added (5-20% of mulberry leaves and 2-3% of green tea), and the price of green tea is also expensive, thus limiting the application of mulberry leaves and green tea in the elimination of laying hen feed.
Procyanidin is a flavan-3-alcoholized meson widely existing in nature, procyanidin has very strong biological activity, such as antioxidant activity, prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, cancer resistance, hypertension resistance, blood fat reduction, blood sugar reduction and the like, procyanidin has very strong antioxidant capacity, the free radical oxidation resistance of procyanidin is 50 times of that of vitamin E, vitamin C is 20 times of that of vitamin C, and the procyanidin can be rapidly and completely absorbed.
The invention content is as follows:
aiming at the defects in the existing breeding technology of eliminated laying hens, the invention aims to provide the efficient environment-friendly feed additive which can regulate the immune function of organisms, enhance the disease resistance, obviously reduce the odor and ammonia concentration of a henhouse, improve the muscle tenderness and intramuscular fat of the eliminated laying hens, reduce the drip loss of chicken, improve the contents of inosinic acid, essential amino acid, flavor amino acid and total amino acid in meat, obviously improve the meat quality and taste and flavor of the eliminated laying hens, produce the chicken without antibiotic residues and improve the economic value of the eliminated laying hens.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a simple and low-cost method for preparing the feed additive.
The invention also provides application of the feed additive, and the feed additive is added into a laying hen feed to improve the immunity function of a laying hen body and improve the muscle quality and the taste flavor of eliminated laying hens, and is mainly characterized in that the feed additive can regulate the immunity function of an organism, enhance the disease resistance, obviously reduce the odor and ammonia concentration of a henhouse, improve the muscle tenderness and the intramuscular fat of eliminated laying hens, reduce the drip loss of chicken, improve the contents of inosinic acid, essential amino acid, flavor amino acid and total amino acid in meat, obviously improve the meat quality and the taste flavor of the eliminated laying hens, produce chicken without drug residues, and improve the economic value of the eliminated laying hens.
In order to realize the technical purpose, the invention provides a feed additive for improving the meat quality of rejected laying hens, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 39-74% of mulberry leaf powder; 20 to 40 percent of green tea powder; 5 to 15 percent of betaine; 0.5 to 2 percent of procyanidine; 0.5 to 4 percent of vitamin C.
In the preferred scheme, the mulberry leaf powder has the granularity of 80 meshes, the water content is less than or equal to 10 percent, the mass percentage content of crude protein is more than or equal to 20 percent, the mass percentage content of crude fiber is less than or equal to 15 percent, and the mass percentage content of total flavone is more than or equal to 1 percent. The folium Mori powder is prepared by oven drying fresh folium Mori at a temperature below 80 deg.C, pulverizing, and sieving with 80 mesh sieve.
In the preferred scheme, the green tea powder has the granularity of 80 meshes, the water content is less than or equal to 10 percent, the mass percentage content of crude protein is more than or equal to 15 percent, the mass percentage content of crude fiber is less than or equal to 15 percent, and the mass percentage content of tea polyphenol is more than or equal to 2 percent. The green tea powder is prepared by oven drying fresh tender green tea at a temperature below 80 deg.C, pulverizing, and sieving with 80 mesh sieve.
In a preferred scheme, the content of the effective components of the betaine is more than or equal to 70 percent by mass.
In the preferred scheme, the mass percentage content of the procyanidin as an effective component is more than or equal to 95%. The procyanidin is grape seed or pine bark extract, and can be obtained by direct purchase or extraction with reference to existing method.
In the preferred scheme, the mass percentage content of the effective components of the vitamin C is more than or equal to 50 percent.
In the preferable scheme, the mass ratio of the procyanidine to the vitamin C is 1: 1-3.
According to the preferable scheme, the mass ratio of the mulberry leaf powder to the green tea powder to the betaine is 50-70: 20-40: 5-10.
The betaines and vitamin C of the present invention are conventional commercially available raw materials.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the feed additive for improving the meat quality of rejected laying hens, which comprises the steps of mixing the mulberry leaf powder, the green tea powder and the betaine for 2-5 minutes, adding the procyanidine and the vitamin C, and mixing for 3-5 minutes.
The preparation method of the feed additive for improving the meat quality of the rejected laying hens comprises the following steps: (1) weighing various raw materials according to a predetermined proportion; (2) putting the weighed mulberry leaf powder into a mixer, adding the green tea powder and the betaine, and mixing for 2-5 minutes; (3) adding procyanidine and vitamin C, and mixing for 3-5 minutes.
The invention also provides the application of the feed additive for improving the meat quality of the rejected laying hens, and the feed additive is used as a laying hen feed additive for improving the immunity function of the rejected laying hens and improving the muscle quality and the taste and flavor of the rejected laying hens.
The feed additive disclosed by the invention is low in addition amount in the feed, and is generally 1-3%.
