本发明公开了一种印刷油墨,由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂10‑15份、聚氨酯树脂10‑20份、聚酰胺树脂15‑20份、醇/水型丙烯酸树脂10‑15份、丙烯酸树脂5‑10份、黑色颜料或彩色颜料10‑15份、溶剂50‑60份、粘度调节剂2‑5份、分散剂2‑4份、防沉剂2‑3份、抗氧剂BHT 0.5‑1份、红燥油1.5‑2份、白燥油0.5‑1份、磁石1‑2份、水滑石2‑4份、邻香草醛丙氨酸席夫碱0.5‑1份、邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯1‑1.5份、水合三盐基硫酸铅0.5‑1份、壬基酚聚氧乙基醚1‑1.5份和去离子水15‑25份。本发明不仅无毒、无味,对人体基本无危害,而且表面光泽度高,而且具有良好的透明性和耐水性。

Description

一种印刷油墨
技术领域
本发明属于油墨涂料技术领域,特别是涉及一种印刷油墨。
背景技术
油墨是用于包装材料印刷的重要材料,是一种具有一定颜色的胶粘流体物质,可通过印刷将图案、文字表现在承印物上,目前,国内塑料软包装的印刷95%以上是采用凹版印刷方式。国内常用的印刷油墨一般由氯化聚合物制成,在生产和使用过程中,需要使用强溶剂甲苯等芳香族溶剂来溶解和调节油墨的粘度。因此在油墨生产过程中当溶剂处理不当时,容易对油墨生产工人的身体造成伤害;印刷过程中所含毒性较强的溶剂的蒸发,也会对印刷工人的身体产生一定的伤害;由于印刷品上残留一定量的溶剂,这些溶剂将产生异味并影响印刷品使用者的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种印刷油墨,不仅无毒、无味,对人体基本无危害,而且表面光泽度高,而且具有良好的透明性和耐水性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种印刷油墨,由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂10-15份、聚氨酯树脂10-20份、聚酰胺树脂15-20份、醇/水型丙烯酸树脂10-15份、丙烯酸树脂5-10份、黑色颜料或彩色颜料10-15份、溶剂50-60份、粘度调节剂2-5份、分散剂2-4份、防沉剂2-3份、抗氧剂BHT 0.5-1份、红燥油1.5-2份、白燥油0.5-1份、磁石1-2份、水滑石2-4份、邻香草醛丙氨酸席夫碱0.5-1份、邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯1-1.5份、水合三盐基硫酸铅0.5-1份、壬基酚聚氧乙基醚1-1.5份和去离子水15-25份。
进一步的说,所述溶剂的原料(按重量份数计)包括:醋酸乙酯10-20份、二甲基酮15-20份、异丙醇10-15份和环己酮2-10份。
进一步的说,所述黑色颜料为炭黑。
进一步的说,所述彩色颜料为永固紫、酞菁绿或柠檬黄。
进一步的说,所述粘度调节剂的原料(按重量份数计)包括:亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺1-5份、尿素2-3份和盐酸羟胺1-2份。
进一步的说,所述分散剂为水玻璃、三聚磷酸钠或焦磷酸钠。
进一步的说,所述磁石和所述水滑石的粒径均为3-8微米。
进一步的说,所述防沉剂为聚酰胺蜡、二氧化硅或有机膨润土。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的印刷油墨无毒、无味,无溶剂挥发,对人体基本无危害,适用于各种印刷工艺,采用醋酸乙酯、二甲基酮、异丙醇和环己酮多种原料制成的溶剂,从而使油墨混合均匀,印刷后油墨表面光泽度高,具有良好的透明性和耐水性;
添加邻香草醛丙氨酸席夫碱作为抗菌剂,在油墨生产和印刷过程中抑制各种细菌的繁殖、生产,保护印刷品使用者的身体健康;
添加邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯作为光稳定剂,当油墨印刷在印刷品上后,产品在使用过程中邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯能吸收紫外光线,从而增加印刷品表面油墨的寿命。

实施例:一种印刷油墨,本发明由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂10-15份、聚氨酯树脂10-20份、聚酰胺树脂15-20份、醇/水型丙烯酸树脂10-15份、丙烯酸树脂5-10份、黑色颜料或彩色颜料10-15份、溶剂50-60份、粘度调节剂2-5份、分散剂2-4份、防沉剂2-3份、抗氧剂BHT 0.5-1份、红燥油1.5-2份、白燥油0.5-1份、磁石1-2份、水滑石2-4份、邻香草醛丙氨酸席夫碱0.5-1份、邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯1-1.5份、水合三盐基硫酸铅0.5-1份、壬基酚聚氧乙基醚1-1.5份和去离子水15-25份。
所述溶剂的原料(按重量份数计)包括:醋酸乙酯10-20份、二甲基酮15-20份、异丙醇10-15份和环己酮2-10份。
所述黑色颜料为炭黑。
所述彩色颜料为永固紫、酞菁绿或柠檬黄。
所述粘度调节剂的原料(按重量份数计)包括:亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺1-5份、尿素2-3份和盐酸羟胺1-2份。
所述分散剂为水玻璃、三聚磷酸钠或焦磷酸钠。
所述磁石和所述水滑石的粒径均为3-8微米。

本发明的工作原理如下:本发明采用醋酸乙酯、二甲基酮、异丙醇和环己酮多种原料制成的溶剂,从而使油墨混合均匀,印刷后油墨表面光泽度高,具有良好的透明性和耐水性;
添加邻香草醛丙氨酸席夫碱作为抗菌剂,在油墨生产和印刷过程中抑制各种细菌的繁殖、生产,保护印刷品使用者的身体健康;
添加邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯作为光稳定剂,当油墨印刷在印刷品上后,产品在使用过程中邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯能吸收紫外光线,从而增加印刷品表面油墨的寿命。

1.一种印刷油墨,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料制成:环氧树脂10-15份、聚氨酯树脂10-20份、聚酰胺树脂15-20份、醇/水型丙烯酸树脂10-15份、丙烯酸树脂5-10份、黑色颜料或彩色颜料10-15份、溶剂50-60份、粘度调节剂2-5份、分散剂2-4份、防沉剂2-3份、抗氧剂BHT 0.5-1份、红燥油1.5-2份、白燥油0.5-1份、磁石1-2份、水滑石2-4份、邻香草醛丙氨酸席夫碱0.5-1份、邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯1-1.5份、水合三盐基硫酸铅0.5-1份、壬基酚聚氧乙基醚1-1.5份和去离子水15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种印刷油墨,其特征在于:所述溶剂的原料(按重量份数计)包括:醋酸乙酯10-20份、二甲基酮15-20份、异丙醇10-15份和环己酮2-10份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种印刷油墨,其特征在于:所述彩色颜料为永固紫、酞菁绿或柠檬黄。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种印刷油墨,其特征在于:所述粘度调节剂的原料(按重量份数计)包括:亚乙基双硬脂酸酰胺1-5份、尿素2-3份和盐酸羟胺1-2份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种印刷油墨,其特征在于:所述分散剂为水玻璃、三聚磷酸钠或焦磷酸钠。
