Abstract

本发明提供一种液晶显示面板及装置,该液晶显示面板包括:多条数据线;电荷分享电路,与所述数据线连接,所述电荷分享电路用于在液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,使各条数据线之间相互独立以及在液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,将全部数据线导通,使所述数据线上的电荷相互中和,以减小充电电荷的变化量。本发明的液晶显示面板及装置,能够减小驱动电流。

Description

一种液晶显示面板及装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种液晶显示面板及装置。
【背景技术】
在面板驱动中,VAA电压用于向面板中的源驱动芯片(Source Driver)提供电压。如图1所示,VAA电压由电源模块11提供,该电源模块11通过柔性电路板(COF)12与面板13连接,通过向数据线131输入VAA电压,使数据线131退出数据信号。
由于通常数据线的列数和分辨率相关,当面板的分辨率固定时,数据线的列数也是固定的。在向数据线输入VAA电压时,需要COF的中转,才能将电荷输入至面板内。
图2所示为一列数据线正常的充电过程,电压由高电平电压VH变换为低电平电压VL或者由低电平电压VL变换为高电平电压VH,可见电荷变化范围较大,从而导致COF的驱动电流较大。
因此,有必要提供一种液晶显示面板及装置,以解决现有技术所存在的问题。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示面板及装置,能够减小驱动电流。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种液晶显示面板,其包括:
多条数据线;
电荷分享电路,与所述数据线连接,所述电荷分享电路用于在液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,使各条数据线之间相互独立以及在所述液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,将全部数据线导通,使所述数据线上的电荷相互中和,以减小充电电荷的变化量。
在本发明的液晶显示面板中,所述电荷分享电路包括多个第一开关,每条数据线对应设置一第一开关,所述第一开关的输入端与对应的数据线的末端连接,所有第一开关的输出端连接在一起,所述第一开关的控制端接入控制信号。
在本发明的液晶显示面板中,当所述液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,所述第一开关断开;
当所述液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,所述第一开关闭合。
在本发明的液晶显示面板中,所述电荷分享电路还包括控制模块,所述控制模块与所述第一开关的控制端连接,所述控制模块用于提供所述控制信号。
在本发明的液晶显示面板中,所述第一开关为N沟道场效应管,当所述液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,所述控制信号为低电平;
当所述液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,所述控制信号为高电平。
在本发明的液晶显示面板中,所述第一开关为P沟道场效应管,当所述液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,所述控制信号为高电平;
当所述液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,所述控制信号为低电平。
在本发明的液晶显示面板中,所述电荷分享电路包括多个第二开关,每相邻两条数据线设置一第二开关,所述第二开关的输入端和输出端分别与对应的相邻两条数据线连接,所述第二开关的控制端接入控制信号。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置,其包括液晶显示面板,面板包括:
多条数据线;
电荷分享电路,与所述数据线连接,所述电荷分享电路用于在液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,使各条数据线之间相互独立以及在所述液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,将全部数据线导通,使所述数据线上的电荷相互中和,以减小充电电荷的变化量。
在本发明液晶显示装置中,所述电荷分享电路包括多个第一开关,每条数据线对应设置一第一开关,所述第一开关的输入端与对应的数据线的末端连接,所有第一开关的输出端连接在一起,所述第一开关的控制端接入控制信号。
在本发明液晶显示装置中,当所述液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,所述第一开关断开;
当所述液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,所述第一开关闭合。
本发明的液晶显示面板及装置,通过在现有的面板上增加电荷分享电路,从而在液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,使各条数据线之间相互导通,以中和数据线上的电荷,减小充电电荷的变化量,进而减小了驱动电流。

