技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,涉及一种脱氧剂包装材料,特别是一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料及制造方法。
背景技术
脱氧剂又名去氧剂、吸氧剂,是可吸收氧气、减缓食品氧化作用的添加剂,是目前食品保藏中正在采用的新产品。它是一组易与游离氧或溶解氧起反应的化学混合物,把它装在有一定透气度和强度的密封纸袋中,如同干燥剂袋那样,在食品袋中和食品一起密封包装,能除去袋中残留在空气中的氧,防止食品因氧化变色、变质和油脂酸败,也对霉菌、好氧细菌和粮食害虫的生长有抑制作用。目前脱氧剂不但用来保持食品品质,而且也用于谷物、饲料、药品、衣料、皮毛、精密仪器等类物品的保存、防锈等。
目前的脱氧剂食品包装纸采用上层膜、中层纸、下层膜粘接的三层结构,将上下层膜分别粘接在中层纸上以后,为了保证透气性,再进行打孔操作,但是这样的制造方法会将纸打穿,纸纤维也破坏掉,整个食品包装纸将失去防水性和防油性或造成脱氧剂泄漏污染产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料及制造方法,它所要解决的技术问题是如何在保证透气性的前提下,保证防水性和防油性。
本发明的第一个目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料,其特征在于,包括印刷膜、食品包装纸和透气膜,所述印刷膜具有若干个贯穿型的透气孔,且所述印刷膜的底面通过粘合胶复合在食品包装纸的顶面上,所述食品包装纸的底面通过粘合胶复合在透气膜的顶面上,且食品包装纸的底面和粘合胶之间还有防水防油层。
本脱氧剂包装材料通过在食品包装纸的顶面设置具有透气孔的印刷膜,在食品包装纸的底面设置透气膜,能够使得整个包装材料具有较好的透气性,而设置在透气膜和食品包装纸之间的防水防油层能够起到良好的防水和防油效果。
在上述的高透气型脱氧剂包装材料中,所述透气孔为菱形孔。菱形孔相对于圆形孔不易被粘合胶堵塞而封闭,透气效果好。
在上述的高透气型脱氧剂包装材料中,所述透气孔的尺寸为1×1~2×2mm。优选为1.5×1.5mm,操作方便。
在上述的高透气型脱氧剂包装材料中,所述粘合胶为亚克力胶或聚氨酯胶或卡拉胶。食品安全性好。
在上述的高透气型脱氧剂包装材料中,所述防水防油层为纸用含氟水溶性耐油剂。防油剂通过外添加工法涂覆在食品包装纸的底面上,再经过烘箱进行熟化,防水防油层还可以为甘油。
在上述的高透气型脱氧剂包装材料中,所述印刷膜为PET薄膜或PE薄膜。PET和PE的化学稳定性好,食品包装时更加安全温升。
本发明的第二个目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种用于生产高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、印刷膜预处理:对印刷膜进行打孔处理,再在打孔后的印刷膜底面上胶并经过烘箱进行烘干处理;
B、印刷膜与食品包装纸复合:将预处理后的印刷膜具有胶面的底面复合在食品包装纸的顶面上,再放入到烘房中进行熟化,制成半成品;
C、防水防油处理:对半成品的食品包装纸底面进行上油,再将防水防油处理后的半成品放入到烘房熟化,制成次半成品;
D、次半成品预处理:将次半成品的油面进行上胶,再经过烘箱烘干;
E、次半成品与透气膜复合:将烘干后的次半成品具有胶面的底面复合在透气膜的顶面上,再通过烘房进行熟化,制成成品。
印刷膜、具有油面的食品包装纸通过烘箱进行烘干处理,能够在短时间内得到熟化,使得粘合胶能够充分复合在印刷膜和食品包装纸的油面上;而食品包装纸在分别复合印刷膜和透气膜后均在烘房内进行长时间集中的烘干熟化,能源消耗更少。
在上述的用于生产高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的制造方法中,步骤A中,所述印刷膜在打孔之前先进行印刷处理。印刷膜的顶面印刷有唛头等用于标示商品类别或使用方法的图案,印刷先于上胶工序进行,能够避免印刷对包装材料产生的不良影响。
