Abstract

高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜及其生产方法,属于包装膜技术领域。该包装膜包括PET纺粘无纺布和乳白PE透气膜,所述的PET纺粘无纺布和乳白PE透气膜之间通过AD胶黏剂复合而成。本发明通过柔版水性油墨印刷对PET纺粘无纺布表面印刷文字和图案,保证了表面不起毛,印刷的环保性;通过对乳白PE透气膜成分进行改进,干式复合前进行特定条件下的电晕、网线辊上特定结构上胶区域的改进以及对干式复合条件的改进,在提高透气性能的前提上,提高了剥离强度、热封强度以及力学强度。

技术领域
本发明属于包装膜技术领域,具体涉及高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜及其生产方法。
背景技术
干燥剂是指能除去潮湿物质中水分的物质如生石灰,通过与水结合生成水合物进行干燥,食品包装中采用干燥剂的使用便是为了要避免多余的水分造成食品腐败变质,目前的干燥剂食品包装纸往往为密封结构,但是其透水透气性不佳,干燥效果不好,撕裂强度小,存在粉末泄漏以及爆炸风险。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于设计提供一种高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜及其生产方法的技术方案。
所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜,其特征在于包括PET纺粘无纺布和乳白PE透气膜,所述的PET纺粘无纺布和乳白PE透气膜之间通过AD胶黏剂复合而成。
所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜,其特征在于所述的PET纺粘无纺布克重为40~80g/m2;所述的乳白PE透气膜的透气度克重为25~50g/m2
所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:
1)取PET纺粘无纺布采用水性油墨进行表面印刷文字和图案,得到PET纺粘无纺布;
2)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE 10~20%、LLDPE 15~35%、MLLDPE 10~30%、弹性体PE 5~10%和碳酸钙35~50%,并经流延工艺生产得到乳白PE透气膜;
3)对乳白PE透气膜的涂胶面进行电晕处理;
4)采用三段或四段烘箱的干式复合机进行干式复合,干式复合的网线辊采用点状间隔方式上AD胶黏剂,其中第一放卷为乳白PE透气膜,乳白PE透气膜中经电晕的涂胶面上胶,第二放卷为PET纺粘无纺布,PET纺粘无纺布的非印刷面与乳白PE透气膜的涂胶面进行复合;
5)干式复合后进行熟化处理;
6)熟化处理后进行分切处理,得到高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜。
所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的步骤1)中采用柔版印刷方式进行印刷处理。
所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的步骤3)中电晕条件为:电压1~3KW,放卷速度60~120m/min。
所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的步骤4)中网线辊表面设置一组正方形结构的上胶区域,每个上胶区域面积为2.25~4mm2,上胶区域之间的间隔为1.5~3mm,每个上胶区域的上胶量为4.5~6mg/m2
所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的步骤4)中干式复合速度为30~150m/min,第一放卷张力为0.5~1kg,第二放卷张力为10~12kg,收卷张力为10~12kg,上胶压辊压力为0.2~0.3MPa,复合压辊压力为0.2~0.35MPa,烘箱温度为60~80℃。
所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的步骤5)中熟化温度为50~80℃,熟化时间为36~48h。
本发明通过柔版水性油墨印刷对PET纺粘无纺布表面印刷文字和图案,保证了表面不起毛,印刷的环保性;通过对乳白PE透气膜成分进行改进,干式复合前进行特定条件下的电晕、网线辊上特定结构上胶区域的改进以及对干式复合条件的改进,在提高透气性能的前提上,提高了剥离强度、热封强度以及力学强度。
本发明的有益效果具体体现在:
1)本发明得到的包装膜的拉伸强度达到4Kgf/15mm以上,撕裂力达到17~20N,保证了该膜不易撕裂,进而降低因内容物泄露而造成人身伤害的风险;
2)本发明得到的包装膜采用了柔版水性油墨印刷,印刷图案、文字清晰精美,同时又安全环保;
3)本发明中的PET纺粘无纺布和乳白透气膜均具有良好的透气性能,气体通过性能好,产品透气度在600~2000s以内;
4)本发明中的乳白透气PE膜不仅透气度优良同时没有肉眼可见的孔洞,粉尘不会泄露,具有防粉尘功能,安全性能好;
5)本发明得到的包装膜用于生石灰干燥剂包装后,放入在水中时,因乳白透气膜对水的阻隔作用,生石灰干燥剂不会迅速发热,放在含水的密闭空间时不会产生爆炸风险,这是以往的干燥剂包材不具备的。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来进一步说明本发明。
实施例1:高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的结构
如图1所示,高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜包括PET纺粘无纺布1和乳白PE透气膜2, PET纺粘无纺布1和乳白PE透气膜2之间通过AD胶黏剂3(聚氨酯双组份胶黏剂)复合而成,其中PET纺粘无纺布为表面光滑或两面光滑的PET热压无纺布,PET纺粘无纺布1的克重为40~80g/m2,该材质表面光滑,手揉搓不易起毛,同时表面可采用水性油墨印刷,文字和图案清晰;乳白PE透气膜透气度克重为25-50g/M2,该透气膜不仅透气性能好,肉眼没有可见的孔洞,粉尘内容物不易泄漏。
实施例2:高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法
1)取PET纺粘无纺布采用柔版水性油墨进行表面印刷文字和图案,得到PET纺粘无纺布1;
2)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE 15%、LLDPE 20%、MLLDPE 20%、弹性体PE 8%和碳酸钙37%,并经流延工艺生产得到乳白PE透气膜2;
3)对乳白PE透气膜2的涂胶面进行电晕处理,电晕条件为电压2KW,放卷速度100m/min;
4)采用三段或四段烘箱的干式复合机进行干式复合,干式复合的网线辊采用点状间隔方式上AD胶黏剂,如图2所示,其中网线辊表面设置一组正方形结构的上胶区域4,每个上胶区域4面积为2.25mm2,上胶区域4之间的间隔为2mm,每个上胶区域4的上胶量为5mg/m2,第一放卷为乳白PE透气膜2,乳白PE透气膜2中经电晕的涂胶面上胶,第二放卷为PET纺粘无纺布1,PET纺粘无纺布1的非印刷面与乳白PE透气膜2的涂胶面进行复合,干式复合速度为120m/min,第一放卷张力为0.8kg,第二放卷张力为11kg,收卷张力为11kg,上胶压辊压力为0.25MPa,复合压辊压力为0.3MPa,烘箱温度为70℃;
5)干式复合后进行熟化处理,熟化温度为60℃,熟化时间为40h;
6)熟化处理后进行分切处理,得到高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜。
该高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的物理指标如下:
实施例2:高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法
1)取PET纺粘无纺布采用柔版水性油墨进行表面印刷文字和图案,得到PET纺粘无纺布1;
2)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE 10%、LLDPE 15%、MLLDPE 20%、弹性体PE 5%和碳酸钙50%,并经流延工艺生产得到乳白PE透气膜2;
3)对乳白PE透气膜2的涂胶面进行电晕处理,电晕条件为电压3KW,放卷速度60m/min;
4)采用三段或四段烘箱的干式复合机进行干式复合,干式复合的网线辊采用点状间隔方式上AD胶黏剂,如图2所示,其中网线辊表面设置一组正方形结构的上胶区域4,每个上胶区域4面积为4mm2,上胶区域4之间的间隔为3mm,每个上胶区域4的上胶量为6mg/m2,第一放卷为乳白PE透气膜2,乳白PE透气膜2中经电晕的涂胶面上胶,第二放卷为PET纺粘无纺布1,PET纺粘无纺布1的非印刷面与乳白PE透气膜2的涂胶面进行复合,干式复合速度为150m/min,第一放卷张力为0.5kg,第二放卷张力为10kg,收卷张力为10kg,上胶压辊压力为0.2MPa,复合压辊压力为0.35MPa,烘箱温度为60℃;
5)干式复合后进行熟化处理,熟化温度为50℃,熟化时间为48h;
6)熟化处理后进行分切处理,得到高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜。

