新型高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜及其生产方法,属于包装膜技术领域。该包装膜包括PET纺粘无纺布、乳白PE透气膜和打孔透气PE膜,所述的PET纺粘无纺布、乳白PE透气膜和打孔透气PE膜之间通过AD胶黏剂复合而成。本发明通过柔板水性油墨印刷对PET纺粘无纺布表面印刷文字和图案,保证了表面不起毛,印刷的环保性;通过对乳白PE透气膜成分和打孔透气PE膜成分进行改进,干式复合前进行特定条件下的电晕、网线辊上特定结构上胶区域的改进以及对干式复合上胶区域结构和复合条件的改进,在提高透气性能的前提上,提高了剥离强度和力学强度,特别是提高了热封强度。

背景技术
干燥剂是指能除去潮湿物质中水分的物质如生石灰,通过与水结合生成水合物进行干燥,食品包装中采用干燥剂的使用便是为了要避免多余的水分造成食品腐败变质,目前的干燥剂食品包装纸往往为密封结构,但是其透水透气性不佳,干燥效果不好,撕裂强度小,存在粉末泄漏的现象。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于设计提供一种高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜及其生产方法的技术方案。

1)取PET纺粘无纺布采用柔板水性油墨进行表面印刷文字和图案,得到PET纺粘无纺布;
2)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE 10~20%、LLDPE 15~35%、MLLDPE 10~30%、弹性体PE 5~10%和碳酸钙35~50%,并经流延工艺生产得到乳白PE透气膜;
3)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE10~50%、LLDPE 10~50%和MLLDPE 5~40%,通过制膜工艺得到PE膜,对PE膜进行热打孔处理,得到打孔透气PE膜;
4)对乳白PE透气膜的涂胶面进行电晕处理;
5)采用三段或四段烘箱的干式复合机进行一次干式复合,一次干式复合的网线辊采用点状间隔方式进行上AD胶黏剂,其中第一放卷为乳白PE透气膜,乳白PE透气膜中经电晕的涂胶面上胶,第二放卷为PET纺粘无纺布,PET纺粘无纺布的非印刷面与乳白PE透气膜的涂胶面进行复合;
6)一次干式复合后进行一次熟化处理;
7)一次熟化处理后对一次复合半成品中的乳白PE透气膜的未复合面进行电晕处理;
8)采用三段或四段烘箱的干式复合机进行二次干式复合,二次干式复合的网线辊采用菱形线框方式上AD胶黏剂,其中第一放卷为步骤7)得到的一次复合半成品,乳白PE透气膜经电晕的未复合面上胶,第二卷为打孔透气PE膜,打孔透气PE膜与一次复合半成品的乳白PE透气膜进行复合;
9)二次干式复合后进行二次熟化处理;
10)二次熟化处理后进行分切处理,得到高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜。
所述的高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的PET纺粘无纺布的克重为40~80g/m2,乳白PE透气膜克重为20~40g/m2,打孔透气PE膜的透气孔的直径为0.5~3mm,透气孔之间的距离为1~5mm。