在上述的用于生产高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的制造方法中,步骤A和步骤D中的烘干时间为1~2小时。
在上述的用于生产高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的制造方法中,步骤C和步骤E中的烘干时间为48~72小时。
与现有技术相比,本高透气型脱氧剂包装材料中的印刷膜在打孔后再与食品包装纸相复合,既能保证较好的透气性,又能避免食品包装纸损坏;设置在透气膜和食品包装纸之间的防水防油层能够起到良好的防水和防油效果。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
参照图1,本实施例为一种高透气型脱氧剂包装材料,包括印刷膜1、食品包装纸2和透气膜3,印刷膜1具有若干个贯穿型的透气孔4,且印刷膜1的底面通过粘合胶5复合在食品包装纸2的顶面上,食品包装纸2的底面通过粘合胶5复合在透气膜3的顶面上,且食品包装纸2的底面和粘合胶5之间还有防水防油层6。
透气孔4为菱形孔,且透气孔4的尺寸为1×1~2×2mm,可以采用1×1mm细针、2×2mm细针、2×2mm粗针、1.5×1.5mm菱形针进行打孔。
粘合胶5为亚克力胶或聚氨酯胶或卡拉胶。
防水防油层6为纸用含氟水溶性耐油剂。
印刷膜1为PET薄膜或PE薄膜。
印刷膜1的顶面具有印刷图案。印刷图案为包装的食品的商标、品名或食用方法等。
本脱氧剂包装材料中的食品包装纸2和透气膜3为现有材料,本文中不作赘述。
本高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的制造方法如下,包括以下步骤:
A、印刷膜预处理:在印刷膜1的顶面上印刷图案和进行打孔处理,再在打孔处理后的印刷膜1底面上胶并经过烘箱进行烘干处理;
B、印刷膜与食品包装纸复合:将预处理后的印刷膜1具有胶面的底面复合在食品包装纸2的顶面上,再放入到烘房中进行熟化,制成半成品;
C、防水防油处理:对半成品的食品包装纸2底面进行上油,再将防水防油处理后的半成品放入到烘房熟化,制成次半成品;
D、次半成品预处理:将次半成品的油面进行上胶,再经过烘箱烘干;
E、次半成品与透气膜复合:将烘干后的次半成品具有胶面的底面复合在透气膜3的顶面上,再通过烘房进行熟化,制成成品。
印刷膜1在打孔之前先进行印刷处理。
步骤A和步骤D中的烘干时间为1~2小时,优选为1.5小时。
步骤C和步骤E中的烘干时间为48~72小时,优选为50~60小时。
本实施例中的印刷膜1通过上胶网线辊涂胶粘接方式复合在食品包装纸2上,食品包装纸2的底面通过上胶网线辊涂胶粘接方式复合在透气膜3上。

7.一种用于生产高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、印刷膜预处理:对印刷膜(1)进行打孔处理,再在打孔后的印刷膜(1)底面上胶并经过烘箱进行烘干处理;
B、印刷膜与食品包装纸复合:将预处理后的印刷膜(1)具有胶面的底面复合在食品包装纸(2)的顶面上,再放入到烘房中进行熟化,制成半成品;
C、防水防油处理:对半成品的食品包装纸(2)底面进行上油,再将防水防油处理后的半成品放入到烘房熟化,制成次半成品;
D、次半成品预处理:将次半成品的油面进行上胶,再经过烘箱烘干;
E、次半成品与透气膜复合:将烘干后的次半成品具有胶面的底面复合在透气膜(3)的顶面上,再通过烘房进行熟化,制成成品。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于生产高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤A中,所述印刷膜(1)在打孔之前先进行印刷处理。
9.根据权利要求7所述的用于生产高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤A和步骤D中的烘干时间为1~2小时。
10.根据权利要求7所述的用于生产高透气型脱氧剂包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于,步骤C和步骤E中的烘干时间为48~72小时。
