Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于卫生巾及护垫的吸芯及其制备方法,涉及女性卫生用品领域,该吸芯由普通吸芯在药液中浸泡、干燥制得,所述药液由以下质量百分比的组分混合后提取液体制得:菊苣60‑65%、红豆杉19‑25%、蒲公英8‑11%、黄豆异黄酮3‑5%。本发明中,提供的菊苣能大大增加红豆杉有效组分以及活性组分的渍出,增强红豆杉的抗癌药效,在同等药效的前提下,可将红豆杉的用量减少至原来1/3~1/2,在同等药效下,可大大减少生产成本。经多次验证,其中,菊苣组分能有效消灭HPV病毒,填补了目前女性卫生用品领域防御HPV病毒的空白。

Description

一种用于卫生巾及护垫的吸芯及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及女性卫生用品领域,具体涉及一种用于卫生巾及护垫的吸芯及其制备方法。
背景技术
据世界卫生组织最新调查报告显示,对于成年女性而言,最常见的疾病不是感冒,而是生殖道感染,患病几率高达90%以上;最常见的不适症状不是发热、咳嗽、头痛等,而是阴部瘙痒、异味、疼痛,以及尿频,尿急等。而且女性许多其它疾病的发生也与生殖系统的功能异常密切相关,如骨质疏松、冠心病、糖尿病、黄褐斑等。从某种意义上讲,生殖系统的问题关乎女人一生的健康和幸福,也可以说是女人的“百病之源”。
生理期是女人最容易发生生殖系统感染的时期,现有市面上的一般卫生巾不能对女性生殖部位进行很好的保护,而具有消炎、灭菌、防癌特效的卫生巾也应运而生。通过检索发现也有多种卫生巾方面的专利,比如专利申请号为200510054027.X、名称为一种黄柏药物卫生巾,专利申请号为CN200410014123.7、名称为益母草卫生巾等专利,但他们都仅仅针对妇科炎症之类的妇科病有疗效,没有在防治炎症的同时预防抑制宫颈癌、卵巢癌等妇科癌症的发生,阻止女性生殖系统由炎症向癌症的转变;专利申请号为201110299763.7、名称为一种含红豆杉的卫生巾、卫生纸或护翼及制造方法,通过浸渍红豆杉渍出液,实现清热解毒、消炎杀菌、燥湿止带、祛风止痒、温经止痛、对阴道炎、宫颈炎等疗效,在消除炎症的同时能有效预防抑制宫颈癌、卵巢癌等妇科癌症发生,阻止女性生殖系统由炎症向癌症的转变;但实际生产中,红豆杉药效发挥不充分,释放的活性成分少。而红豆杉为国家稀有植物,禁止野生红豆杉的买卖,人工种植较为困难,市场价格昂贵,要实现相应功效,在该配方中,要发挥红豆杉的药效,红豆杉的添加量应不得低于总组分质量的50%。
HPV中文名为人乳头瘤病毒,是一种属于乳多空病毒科的乳头瘤空泡病毒A属,是球形DNA病毒,能引起人体皮肤黏膜的鳞状上皮增殖,表现为寻常疣、生殖器疣(尖锐湿疣)等症状,随着性病中尖锐湿疣的发病率急速上升和宫颈癌、肛门癌等的增多,人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染越来越引起人们的关注。生理期中女人的抵抗力、免疫力均处于最低值,若在生理期被感染,则极易引起相应的疾病,而现有技术并未在女生生理期间使用的卫生用品上进行HPV的防护。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:解决现有卫生巾红豆杉药效发挥不充分、释放的活性成分少以及在HPV防护领域的空缺,本发明提供一种用于卫生巾及护垫的吸芯及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种用于卫生巾及护垫的吸芯,该吸芯由普通吸芯在药液中浸泡、干燥制得,所述药液由以下质量百分比的组分混合后提取液体制得:
菊苣 60-65%
红豆杉 19-25%
蒲公英 8-11%
黄豆异黄酮 3-5%。
一种用于卫生巾及护垫的吸芯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将菊苣、红豆杉、蒲公英分别烘干,粉碎磨成超微粉后,将红豆杉粉末加入95℃的酒精中浸泡24小时,酒精与红豆杉粉末的质量比为3:1,再按比例掺和菊苣、蒲公英粉末混匀,酒精蒸发后加入纯净水熬制35-40分钟,过滤后加入黄豆异黄酮粉末得到中药组合物药液备用;
(2)于无菌、0~10℃环境下,再将普通吸芯浸泡于该中药组合物药液中浸泡2-3天;
(3)将浸泡后的吸芯取出,无菌、0~10℃环境下,采用干燥风风干后,经紫外光照处理即可制得。
本发明中的菊苣为菊科菊苣属,产于法国,外文名字cheory,为多年生草本植物,跟肉质、短粗,茎直立、有棱、中空、多分枝,叶互生、长倒披针形、头状花序,花冠舌状、花色青蓝。菊苣为药食两用植物,叶可调制生菜,根含菊糖及芳香族物质,可提制代用咖啡,促进人体消化器官活动,植物的地上部分及根可供药用,中药名分别为菊苣、菊苣根,具有清热解毒、利尿消肿、健胃等功效,该植物耐寒、耐旱,喜生于阳光充足的田边、上坡等地,目前由四川大学黄华老师以及天行健生物工程股份有限公司董事长联合种植并提供,国内尚未大量种植,但已试种成功,可每三月收个一次,年亩产高达5万斤以上,其种植方法以及种植难度均优于红豆杉种植,可大量种植。
相较于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,菊苣、蒲公英中的生物蛋白混合后,能大大增加红豆杉有效组分以及活性组分的渍出,增强红豆杉的抗癌药效,在同等药效的前提下,可将红豆杉的用量减少至原来1/3~1/2,在同等药效下,红豆杉用量少,即可大大减少生产成本;
2、本发明使用的药液,经多次验证,其中,菊苣组分能有效消灭HPV病毒,填补了目前女性卫生用品领域防御HPV病毒的空白;
3、具有清热解毒、消肿散结、利尿通淋、疗疮肿毒等多种疗效;
4、经实验验证,本发明四种中药组合物杀菌、消肿、消炎、抗皮肤真菌效果为单个组分制剂的5.2倍以上。
具体实施方式
本说明书中公开的所有特征,除了互相排斥的特征和/或步骤以外,均可以以任何方式组合。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作详细说明。
实施例1
通过以下步骤制得卫生巾及护垫的吸芯:
(1)将65g菊苣、20g红豆杉、10g蒲公英分别烘干,粉碎磨成超微粉后,将红豆杉粉末加入95℃的酒精中浸泡24小时,酒精与红豆杉粉末的质量比为3:1,再按比例掺和菊苣、蒲公英粉末混匀,酒精蒸发后加入2.5Kg纯净水熬制35-40分钟,过滤后加入5g黄豆异黄酮粉末得到中药组合物药液备用;
(2)于无菌、0~10℃环境下,再将普通吸芯浸泡于该中药组合物药液中浸泡2-3天;
(3)将浸泡后的吸芯取出,无菌、0~10℃环境下,采用干燥风风干后,经紫外光照处理即可制得药用卫生巾及护垫的吸芯。
实施例2
体验:征集30名具有妇科验证的女性患者对实施例1制备的的卫生巾以及护垫配合进行使用体验,经期间使用卫生间,经期后继续使用护垫,使用效果如表1所示。