所述的高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的一次熟化条件为:熟化温度为50~80℃,熟化时间为24~48h;二次熟化条件为:熟化温度50~80℃;熟化时间为36~48h。
本发明通过柔板水性油墨印刷对PET纺粘无纺布表面印刷文字和图案,保证了表面不起毛,印刷的环保性;通过对乳白PE透气膜成分和打孔透气PE膜成分进行改进,干式复合前进行特定条件下的电晕、网线辊上特定结构上胶区域的改进以及对干式复合上胶区域结构和复合条件的改进,在提高透气性能的前提上,提高了剥离强度和力学强度,特别是提高了热封强度。
本发明的有益效果具体体现在:
1)本发明得到的包装膜的拉伸强度达到4Kgf/15mm以上,撕裂力达到17~20N,保证了该膜不易撕裂,进而降低因内容物泄露而造成人身伤害的风险;
2)本发明得到的包装膜采用了柔板水性油墨印刷,印刷图案、文字清晰精美,同时又安全环保;
3)本发明中的PET纺粘无纺布和乳白透气膜均具有良好的透气性能,采用了菱形线框方式进行上胶,保证了打孔透气PE膜的透气孔与胶重叠部分小,不仅保证了强度,而且气体通过性能好,产品透气度在600~2000s以内;
4)本发明中的乳白透气PE膜不仅透气度优良同时没有肉眼可见的孔洞,粉尘不会泄露,具有防粉尘功能,安全性能好;
5)本发明得到的包装膜用于生石灰干燥剂包装后,放入在水中时,因乳白透气膜对水的阻隔作用,生石灰干燥剂不会迅速发热,放在含水的密闭空间时不会产生爆炸风险,这是以往的干燥剂包材不具备的;
6)本发明得到的包装膜,热封强度在20N以上,远远高于市场上包装生石灰的包装膜,可以有效的方式生石灰泄露。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来进一步说明本发明。
实施例1:高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜的结构
如图1所示,高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜包括PET纺粘无纺布1、乳白PE透气膜2和打孔透气PE膜3, PET纺粘无纺布1、乳白PE透气膜2和打孔透气PE膜3之间通过AD胶黏剂4(聚氨酯双组份胶黏剂)复合而成。其中PET纺粘无纺布1的克重为40~80g/m2;乳白PE透气膜2克重为20~40g/m2;打孔透气PE膜3中透气孔的直径为0.5~3mm,透气孔之间的距离为1~5mm。
实施例2:高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法
1)取PET纺粘无纺布采用柔板水性油墨进行表面印刷文字和图案,得到PET纺粘无纺布1;
2)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE 15%、LLDPE 20%、MLLDPE 20%、弹性体PE 5%和碳酸钙40%,并经流延工艺生产得到乳白PE透气膜;
3)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE 20%、LLDPE 40%和MLLDPE 40%,通过制膜工艺得到透气PE膜,对PE膜进行热打孔处理,热打孔条件为:针辊采用电子加热管内加热方式,打孔温度100℃,针辊直径150mm,针的直径为0.5mm,针长5mm,得到打孔透气PE膜3;
4)对乳白PE透气膜2的涂胶面进行电晕处理,电晕条件为:功率2KW,放卷速度100m/min;
5)采用三段或四段烘箱的干式复合机进行一次干式复合,一次干式复合的网线辊采用点状间隔方式(如图2所示,具体为:网线辊表面设置一组正方形结构的上胶区域A5,每个上胶区域A5面积为2.25mm2,上胶区域A5之间的间隔为2mm,每个上胶区域A5的上胶量为5mg/m2)进行上AD胶黏剂,其中第一放卷为乳白PE透气膜2,乳白PE透气膜2中经电晕的涂胶面上胶,第二放卷为PET纺粘无纺布1,PET纺粘无纺布1的非印刷面与乳白PE透气膜2的涂胶面进行复合,一次干式复合条件:速度为120m/min,第一放卷张力为0.8kg,第二放卷张力为11kg,收卷张力为11kg,上胶压辊压力为0.25MPa,复合压辊压力为0.3MPa,烘箱温度为70℃;
6)一次干式复合后进行一次熟化处理,一次熟化条件为:熟化温度为70℃,熟化时间为36h;
7)一次熟化处理后对一次复合半成品中的乳白PE透气膜2的未复合面进行电晕处理,电晕条件为:功率4KW,放卷速度80m/min;
8)采用三段或四段烘箱的干式复合机进行二次干式复合,二次干式复合的网线辊采用菱形线框方式(如图3所示,具体为网线辊表面设置一组菱形线框的上胶区域B6,上胶区域B6的线宽为1mm,上胶区域B6的上胶量为4mg/m2)上AD胶黏剂,其中第一放卷为步骤7)得到的一次复合半成品,乳白PE透气膜2经电晕的未复合面上胶,第二卷为打孔透气PE膜3,打孔透气PE膜3与一次复合半成品的乳白PE透气膜2进行复合,二次干式复合条件为:一次干式复合速度为100m/min,第一放卷张力为0.6kg,第二放卷张力为13kg,收卷张力为13kg,上胶压辊压力为0.35MPa,复合压辊压力为0.4MPa,烘箱温度为70℃;
9)二次干式复合后进行二次熟化处理,二次熟化条件为:熟化温度70℃;熟化时间为40h;
10)二次熟化处理后进行分切处理,得到高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜。
该高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜的物理指标如下:

