Abstract

本发明提供了一种铁粉脱氧剂包材及制造方法,属于包装材料技术领域。它解决了现有脱氧剂包装材料的通透性不佳且易破损的问题。本粉脱氧剂包材,包括无纺布和透气膜,无纺布的顶面上依次具有防油层和粘合胶层,透气膜复合在粘合胶层上。它将透气膜复合在无纺布上,具有良好的透气性,而且由于无纺布具有较好的耐撕性且不会有碎屑产生,避免对食品产生污染,食品保存时的安全性更好。

一种铁粉脱氧剂包材及制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,涉及一种脱氧剂包装材料,特别涉及一种铁粉脱氧剂包材及制造方法。
背景技术
脱氧剂又名去氧剂、吸氧剂,是可吸收氧气、减缓食品氧化作用的添加剂,是目前食品保藏中正在采用的新产品。它是一组易与游离氧或溶解氧起反应的化学混合物,把它装在有一定透气度和强度的密封纸袋中,如同干燥剂袋那样,在食品袋中和食品一起密封包装,能除去袋中残留在空气中的氧,防止食品因氧化变色、变质和油脂酸败,也对霉菌、好氧细菌和粮食害虫的生长有抑制作用。目前脱氧剂不但用来保持食品品质,而且也用于谷物、饲料、药品、衣料、皮毛、精密仪器等类物品的保存、防锈等。
目前的脱氧剂包装纸采用上层膜、中层纸、下层膜粘接的三层结构,将上下层膜分别粘接在中层纸上以后,为了保证透气性,再进行打孔操作,但是这样的制造方法会将纸打穿,纸纤维也破坏掉,整个食品包装纸将失去防水性和防油性或造成脱氧剂泄漏污染产品,而且现有的脱氧剂包装纸由于采用中层纸为基层,易破损而粘附在食品上,容易误食。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种铁粉脱氧剂包材及制造方法,它所要解决的技术问题是如何使得铁粉脱氧剂的包装材料通透性好、耐撕且不易破损。
本发明的第一个目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种铁粉脱氧剂包材,其特征在于,包括无纺布和透气膜,所述无纺布的顶面上依次具有防油层和粘合胶层,所述透气膜复合在粘合胶层上。
本铁粉脱氧剂包材将透气膜复合在无纺布上,具有良好的透气性,而且由于无纺布具有较好的耐撕性且不会有碎屑产生,避免对食品产生污染,食品保存时的安全性更好。
在上述的铁粉脱氧剂包材中,所述无纺布为纺粘无纺布。纺粘无纺布具有自粘性,两层由纺粘无纺布作为基布层的包装材料能够更好地粘合在一起形成包装袋,工艺更加方便。
在上述的铁粉脱氧剂包材中,所述无纺布为单位面积重量为平纹无纺布。平纹无纺布由经纱和纬纱每隔一根纱就交织一次而制成,其特点是交织点多,透气性好,脱氧保鲜效果更好。
在上述的铁粉脱氧剂包材中,所述透气膜为PE透气膜或PET透气膜。PE和PET的化学稳定性好,食品包装时更加安全卫生
在上述的铁粉脱氧剂包材中,所述粘合胶层为亚克力胶或聚氨酯胶或卡拉胶。
本发明的第二个目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种用于生产铁粉脱氧剂包材的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、无纺布预处理:对无纺布进行防油处理后,再放入烘房中进行熟化处理;
B、无纺布上胶:对熟化处理后的无纺布的防油面进行上胶处理,再经过烘箱烘干处理;
C、透气膜与无纺布复合:将烘干后的无纺布与透气膜进行复合,放入烘房进行熟化处理,制得成品。
本制造方法仅需对无纺布进行防油和上胶处理后即可与透气膜进行复合,工艺简单,操作方便。
在上述的用于生产铁粉脱氧剂包材的制造方法中,步骤C中的透气膜在复合之前经过电晕处理。
在上述的用于生产铁粉脱氧剂包材的制造方法中,步骤A中无纺布在防油处理之前经过印刷处理,且无纺布的防油处理在无纺布的印刷面上进行。无纺布上可以印制产品商标和脱氧剂使用说明等,在印刷面上进行防油处理不仅可以避免食品的油脂渗入到脱氧剂中,也可以避免印刷的油料脱落。
在上述的用于生产铁粉脱氧剂包材的制造方法中,步骤A中烘房熟化时间为60~84小时。
在上述的用于生产铁粉脱氧剂包材的制造方法,步骤C中的烘房熟化时间为60~84小时。
与现有技术相比,本铁粉脱氧剂包材由透气膜和无纺布材料制成,具有较高的透气性,同时无纺布还具有良好的耐撕性,且无纺布不易产生碎屑,食品的保存安全性更好。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
参照图1,本实施例为一种铁粉脱氧剂包材,包括无纺布1和透气膜2,无纺布1的顶面上依次具有印刷层5、防油层3和粘合胶层4,透气膜2复合在粘合胶层4上。
本实施例中的透气膜2为25~40g/m2的PE透气膜或PET透气膜,优选为35g/m2的PE透气膜;粘合胶层4为亚克力胶或聚氨酯胶或卡拉胶;无纺布1为具有自粘性的纺粘无纺布,包装袋制作粘合更加方便,进一步的,本实施例中的无纺布1为平纹无纺布1,其单位面积重量为30~50g/m2,优选为40g/m2
本铁粉脱氧剂包材的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
A、无纺布预处理:对无纺布1的印刷面进行防油处理后,再放入烘房中进行熟化处理;
B、无纺布上胶:对熟化处理后的无纺布1的防油面进行上胶处理,再经过烘箱烘干处理;
C、透气膜与无纺布复合:将烘干后的无纺布1与经过电晕处理的透气膜2进行复合,放入烘房进行熟化处理,制得成品。
步骤A中烘房熟化时间为60~84小时,进一步优选为72~78小时。
步骤C中的烘房熟化时间为60~84小时为72小时,进一步优选为72~78小时。

1.一种铁粉脱氧剂包材,其特征在于,包括无纺布(1)和透气膜(2),所述无纺布(1)的顶面上依次具有防油层(3)和粘合胶层(4),所述透气膜(2)复合在粘合胶层(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁粉脱氧剂包材,其特征在于,所述无纺布(1)为纺粘无纺布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的铁粉脱氧剂包材,其特征在于,述无纺布(1)为单位面积重量为平纹无纺布。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的铁粉脱氧剂包材,其特征在于,所述透气膜(2)为PE透气膜或PET透气膜。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的铁粉脱氧剂包材,其特征在于,所述粘合胶层(4)为亚克力胶或聚氨酯胶或卡拉胶。
6.一种用于生产上述铁粉脱氧剂包材的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、无纺布预处理:对无纺布(1)进行防油处理后,再放入烘房中进行熟化处理;
B、无纺布上胶:对熟化处理后的无纺布(1)的防油面进行上胶处理,再经过烘箱烘干处理;
C、透气膜与无纺布复合:将烘干后的无纺布(1)与透气膜(2)进行复合,放入烘房进行熟化处理,制得成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于生产铁粉脱氧剂包材的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤C中的透气膜(2)在复合之前经过电晕处理。
8.根据权利要求6所述的用于生产铁粉脱氧剂包材的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤A中无纺布(1)在防油处理之前经过印刷处理,且无纺布(1)的防油处理在无纺布(1)的印刷面上进行。
9.根据权利要求6或7或8所述的用于生产铁粉脱氧剂包材的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤A中烘房熟化时间为60~84小时。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于生产铁粉脱氧剂包材的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤C中的烘房熟化时间为60~84小时。