The feed additive provided by the invention combines mulberry leaf powder, green tea powder, betaine, procyanidine and vitamin C to be applied to the rejected layer daily ration, shows a good synergistic effect, is beneficial to animal health, relieves oxidative stress and regulates lipid metabolism, and thus improves the quality of meat. The mulberry leaf powder, the green tea powder and the betaine are used singly or in combination, the effect of improving the meat quality of rejected layers is obvious, and the addition amount of each component can be reduced. And partial active components in the mulberry leaf powder and the green tea powder are easily oxidized, so that the drug effect is reduced, the addition amount is increased, under the action of the combination of procyanidine and vitamin C, the oxidation of the active components in the mulberry leaf powder and the green tea powder can be effectively prevented, the action capacities of the mulberry leaf powder, the green tea powder, betaine and the like are improved, and meanwhile, the meat quality deterioration of laying hen muscles caused by oxidation can be prevented. The five components are combined and matched in the production of eliminated laying hens, so that the effect of improving the meat quality is better, particularly, the taste and the flavor of chicken can be obviously improved, and the death rate of the eliminated laying hens and the odor and ammonia concentration in a henhouse can be obviously reduced.
Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the advantages that:
1) the feed additive combines and combines the mulberry leaf powder, the tea leaf powder, the betaine, the procyanidine and the vitamin C, has obvious synergistic interaction effect, and can obviously improve the meat quality, the taste and the flavor of eliminated laying hens; and the mortality rate of eliminated laying hens and the odor and ammonia concentration in a henhouse can be obviously reduced.
2) The feed disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation method, low in cost and beneficial to industrial production.
3) The feed additive disclosed by the invention has an obvious effect, is small in addition amount in the feed, can obviously reduce the addition amount of the mulberry leaves and the green tea, and saves the use cost.
The specific implementation mode is as follows:

Example 1:

experimental group 2: 400 parts of green tea powder, 70 parts of betaine, 10 parts of procyanidine, 20 parts of vitamin C,
experimental group 3: 500 parts of mulberry leaf powder, 400 parts of green tea powder, 70 parts of betaine,
experimental group 4: 500 parts of mulberry leaf powder, 400 parts of green tea powder, 70 parts of betaine, 10 parts of procyanidine and 20 parts of vitamin C;
the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the weighed mulberry leaf powder into a mixer according to the formula, adding the green tea powder and the betaine, mixing for 2-5 minutes, adding the procyanidine and the vitamin C, and mixing for 3-5 minutes to obtain an additive product. The obtained additive product is added into the complete feed of the rejected laying hens.
In the test of the method, 3000 healthy Luhua chickens which are close in weight and lay eggs and are eliminated at 60 weeks old are selected and divided into 5 treatment groups, each treatment group is 10 times of treatment, and each treatment group is 60 times of treatment. The 5 treatment groups were 1 control group and 4 test groups, respectively, the control group was fed with corn-soybean meal-wheat bran type basic ration, test group 1 was a basic ration to which 1% (measured by mass relative to the basic ration, the same below) of mulberry leaves + 0.14% of betaine + 0.02% of procyanidins + 0.04% of vitamin C was added, test group 2 was a basic ration to which 0.8% of green tea + 0.14% of betaine + 0.02% of procyanidins + 0.04% of vitamin C was added, test group 3 was a basic ration to which 1% of mulberry leaves + 0.8% of green tea + 0.14% of betaine was added, and test group 4 was a basic ration to which 2% of the above products, i.e., 1% of mulberry leaves + 0.8% of green tea + 0.14% of betaine + 0.02% of procyanidins + 0.04% of vitamin C was added. The pre-test period was 1 week and the test period was 6 weeks. The test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, under the test conditions, compared with the control group, the shear force and drip loss of the breast muscle of each test group are significantly reduced, the content of intramuscular fat and inosinic acid is significantly increased, and pH45min and pH24h tend to be increased, which indicates that the meat quality and taste and flavor of each test group are improved, and five of mulberry leaf, green tea and the like have a certain degree of synergistic effect on improving the meat quality, wherein the meat quality improving effect of the test group 4 is the best.
Example 2:
weighing 685kg of mulberry leaf powder, 200kg of green tea powder, 100kg of betaine, 5kg of procyanidine and 10kg of vitamin C, adding the weighed mulberry leaf powder into a mixer, adding the green tea powder and the betaine, mixing for 2-5 minutes, adding the procyanidine and the vitamin C, and mixing for 3-5 minutes to obtain the product. The obtained product is added into the rejected layer complete feed in a proportion of 2-3%.
In the test of the method, 1200 healthy and similar-weight 66-week-old eliminated laying green-shell laying hens are selected and divided into 2 treatment groups, each treatment group is 10 times of treatment, and each treatment group is 60 times of treatment. The 2 treatment groups are respectively a control group and a test group, the control group is fed with corn-soybean meal-wheat bran type basic ration, and the test group is formed by adding 2% of the product into the basic ration. The pre-test period is 1 week and the test period is 8 weeks. The test results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, under the test conditions, the addition of 2% of the product to the daily ration of the eliminated laying hens can obviously improve the content of inosinic acid and flavor amino acid in chicken, and the content of essential amino acid and total amino acid of human bodies such as methionine, lysine and the like is also obviously improved, which indicates that the high-efficiency environment-friendly feed is beneficial to the deposition of flavor substances and amino acid of the eliminated laying hens, and the flavor of the chicken is better.
