Background
Barbecue is a food culture and a mode which are loved by people from ancient times to date. The existing barbecue tools cannot be separated from charcoal fire, and how to nourish, spot and smolder the charcoal is an important procedure before barbecue. The existing carbon-raising, carbon-dropping and carbon-sealing modes are original, most of the modes are that charcoal is put in an open iron sheet box for full combustion, and then a cover is covered for storage and preparation, so that a carbon-raising iron sheet box with sparks splashed on the side of a sidewalk can be frequently seen, no countermeasure exists, great potential safety hazards exist, and only the wood is burned for carbon-raising, so that resources are wasted, and the defects of environmental pollution and inconvenience in use exist.

The purpose of the invention is realized in the following way: the furnace comprises a furnace body, wherein a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe are arranged on the furnace body, a furnace cavity, a smoke pipe and an air suction pipe are arranged in the furnace body, one end of the smoke pipe is connected to the furnace cavity, the other end of the smoke pipe is connected with a filtering device, one end of the air suction pipe is provided with an air outlet on the outer side of the furnace body, an air suction fan is arranged on the air outlet, the other end of the air suction pipe is connected to a filtering water tank arranged in the filtering device, a high-temperature resistant isolation layer is arranged in the furnace cavity, a charcoal adding port is arranged between the furnace cavity on the upper side of the high-temperature resistant isolation layer and the furnace body, a charcoal outlet is arranged between the furnace cavity on the lower side of the high-temperature resistant isolation layer and the furnace body, a grate is arranged in the furnace cavity on the lower side of the charcoal outlet, and an air inlet is arranged between the furnace cavity on the lower side of the grate and the furnace body.
The filter device comprises a filter water tank, wherein a water adding tank and a sewage discharge outlet are arranged on the filter water tank, a dust settling tank is arranged in the filter water tank, a plurality of mutually parallel dust separating pipes are connected to the dust settling tank and are all fixed on a filter frame, the filter frame is arranged in the water tank, dust discharging holes are formed in the dust separating pipes, a scraping plate is arranged on the lower side of the dust separating pipes, a pull rod is arranged on the scraping plate, the other end of the pull rod is arranged on the outer side of the filter water tank, a fixing pipe is arranged between the dust separating pipes and the furnace body, and the smoke pipe is connected to the dust settling tank.
The furnace body on be equipped with the heat preservation lid, gas outlet and suction fan are established on the heat preservation lid. The lower side of the furnace body is provided with a universal wheel.
By adopting the technical scheme, the multifunctional environment-friendly energy-saving water-boiling charcoal-culturing stove provided by the invention has the following advantages: the use is safe, and the energy conservation and the emission reduction can be effectively realized.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the multifunctional environment-friendly energy-saving water-heating charcoal-culturing furnace provided by the invention comprises a furnace body 1, wherein a water inlet pipe 20 and a water outlet pipe 21 are arranged on the furnace body 1, a furnace chamber 3, a smoke pipe 11 and an air suction pipe 10 are arranged in the furnace body 1, a water tank 9 is formed in a space between the furnace chamber 3, the smoke pipe 11 and the furnace body 1, one end of the smoke pipe 11 is connected to the furnace chamber 3, the other end of the smoke pipe 11 is connected with a filtering device 14, one end of the air suction pipe 10 is provided with an air outlet 23 at the outer side of the furnace body 1, an air suction fan 12 is arranged on the air outlet 23, the other end of the air suction pipe 10 is connected to a filtering water tank 13 arranged in the filtering device 14, a charcoal adding port 4 is arranged between the furnace chamber 3 at the upper side of the high temperature-resistant isolation layer 7 and the furnace body 1, a charcoal outlet 5 is arranged between the furnace chamber 3 at the lower side of the high temperature-resistant isolation layer 7 and the furnace body 1, a grate 8 is arranged in the furnace chamber 3 at the lower side of the charcoal outlet 5, and an air inlet 6 is arranged between the furnace chamber 3 and the furnace body 1 at the lower side of the grate 8. The filter device 14 comprises a filter water tank 13, a water adding tank 27 and a sewage outlet 26 are arranged on the filter water tank 13, a dust settling tank 15 is arranged in the filter water tank 13, a plurality of mutually parallel dust separating pipes 16 are connected to the dust settling tank 15, the dust separating pipes 16 are all fixed on a filter frame 24, the filter frame 24 is arranged in the filter water tank 13, dust discharging holes 19 are formed in the dust separating pipes 16, a scraping plate 17 is arranged on the lower side of the dust separating pipes 16, a pull rod 25 is arranged on the scraping plate 17, the other end of the pull rod 25 is arranged on the outer side of the filter water tank 13, a fixing pipe 18 is arranged between the dust separating pipes 16 and the furnace body 1, the smoke pipe 11 is connected to the dust settling tank 15, a heat preservation cover 2 is arranged on the furnace body 1, a gas outlet 23 and a suction fan 12 are arranged on the heat preservation cover 2, and a universal wheel 22 is arranged on the lower side of the furnace body 1.
When the barbecue oven is specifically used, water is firstly added into the water tank 9 and the filtering water tank 13 through the water inlet pipe 20 and the water adding tank 27, then the ignition material is placed on the grate 8 through the carbon outlet 5 and is ignited, then the carbon adding port 4 is opened to add a wood section into the hearth 3, the wood section falls onto the grate 8 through the high-temperature resistant isolation layer 7, and after a period of combustion, the wood section is burnt into charcoal, and at the moment, the charcoal can be taken at any time through the carbon outlet 5 for barbecue. The air inlet 6 can be opened for combustion supporting in the combustion process.
In the combustion process, the smoke in the hearth 3 sequentially passes through the hearth 3, the smoke tube 11 and the ash settling tank 15 and then enters the ash distributing tube 16, and the large-particle ash in the smoke tube 11 directly falls into the ash settling tank 15 and flows into the bottom of the filtering water tank 13 through the water in the filtering water tank 13 and finally is discharged through the sewage discharge port 26. Fine particles and flue gas in the ash enter the ash separating pipe 16, fully contact with water in the ash separating pipe 16, fall into the bottom of the filtering water tank 13 through the ash outlet 19, and finally are discharged through the sewage outlet 26. The ash and dirt on the bottom surface of the ash separating pipe 16 can be scraped off by the scraper 17 during the filtering process, and the ash outlet 19 is kept unblocked. Through this process, the smoke passing through the filtering means 14 disappears in the water while the temperature of the water in the filtering water tank 13 rises, and at this time, the suction fan 12 is rotated, and the high temperature gas on the water surface of the filtering water tank 13 is sucked through the suction pipe 10 and discharged outside the suction pipe 10. Thereby achieving the effects of purifying the flue gas, saving energy and reducing emission. The water level in the filter tank 13 can be observed at any time through the water feed tank 27.
The water in the water tank 9 rises in the process of burning the wood section and filtering the flue gas, and can be taken out through the water outlet pipe 21 at any time according to the requirement.