【具体实施方式】
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是以相同标号表示。
本发明实施例提供一种液晶显示面板,如图3所示,其包括多条数据线131、多条扫描线(图中未示出)以及由所述数据线和扫描线限定的多个像素(图中未示出)。所述液晶显示面板还包括电荷分享电路20,该电荷分享电路20与所述数据线131连接,所述电荷分享电路20用于在液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,使各条数据线131之间相互独立以及在液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,将全部数据线131导通,使所述数据线131上的电荷相互中和,以减小充电电荷的变化量,进而减小驱动电流。
在一实施例中,所述电荷分享电路20包括多个第一开关T1,每条数据线131对应设置一第一开关T1,所述第一开关T1的输入端与对应的数据线131的末端连接,其中每条数据线131的起始端与源驱动芯片连接,也即该数据线131的末端为远离源驱动芯片的一端。所有第一开关T1的输出端连接在一起,每个第一开关T1的控制端接入控制信号S1。
当液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,所述第一开关T1断开,使得各数据线131相互独立,也即各数据线131未连接在一起,从而便于向各条数据线131输入独立的数据信号。
当液晶显示面板数据信号输入完毕时,所述第一开关T1闭合,以使各数据线131相互导通,从而使数据线131上的电荷中和,也即正电荷和负电荷进行中和。之后再输入VAA电压,从而使得在输入VAA电压时,电压变化范围减小一半。
也即在液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,向各条数据线131输入独立的数据信号;在液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,将全部数据线导通后,输入预设电源电压,该预设电压为VAA。
如图4所示,所述电荷分享电路还包括控制模块21,所述控制模块21与所有所述第一开关T1的控制端连接,所述控制模块21用于提供所述控制信号S1,也即通过所述控制模块21控制所述第一开关T1的断开和闭合。
在一实施方式中,所述第一开关T1为N沟道场效应管,当液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,所述控制信号S1为低电平;当液晶显示面板数据信号输入完毕时,所述控制信号S1为高电平。
在另一实施方式中,所述第一开关T1为P沟道场效应管,当液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,所述控制信号S1为高电平;当液晶显示面板数据信号输入完毕时,所述控制信号S1为低电平。
如图5所示,在面板充电完成后,使各数据线之间导通,这个时候COF不输出,保持高阻抗状态。那么电荷就会处于VH和VL的中间位置附近,那么下一次充电时,就会从V0附近开始充电,也即电压从VH变换为V0或者V0变换为VH(也即如实线部分所示,虚线为现有充电过程的波形图),因此对正负极性的充电电荷的变化量都会减小一般左右,能够有效地减小COF提供的驱动电流。
且根据电容能量1/2C△V2,由于△V减小一半,那么由寄生电容产生的损耗会减少至1/4,从而有效地减小了VAA电流,同时降低了在较高的分辨率和刷新率下COF的温度。
在另一实施例中,如图6所示,所述电荷分享电路包括多个第二开关T2,每相邻两条数据线131设置一第二开关T2,所述第二开关T2的输入端和输出端分别连接对应的相邻两条数据线。比如最左侧的第二开关T2的输入端连接第一条数据线,最左侧的第二开关T2的输出端连接第二条数据线。所述第二开关T2的控制端接入控制信号S1。
可以理解的,所述电荷分享电路也可包括控制模块21,所述控制模块21与所述第二开关T2的控制端连接,所述控制模块用于提供所述控制信号S1,也即通过所述控制模块21控制所述第二开关T1的断开和闭合。
在液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,所述第二开关T2断开,使得各数据线相互独立,也即未连接在一起,从而向各条数据线131输入独立的数据信号。
在液晶显示面板数据信号输入完毕时,所述第二开关T2闭合,以使各数据线相互导通,从而使数据线上的电荷中和,也即正电荷和负电荷中和,进而在输入VAA电压时,充电范围减小一般。所述第二开关T2可以为N沟道场效应管或者P沟道场效应管。具体工作原理与上一实施例相同,在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例还提供一种液晶显示装置,其包括上述任意一种液晶显示面板。
本发明的液晶显示面板及装置,通过在现有的面板上增加电荷分享电路,从而在液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,使各条数据线之间相互导通,以中和数据线上的电荷,减小充电电荷的变化量,进而减小了驱动电流。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种液晶显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
多条数据线;
电荷分享电路,与所述数据线连接,所述电荷分享电路用于在液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,使各条数据线之间相互独立以及在所述液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,将全部数据线导通,使所述数据线上的电荷相互中和,以减小充电电荷的变化量。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,
所述电荷分享电路包括多个第一开关,每条数据线对应设置一第一开关,所述第一开关的输入端与对应的数据线的末端连接,所有第一开关的输出端连接在一起,所述第一开关的控制端接入控制信号。
3.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,
当所述液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,所述第一开关断开;
当所述液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,所述第一开关闭合。
4.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,
所述电荷分享电路还包括控制模块,所述控制模块与所述第一开关的控制端连接,所述控制模块用于提供所述控制信号。
5.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,
所述第一开关为N沟道场效应管,当所述液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,所述控制信号为低电平;
当所述液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,所述控制信号为高电平。
6.如权利要求2所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,
所述第一开关为P沟道场效应管,当所述液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,所述控制信号为高电平;
当所述液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,所述控制信号为低电平。
7.如权利要求1所述的液晶显示面板,其特征在于,
所述电荷分享电路包括多个第二开关,每相邻两条数据线设置一第二开关,所述第二开关的输入端和输出端分别与对应的相邻两条数据线连接,所述第二开关的控制端接入控制信号。
8.一种液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括液晶显示面板,其包括:
多条数据线;
电荷分享电路,与所述数据线连接,所述电荷分享电路用于在液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,使各条数据线之间相互独立以及在所述液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,将全部数据线导通,使所述数据线上的电荷相互中和,以减小充电电荷的变化量。
9.如权利要求8所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,
所述电荷分享电路包括多个第一开关,每条数据线对应设置一第一开关,所述第一开关的输入端与对应的数据线的末端连接,所有第一开关的输出端连接在一起,所述第一开关的控制端接入控制信号。
10.如权利要求9所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,
当所述液晶显示面板输入数据信号时,所述第一开关断开;
当所述液晶显示面板的数据信号输入完毕时,所述第一开关闭合。
