Abstract
本发明涉及一种燃气‑空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,所述清洗剂以1L溶液计,含有乳化剂10~15g,表面活性剂3~6g,航空煤油100~120g,黏合剂10~15g,改性剂2~4g,余量为水。本发明组分以水为溶剂,不含磷物质,对环境友好;本发明能在线清洗燃气‑空气通道金属表面的油污和沉积污染物,且不含强酸或强碱,对燃气‑空气通道表面损伤小;本发明能快速清洁燃气‑空气通道以提高发动机工作效率,提高发动机燃油经济性,快速恢复发动机效率和战术性能。本发明中的清洗剂具有清洁效率高、洁净度高以及环境友好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及工业清洗剂技术领域,具体涉及一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂。
背景技术
航空发动机在长期使用过程中,燃气-空气通道部位由于大量空气高速通过,在恶劣环境下,表面易形成盐雾、尘埃及发动机内的油污等所形成的积碳类沉积物,牢固地粘附在燃气-空气通道表面,不易去除,易引起发动机参数的恶化,还可导致发动机推力下降,燃油消耗量加大,减少飞机的续航时间,影响装备的战术性能。
发动机燃气-空气通道是由大量的金属材料以及特殊的涂层系统组成,在对发动机燃气-空气通道部位进行清洗时,清洗液不能破坏燃气-空气通道部位表面状态及燃气-空气通道部位表面涂层,采用石油溶剂以及表面活性剂清洗不宜去顽固性污染物;而采用强碱性或强酸清洗溶液,又易破坏燃气-空气通道部位表面状态或引起机件的腐蚀,清洗后需用大量的水进行清洗,同时清洗液残留物对环境有污染作用。
通过研发一种高效环保的含燃油的乳化型清洗溶液,可对发动机燃气-空气通道进行在线有效清洗,恢复燃气-空气通道的清洁度以提高发动机工作效率,改善或恢复发动机的性能,提高发动机燃油经济性,达到快速恢复发动机效率和战术性能是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种高效环保,清洗能力强,对机件无腐蚀的燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂。
本发明一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,所述清洗剂以1L溶液计,含有乳化剂10~15g,表面活性剂3~6g,航空煤油100~120g,黏合剂10~15g,改性剂2~4g,余量为水。
进一步的,上述一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,所述清洗剂以1L溶液计,含有乳化剂13g,表面活性剂5g,航空煤油110g,黏合剂13g,改性剂3g,余量为水。
上述一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,所述乳化剂为OS-15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步的,上述一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,所述乳化剂为C10~18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
上述一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,所述表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂。
进一步的,上述一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,所述非离子型表面活性剂为月桂酸脂二乙醇酰胺。
上述一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,所述黏合剂为水玻璃。
进一步的,上述一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,所述水玻璃的模数为2.0~3.0。
上述一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,所述改性剂为醇胺类有机化合物。
进一步的,上述一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,所述醇胺类有机化合物为三乙醇胺。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明组分以水为溶剂,不含有机溶剂,不含磷物质,对环境友好;本发明能在线清洗燃气-空气通道金属表面的油污和沉积污染物,且不含强酸或强碱,对燃气-空气通道表面损伤小;显著降低水的表面张力使工件表面容易润湿、渗透力强;本发明能快速清洁燃气-空气通道以提高发动机工作效率,提高发动机燃油经济性,快速恢复发动机效率和战术性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
按照表1中各原料及其配比设计7组实验组,进行燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂的制备。具体制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)、将水加热至50℃,或者直接取50℃热水,待用;
(2)、将乳化剂加热至50℃熔化,加入航空煤油,搅拌,混匀,得到混合物Ⅰ;
(3)、将步骤(2)得到的混合物Ⅰ加入到50℃热水中,搅拌混匀,得到混合物Ⅱ;
(4)、将表面活性剂、粘合剂、改性剂加入到50℃热水中,搅拌溶解,得到混合物Ⅲ;
(5)、将混合物Ⅱ和混合物Ⅲ搅拌混合均匀,即得。

采用上述燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂对航空发动机的燃气-空气通道部位进行清洗,清洗时间及清洗效果,以及水溶液清洗剂的外观、pH值以及对钢的腐蚀性等测试结果如表2所示:

1.一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂以1L溶液计,含有乳化剂10~15g,表面活性剂3~6g,航空煤油100~120g,黏合剂10~15g,改性剂2~4g,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂以1L溶液计,含有乳化剂13g,表面活性剂5g,航空煤油110g,黏合剂13g,改性剂3g,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为OS-15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为C10~18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,其特征在于,所述非离子型表面活性剂为月桂酸脂二乙醇酰胺。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,其特征在于,所述黏合剂为水玻璃。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,其特征在于,所述水玻璃的模数为2.0~3.0。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,其特征在于,所述改性剂为醇胺类有机化合物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种燃气-空气通道的水溶液清洗剂,其特征在于,所述醇胺类有机化合物为三乙醇胺。
