一种具有护肤效果的棉纱纺织材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将涤棉布条漂白后开成再生棉花,经过清理杂质,梳理棉条以及精梳工艺得到纤维棉条;
将纤维棉条与聚酯纤维进行合并形成纱条,然后经过纺纱加工工艺得到纺织物;
先将苦楝油,石墨烯,钛酸四丁酯,松香甘油酯与液体石蜡混合后于
80-90℃搅拌2-4h,然后加入琥珀酸酯磺酸钠并于200-400r/min搅拌0.5-1h,将AES树脂加入30-40倍重量的水中搅拌分散均匀,然后将两次搅拌的混合物于1200-1500r/min搅拌0.5-1h,得复合乳液;
将硅藻土、油酸钠、柠檬酸置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀,然后将其置于器皿中加温至35-45℃,加入质量分数为15-20%的竹醋液,反应25-30min,制得混合液A;
将汉麻纤维、磷酸脂淀粉、二氧化锑置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀,然后将其置于器皿中加温至35-45℃,加入质量分数为10-20%的竹醋液,反应25-30min,制得混合液B;
将特种低脂果胶、硫酸胺、纳米二氧化钛置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀,然后将其置于器皿中加温至35-45℃,加入剩余的竹醋液,反应25-30min,制得混合液C;
将茶皂素、甘油硬脂酸脂、竹纤维置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀,加热至120℃,20分钟后,取出混合物,压滤,得到滤饼,将滤饼粉碎,置于冰箱内,
将混合液B与混合液C混合,与60℃下搅拌,加热至130℃,收集蒸馏液;
将蒸馏液与混合液A混合,加入复合乳液,80℃搅拌1小时,将混合物置于罐内,抽真空,反应2小时;
将混合物对上述滤饼进行浸渍,依次加入去离子水、酸性调节剂、表面活性剂,再滴加硅烷偶合剂,待溶液温度达到35℃-45℃时,间隔滴加硅烷偶合剂,以此防止溶液温度过高,保证溶液温度在35℃-45℃;
过滤,得到混合乳液,将乳液均匀涂覆在纺织物上,然后于60-80℃烘干,即可得到棉纱纺织材料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明有益效果在于:将液体石蜡,钛酸四丁酯和松香甘油酯复配改性作为原料,与聚酯纤维混纺得到的纺织物进行涂覆处理并烘干,添加玻璃纤维增强棉纱之间的连接性、韧性,同时玻璃纤维对比棉纱具有一定的防晒、隔热效果,并且,干燥速度得到提升,汉麻纤维、磷酸脂淀粉和特种低脂果胶使得到的再生棉纱纺织材料不仅具有良好的强度和耐磨性能,还有护肤润肤的保健效果,耐久性和使用寿命较高,同时环保性能好。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段,创作特征,达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:一种具有护肤效果的棉纱纺织材料,由下述重量份的原料制得:棉含量为30-35%的涤棉布条80份,聚酯纤维5份,苦楝油0.5份,石墨烯0.3份,钛酸四丁酯0.5份,琥珀酸酯磺酸钠12份、AES树脂17份、硅藻土7份、油酸钠9份、柠檬酸6份、竹纤维4份,汉麻纤维45份,磷酸脂淀粉3份,特种低脂果胶2.5份,二氧化锑3份,硫酸胺4.5份,液体石蜡13.5份,纳米二氧化钛11份,茶皂素2份,甘油硬脂酸脂2份,竹醋液20份,去离子水200份,酸性调节剂2份,表面活性剂6份,硅烷偶合剂6份。
一种具有护肤效果的棉纱纺织材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

将茶皂素、甘油硬脂酸脂、竹纤维置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀,加热至120℃,20分钟后,取出混合物,压滤,得到滤饼,将滤饼粉碎,置于冰箱内,
将混合液B与混合液C混合,与60℃下搅拌,加热至130℃,收集蒸馏液;
将蒸馏液与混合液A混合,加入复合乳液,80℃搅拌1小时,将混合物置于罐内,抽真空,反应2小时;
将混合物对上述滤饼进行浸渍,依次加入去离子水、酸性调节剂、表面活性剂,再滴加硅烷偶合剂,待溶液温度达到35℃-45℃时,间隔滴加硅烷偶合剂,以此防止溶液温度过高,保证溶液温度在35℃-45℃;
过滤,得到混合乳液,将乳液均匀涂覆在纺织物上,然后于60-80℃烘干,即可得到棉纱纺织材料。
经试验,对比现有的棉纱,制备衣服,两者之间穿戴30℃环境下干燥速度对比如下:
水分 60% 40% 20%
本法 2小时 1.3小时 0.3小时
现有 4小时 2小时 1小时
由数据得到,本法添加了玻璃纤维等其他纤维,有效提升干燥速度,同时,干燥速度快,透气性好,对皮肤具有护肤润肤的保健效果。
实施例2:一种具有护肤效果的棉纱纺织材料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
棉含量为30-35%的涤棉布条100份,聚酯纤维10份,苦楝油1份,石墨烯0.5份,钛酸四丁酯1份,琥珀酸酯磺酸钠15份、AES树脂19份、硅藻土10份、油酸钠11份、柠檬酸8份、竹纤维7份,汉麻纤维49份,磷酸脂淀粉3.5份,特种低脂果胶3份,二氧化锑3.5份,硫酸胺7份,液体石蜡15份,纳米二氧化钛11.5份,茶皂素2.8份,甘油硬脂酸脂3份,竹醋液30份,去离子水260份,酸性调节剂5份,表面活性剂7份,硅烷偶合剂8份。
一种具有护肤效果的棉纱纺织材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

将特种低脂果胶、硫酸胺、纳米二氧化钛置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀,然后将其置于器皿中加温至35-45℃,加入剩余的竹醋液,反应25-30min,制得混合液C;
将茶皂素、甘油硬脂酸脂、竹纤维置于搅拌机中搅拌均匀,加热至120℃,20分钟后,取出混合物,压滤,得到滤饼,将滤饼粉碎,置于冰箱内,
将混合液B与混合液C混合,与60℃下搅拌,加热至130℃,收集蒸馏液;
将蒸馏液与混合液A混合,加入复合乳液,80℃搅拌1小时,将混合物置于罐内,抽真空,反应2小时;

经试验,对比现有的棉纱,制备衣服,两者之间30℃下自然干燥速度对比如下:
水分 60% 40% 20%
本法 2.2小时 1.1小时 0.4小时
现有 3.9小时 2小时 1.1小时
由数据得到,本法添加了玻璃纤维等其他纤维,有效提升干燥速度,同时,干燥速度快,透气性好,对皮肤具有护肤润肤的保健效果。