1.高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜,其特征在于包括PET纺粘无纺布(1)和乳白PE透气膜(2),所述的PET纺粘无纺布(1)和乳白PE透气膜(2)之间通过AD胶黏剂(3)复合而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜,其特征在于所述的PET纺粘无纺布(1)克重为40~80g/m2;所述的乳白PE透气膜(2)克重为25~50g/m2
3.如权利要求1或2所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:
1)取PET纺粘无纺布采用水性油墨进行表面印刷文字和图案,得到PET纺粘无纺布(1);
2)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE 10~20%、LLDPE 15~35%、MLLDPE 10~30%、弹性体PE 5~10%和碳酸钙35~50%,并经流延工艺生产得到乳白PE透气膜(2);
3)对乳白PE透气膜(2)的涂胶面进行电晕处理;
4)采用三段或四段烘箱的干式复合机进行干式复合,干式复合的网线辊采用点状间隔方式上AD胶黏剂,其中第一放卷为乳白PE透气膜(2),乳白PE透气膜(2)中经电晕的涂胶面上胶,第二放卷为PET纺粘无纺布(1),PET纺粘无纺布(1)的非印刷面与乳白PE透气膜(2)的涂胶面进行复合;
5)干式复合后进行熟化处理;
6)熟化处理后进行分切处理,得到高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜。
4.如权利要求3所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的步骤1)中采用柔版印刷方式进行印刷处理。
5.如权利要求3所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的步骤3)中电晕条件为:电压1~3KW,放卷速度60~120m/min。
6.如权利要求3所述的高强聚酯纺粘无纺布生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的步骤4)中网线辊表面设置一组正方形结构的上胶区域(4),每个上胶区域(4)面积为2.25~4mm2,上胶区域(4)之间的间隔为1.5~3mm,每个上胶区域(4)的上胶量为4.5~6mg/m2
