但是松木自身也存在诸多不足,如木质软,易开裂变形,松木家具讲究纯自然色,需好好保养,否则容易变色,尤其是日照,一般的松木家具产品采用多次油漆喷涂,表面漆膜较厚,这样虽然掩盖了某些缺点,但失去了本色及纹理美感的追求,并且时间一长,油漆容易变色。

聚乙烯醇1.2-2.0份,水杨醛1.5-1.8份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂15-20份,珠光粉0.3-0.7份,纳米二氧化硅0.2-0.5份,表面活性剂1.0-1.5份,液晶聚合物0.4-0.8份,氧化锌0.3-0.5份。
通过内涂层中含有的聚乙烯醇、水杨醛对松木中含有的松脂进行改性,生成一系列改性松香并渗入至松木内,表面活性剂分子中的一部分基团可与珠光粉、纳米二氧化硅、氧化锌等无机材料形成强有力的化学键,另一部分基团则可与生成的改性松香、配方组份中的液晶聚合物等有机材料或高分子材料发生某些化学反应或物理缠结,将两种性质差异很大的材料牢固地结合起来,使两种材料之间产生具有特殊功能的“分子桥”;光线摄入内涂层,内涂层中的液晶聚合物、纳米二氧化硅、氧化锌对光线产生折射和反射,避免光线直接穿透内涂层入射至松木上导致松木开裂,延长松木的使用寿命;丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂与改性松香、珠光粉等组分结合形成的内涂层具有高光泽、高透明、高冲击、良好的耐热性和机械性能,在保证松木的木质纹理清晰可见的前提下,弥补松木质软、易开裂、不适宜高温环境下使用等不足。

所述表面活性剂为偶联剂型表面活性剂。

2.如权利要求1所述的防火隔热松木实木门,其特征在于,所述内涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
聚乙烯醇1.2-2.0份,水杨醛1.5-1.8份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂15-20份,珠光粉0.3-0.7份,纳米二氧化硅0.2-0.5份,表面活性剂1.0-1.5份,液晶聚合物0.4-0.8份,氧化锌0.3-0.5份。
3.如权利要求2所述的防火隔热松木实木门,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为偶联剂型表面活性剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的防火隔热松木实木门,其特征在于,所述偶联剂型表面活性剂为铝酸酯偶联剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的防火隔热松木实木门,其特征在于,所述中间层包括以下重量份的原料:
酞酰亚胺0.5-0.8份,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯8-10份,琥珀0.2-0.4份,草酸铁钾0.4-0.6份,黄血盐0.2-0.4份,蜜蜡石粉0.5-0.8份,绿草酸钠0.1-0.3份,粘接剂1-3份。
6.如权利要求5所述的防火隔热松木实木门,其特征在于,所述粘接剂为活性树脂粘接剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的防火隔热松木实木门,其特征在于,所述外涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
聚硅氧烷0.5-0.7份,石英粉1.5-2.5份,酚醛树脂0.2-0.5份,聚异丁烯0.5-0.8份,刚玉粉0.5-1.0份,有机硅树脂10-12份,石棉纤维0.2-0.4份。
8.如权利要求1至7任一所述的防火隔热松木实木门,其特征在于,所述内涂层、中间层、外涂层厚度比为2:1:2~3。
9.如权利要求8所述的防火隔热松木实木门,其特征在于,所述内涂层、中间层、外涂层厚度分别为0.4mm、0.2mm、0.6mm。
