背景技术
维生素,是维持人体健康所必需的物质,需要量虽少,但由于体内不能合成,必须从食物中摄取补充。维生素对维持人体正常的生长发育和调节各种生理功能至关重要。多种维生素咀嚼片是以多种维生素为成分的咀嚼类片剂。具有补充多种维生素的保健功能。目前的钙铁锌硒多种维生素咀嚼片,不仅疗效显著,副作用小,且解决钙铁锌硒维生素同时补充的问题,尤其适合儿童、老人及孕妇服用。但目前钙铁锌硒多种维生素咀嚼片存在稳定性差,保质期短,且进入肠胃后不易崩解,不易于吸收的问题,亟待解决。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种钙铁锌硒维生素片的制备方法,所得钙铁锌硒维生素片稳定性极高,有效成分的保质期长,而且进入肠胃后可快速崩解。
本发明提出的一种钙铁锌硒维生素片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、柠檬酸锌、富硒酵母、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素C、硬脂酸镁、麦芽糊精、甜菊糖、淀粉混合均匀,沸腾制粒得到第一预制料;
S2、将微晶纤维素、明胶复合物混合均匀得到第二预制料;将第二预制料、第一预制料和滑石粉混合,二次制粒,压片得到钙铁锌硒维生素片。
优选地,S1中,碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、柠檬酸锌、富硒酵母、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素C、硬脂酸镁、麦芽糊精、甜菊糖、淀粉的重量比为50-80:10-30:25-34:0.01-0.06:1-5:1-4:1-4:2-8:1-2:1-3:50-70。

S2、按重量份将100份微晶纤维素、35份明胶复合物混合均匀得到第二预制料;将第二预制料、140份第一预制料、8份滑石粉混合,二次制粒,压片得到钙铁锌硒维生素片。
明胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将明胶、水混合均匀,搅拌状态下滴加入液体石蜡中,继续搅拌,冷却至室温,再置于冰盐浴中继续降温至零下,加入乙醇溶液,搅拌,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到明胶复合物。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种钙铁锌硒维生素片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份将60份碳酸钙、25份富马酸亚铁、28份柠檬酸锌、0.04份富硒酵母、2份维生素A、3份维生素D3、2份维生素C、6份硬脂酸镁、1.2份麦芽糊精、2.5份甜菊糖、55份淀粉混合均匀,沸腾制粒得到第一预制料;
S2、按重量份将180份微晶纤维素、20份明胶复合物混合均匀得到第二预制料;将第二预制料、170份第一预制料、2份滑石粉混合,二次制粒,压片得到钙铁锌硒维生素片。
明胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将明胶、水混合均匀,搅拌状态下滴加入温度为56℃液体石蜡中,继续搅拌35min,搅拌速度为2400r/min,冷却至室温,再置于冰盐浴中继续降温至零下,加入浓度为75wt%乙醇溶液,搅拌25min,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到明胶复合物。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种钙铁锌硒维生素片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份将70份碳酸钙、15份富马酸亚铁、32份柠檬酸锌、0.02份富硒酵母、4份维生素A、2份维生素D3、3份维生素C、4份硬脂酸镁、1.8份麦芽糊精、1.5份甜菊糖、65份淀粉混合均匀,沸腾制粒得到第一预制料;
S2、按重量份将120份微晶纤维素、30份明胶复合物混合均匀得到第二预制料;将第二预制料、150份第一预制料、6份滑石粉混合,二次制粒,压片得到钙铁锌硒维生素片。
明胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将10份明胶、40份水混合均匀,搅拌状态下滴加入100份温度为52℃液体石蜡中,继续搅拌40min,搅拌速度为2200r/min,冷却至室温,再置于冰盐浴中继续降温至零下,加入300份浓度为70wt%乙醇溶液,搅拌35min,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到明胶复合物。
实施例6
本发明提出的一种钙铁锌硒维生素片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按重量份将65份碳酸钙、20份富马酸亚铁、30份柠檬酸锌、0.03份富硒酵母、3份维生素A、2.5份维生素D3、2.5份维生素C、5份硬脂酸镁、1.5份麦芽糊精、2份甜菊糖、60份淀粉混合均匀,沸腾制粒得到第一预制料;
S2、按重量份将150份微晶纤维素、25份明胶复合物混合均匀得到第二预制料;将第二预制料、160份第一预制料、4份滑石粉混合,二次制粒,压片得到钙铁锌硒维生素片。
明胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将20份明胶、20份水混合均匀,搅拌状态下滴加入100份温度为60℃液体石蜡中,继续搅拌30min,搅拌速度为2600r/min,冷却至室温,再置于冰盐浴中继续降温至零下,加入200份浓度为80wt%乙醇溶液,搅拌15min,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到明胶复合物。

Claims (6)
1.一种钙铁锌硒维生素片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、柠檬酸锌、富硒酵母、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素C、硬脂酸镁、麦芽糊精、甜菊糖、淀粉混合均匀,沸腾制粒得到第一预制料;
S2、将微晶纤维素、明胶复合物混合均匀得到第二预制料;将第二预制料、第一预制料和滑石粉混合,二次制粒,压片得到钙铁锌硒维生素片。
2.根据权利要求1所述钙铁锌硒维生素片的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、柠檬酸锌、富硒酵母、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素C、硬脂酸镁、麦芽糊精、甜菊糖、淀粉的重量比为50-80:10-30:25-34:0.01-0.06:1-5:1-4:1-4:2-8:1-2:1-3:50-70。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述钙铁锌硒维生素片的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,按重量份将100-200份微晶纤维素、15-35份明胶复合物混合均匀得到第二预制料;将第二预制料、140-180份第一预制料、1-8份滑石粉混合,二次制粒,压片得到钙铁锌硒维生素片。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述钙铁锌硒维生素片的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,明胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将明胶、水混合均匀,搅拌状态下滴加入液体石蜡中,继续搅拌,冷却至室温,再置于冰盐浴中继续降温至零下,加入乙醇溶液,搅拌,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到明胶复合物。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述钙铁锌硒维生素片的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,明胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:将明胶、水混合均匀,搅拌状态下滴加入温度为52-60℃液体石蜡中,继续搅拌30-40min,搅拌速度为2200-2600r/min,冷却至室温,再置于冰盐浴中继续降温至零下,加入浓度为70-80wt%乙醇溶液,搅拌15-35min,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到明胶复合物。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述钙铁锌硒维生素片的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,明胶复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将10-20份明胶、20-40份水混合均匀,搅拌状态下滴加入100份温度为52-60℃液体石蜡中,继续搅拌30-40min,搅拌速度为2200-2600r/min,冷却至室温,再置于冰盐浴中继续降温至零下,加入200-300份浓度为70-80wt%乙醇溶液,搅拌15-35min,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到明胶复合物。
