Abstract

本发明公开了一种低硫柴油抗磨添加剂,所述的柴油抗磨添加剂为聚醚类化合物,其分子结构如下:R1‑(‑O‑R2‑)n‑OR3,其中R1为具1‑24个碳原子的烃基,R2独立地为具有2‑4个碳原子的亚烷基,n为10至30,R3为H或烷基。本发明的低硫柴油抗磨添加剂在低硫柴油中具有良好的抗磨性能,不含硫磷氮等杂元素,不与润滑油清净分散剂相互作用,同时具有一定的清净性,是一类性能优良的柴油抗磨添加剂。

一种低硫柴油抗磨添加剂
技术领域
本发明属于柴油添加剂领域,具体涉及一种低硫柴油抗磨添加剂。
背景技术
近年来,随着环保对柴油质量提出的要求越来越高,柴油中硫含量受到了严格的控制,柴油的润滑性问题逐渐暴露出来。柴油润滑性评定试验表明,大多数低硫柴油的润滑性很差,硫含量小于500ug/g的柴油就可能会使发动机出现磨损。柴油中的多环芳烃、氮化物、硫化物和氧化物是天然的润滑剂。使用低硫柴油的发动机容易出现磨损和破坏,缩短了发动机寿命。
柴油抗磨添加剂是解决低硫柴油润滑问题中最经济、有效的方法。上世纪90年代开始人们发展了多种柴油抗磨添加剂来解决柴油的润滑问题。主要包括有机醇、有机羧酸、脂肪胺、酰胺、脂肪酸酯、多元醇酯等化合物。脂肪酸值是最有效的低硫柴油抗磨添加剂,但羧酸类添加剂与高碱值分散剂和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌相互作用发生化学变化,产生油泥堵塞过滤系统,有机醇、脂肪胺、酰胺类添加剂的抗磨效果则不是特别突出,因此很有必要发展高效柴油抗磨添加剂。
本发明提供了一种聚醚型低硫柴油抗磨添加剂,该添加剂不但具有良好的抗磨损性能而且具有一定的清净性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低硫柴油抗磨添加剂,该润滑添加剂为聚醚类化合物,其分子结构如下:R1-(-O-R2-)n-OR3,其中R1为具1-24个碳原子的烃基,R2独立地为具有2-4个碳原子的亚烷基,n为10至30,R3为H或烷基。
优选地,所述的聚醚包括一个含羟基烃的单元与两个或多个环氧化合物的单元的聚合反应产物。
优选地,所述的含羟基烃含有1-24个碳原子。
优选地,所述的环氧化合物含有2-4个碳原子。
优选地,所述的聚醚的分子量在500-10000,优选500-5000。
与现用的柴油抗磨添加剂相比,聚醚添加剂不含硫、磷氮等元素且不会与润滑油清净剂或分散剂相互作用,同时还具有一定的清净性。
具体实施例
实施例1
一种低硫柴油抗磨添加剂,该润滑添加剂为聚醚类化合物,其分子结构如下:R1-(-O-R2-)n-OR3,其中R1为具1-24个碳原子的烃基,R2独立地为具有2-4个碳原子的亚烷基,n为10至30,R3为H或烷基。
优选地,所述的聚醚包括一个含羟基烃的单元与两个环氧化合物的单元的聚合反应产物。
优选地,所述的含羟基烃含有18个碳原子。
优选地,所述的环氧化合物含有3个碳原子。
优选地,所述的聚醚的分子量在3500。
柴油的润滑性能使用高频往复试验机依据SH/T0765方法进行测试,测定柴油在60℃时的磨斑直径,通过对温度和湿度的影响进行校正获得测试结果。试验所选择的聚醚为南京威尔化工有限公司生产的SDM03C,SDM05A,SDM05C,低硫柴油的硫含量为86ppm。抗磨测试结果如下表所示:

从上表中可以看出,聚醚类添加剂能够显著提高低硫柴油的抗磨性能,添加量在100ppm的聚醚即可满足国标所规定的小于460mm的要求,表明聚醚类添加剂在低硫柴油中有良好的抗磨性能。

1.一种低硫柴油抗磨添加剂,所述的添加剂为聚醚类化合物,其分子结构如下:R1-(-O-R2-)n-OR3,其中R1为具1-24个碳原子的烃基,R2独立地为具有2-4个碳原子的亚烷基,n为10至30,R3为H或烷基。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种低硫柴油抗磨添加剂,其特征在于,所述的聚醚类化合物的分子结构包括一个含羟基烃的单元与两个或多个环氧化合物的单元的聚合反应产物;所述含羟基烃含有1-24个碳原子,所述的环氧化合物含有2-4个碳原子。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的一种低硫柴油抗磨添加剂,其特征在于,所述的聚醚化合物的分子量在500-10000,优选500-5000。
