本发明公开了一种TFT‑LCD显示屏减薄专用浸泡处理液,其是由如下重量百分含量的原料组成:硅醇13‑16%、无机硅酸盐15‑22%、硫酸9‑11%、氢氟酸7‑10%、金属氢氧化物8‑13%、碱性活化物11‑15%其余为去离子水。与现有技术相比,本发明的浸泡处理液对TFT‑LCD显示屏进行清洗,可以很好地减小TFT‑LCD显示屏减薄后凹点及划痕,减少下工序工作量,降低成本,提升产品整体品质。

本发明涉及TFT-LCD显示屏技术领域,具体涉及一种TFT-LCD显示屏减薄专用浸泡处理液。
背景技术
减薄前的液晶显示屏在前大板贴合加工工艺中遗留肉眼无法观察的细微性缺陷:“凹点”或“凹划痕”产品在蚀刻过程中发生化学反应,导致肉眼无法观察的细微性缺陷被放大,放大后的缺陷超出品质标准,产品品质低下,增加加工成本,因此必须对减薄前的液晶显示屏进行浸泡处理。现有的浸泡处理液成本较高,处理效果不够好。

本发明旨在提供了一种TFT-LCD显示屏减薄专用浸泡处理液。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种TFT-LCD显示屏减薄专用浸泡处理液,其是由如下重量百分含量的原料组成:硅醇13-16%、无机硅酸盐15-22%、硫酸9-11%、氢氟酸7-10%、金属氢氧化物8-13%、碱性活化物11-15%其余为去离子水。
所述氢氟酸溶液中的氟化氢的质量百分含量为9-20%。
所述硅醇为R3SiOH或R2Si(OH)2,其中R为甲基、乙基或丙基。
所述金属氢氧化物为氢氧化钠及氢氧化钾中的至少一种。
所述为碱性活化物为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾及碳酸氢钾中的至少一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的浸泡处理液对TFT-LCD显示屏进行清洗,可以很好地减小TFT-LCD显示屏减薄后凹点及划痕,减少下工序工作量,降低成本,提升产品整体品质。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种TFT-LCD显示屏减薄专用浸泡处理液,其特征在于:所述氢氟酸溶液中的氟化氢的质量百分含量为9-20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种TFT-LCD显示屏减薄专用浸泡处理液,其特征在于:所述硅醇为R3SiOH或R2Si(OH)2,其中R为甲基、乙基或丙基。