实施例3
HPV病毒实验:
分别在两支无菌试管中放入完全相同的5ml带有HPV病毒血液,然后分别在这两支试管中放入10ml碘伏(试管1)和实施例1的中药组合物药液(试管2),保持此过程无菌操作,12小时后分别检测两支试管中HPV活体含量,经检测试管1中HPV活体含量无明显变化;而试管2中,HPV活体含量减少了43.6%;18小时后再分别检测两支试管中HPV活体含量,经检测试管1中HPV活体含量无明显变化;而试管2中,HPV活体含量减少了55.8%;证明实施例1的中药组合物药液对HPV均有一定的杀灭功效,具体实验结果如表2。

实施例4
关于亲肤测试:取步骤(1)制得的中药组合物药液以及最终产品药用卫生巾及护垫的吸芯浸泡液进行pH值测定,经测试,中药组合物药液的pH值为7-7.2,吸芯浸泡液的pH值为7-7.3,该pH值范围对皮肤的呵护无碍。
如上所述即为本发明的实施例。本发明不局限于上述实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下做出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于卫生巾及护垫的吸芯,其特征在于,该吸芯由普通吸芯在药液中浸泡、干燥制得,所述药液由以下质量百分比的组分混合后提取液体制得:
菊苣60-65%
红豆杉19-25%
蒲公英8-11%
黄豆异黄酮3-5%。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的用于卫生巾及护垫的吸芯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将菊苣、红豆杉、蒲公英分别烘干,粉碎磨成超微粉后,将红豆杉粉末加入95℃的酒精中浸泡24小时,酒精与红豆杉粉末的质量比为3:1,再按比例掺和菊苣、蒲公英粉末混匀,酒精蒸发后加入纯净水熬制35-40分钟,过滤后加入黄豆异黄酮粉末得到中药组合物药液备用;
(2)于无菌、0~10℃环境下,再将普通吸芯浸泡于该中药组合物药液中浸泡2-3天;
(3)将浸泡后的吸芯取出,无菌、0~10℃环境下,采用干燥风风干后,经紫外光照处理即可制得。