实施例3:高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法
1)取PET纺粘无纺布采用柔板水性油墨进行表面印刷文字和图案,得到PET纺粘无纺布1;
2)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE 20%、LLDPE 15%、MLLDPE 10%、弹性体PE 10%和碳酸钙45%,并经流延工艺生产得到乳白PE透气膜;
3)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE 30%、LLDPE 30%、MLLDPE 40%,通过制膜工艺得到透气PE膜,对PE膜进行热打孔处理,热打孔条件为:针辊采用电子加热管内加热方式,打孔温度120℃,针辊直径200mm,针的直径为1mm,针长3mm,得到打孔透气PE膜3;
4)对乳白PE透气膜2的涂胶面进行电晕处理,电晕条件为:功率3KW,放卷速度60m/min;
5)采用三段或四段烘箱的干式复合机进行一次干式复合,一次干式复合的网线辊采用点状间隔方式(如图2所示,具体为:网线辊表面设置一组正方形结构的上胶区域A5,每个上胶区域A5面积为4mm2,上胶区域A5之间的间隔为3mm,每个上胶区域A5的上胶量为6mg/m2)进行上AD胶黏剂,其中第一放卷为乳白PE透气膜2,乳白PE透气膜2中经电晕的涂胶面上胶,第二放卷为PET纺粘无纺布1,PET纺粘无纺布1的非印刷面与乳白PE透气膜2的涂胶面进行复合,一次干式复合条件:速度为150m/min,第一放卷张力为1kg,第二放卷张力为12kg,收卷张力为12kg,上胶压辊压力为0.3MPa,复合压辊压力为0.35MPa,烘箱温度为60℃;
6)一次干式复合后进行一次熟化处理,一次熟化条件为:熟化温度为50℃,熟化时间为48h;
7)一次熟化处理后对一次复合半成品中的乳白PE透气膜2的未复合面进行电晕处理,电晕条件为:功率3KW,放卷速度100m/min;
8)采用三段或四段烘箱的干式复合机进行二次干式复合,二次干式复合的网线辊采用菱形线框方式(如图3所示,具体为网线辊表面设置一组菱形线框的上胶区域B6,上胶区域B6的线宽为2mm,上胶区域B6的上胶量为5mg/m2)上AD胶黏剂,其中第一放卷为步骤7)得到的一次复合半成品,乳白PE透气膜2经电晕的未复合面上胶,第二卷为打孔透气PE膜3,打孔透气PE膜3与一次复合半成品的乳白PE透气膜2进行复合,二次干式复合条件为:一次干式复合速度为120m/min,第一放卷张力为0.8kg,第二放卷张力为14kg,收卷张力为12kg,上胶压辊压力为0.3MPa,复合压辊压力为0.3MPa,烘箱温度为80℃;
9)二次干式复合后进行二次熟化处理,二次熟化条件为:熟化温度80℃;熟化时间为48h;
10)二次熟化处理后进行分切处理,得到高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜。

Claims (7)

1.高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜,其特征在于包括PET纺粘无纺布(1)、乳白PE透气膜(2)和打孔透气PE膜(3),所述的PET纺粘无纺布(1)、乳白PE透气膜(2)和打孔透气PE膜(3)之间通过AD胶黏剂(4)复合而成;
该高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜通过以下步骤得到:
1)取PET纺粘无纺布采用柔板水性油墨进行表面印刷文字和图案,得到PET纺粘无纺布(1);
2)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE 10~20%、LLDPE 15~35%、MLLDPE 10~30%、弹性体PE 5~10%和碳酸钙35~50%,并经流延工艺生产得到乳白PE透气膜(2);
3)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE10~50%、LLDPE 10~50%和MLLDPE 5~40%,通过制膜工艺得到PE膜,对PE膜进行热打孔处理,得到打孔透气PE膜(3);
4)对乳白PE透气膜(2)的涂胶面进行电晕处理,电晕条件为:功率1~3KW,放卷速度60~120m/min;
5)采用三段或四段烘箱的干式复合机进行一次干式复合,一次干式复合的网线辊采用点状间隔方式进行上AD胶黏剂,具体为:网线辊表面设置一组正方形结构的上胶区域A(5),每个上胶区域A(5)面积为2.25~4mm2,上胶区域A(5)之间的间隔为1.5~3mm,每个上胶区域A(5)的上胶量为4.5~6mg/m2,其中第一放卷为乳白PE透气膜(2),乳白PE透气膜(2)中经电晕的涂胶面上胶,第二放卷为PET纺粘无纺布(1),PET纺粘无纺布(1)的非印刷面与乳白PE透气膜(2)的涂胶面进行复合;

2.一种高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下工艺步骤:
1)取PET纺粘无纺布采用柔板水性油墨进行表面印刷文字和图案,得到PET纺粘无纺布(1);
2)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE 10~20%、LLDPE 15~35%、MLLDPE 10~30%、弹性体PE 5~10%和碳酸钙35~50%,并经流延工艺生产得到乳白PE透气膜(2);
3)按以下重量比称取各原料:LDPE10~50%、LLDPE 10~50%和MLLDPE 5~40%,通过制膜工艺得到PE膜,对PE膜进行热打孔处理,得到打孔透气PE膜(3);
4)对乳白PE透气膜(2)的涂胶面进行电晕处理,电晕条件为:功率1~3KW,放卷速度60~120m/min;

3.如权利要求2所述的高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的PET纺粘无纺布(1)的克重为40~80g/m2,乳白PE透气膜(2)克重为20~40g/m2,打孔透气PE膜(3)的透气孔的直径为0.5~3mm,透气孔之间的距离为1~5mm。

6.如权利要求2所述的高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的步骤8)中二次干式复合速度为70~120m/min,第一放卷张力为0.4~0.8kg,第二放卷张力为12~14kg,收卷张力为12~14kg,上胶压辊压力为0.3~0.4MPa,复合压辊压力为0.3~0.45MPa,烘箱温度为60~80℃。
7.如权利要求2所述的高强度防尘生石灰干燥剂包装膜的生产方法,其特征在于所述的一次熟化条件为:熟化温度为50~80℃,熟化时间为24~48h;二次熟化条件为:熟化温度50~80℃;熟化时间为36~48h。
