背景技术
实木门是指制作木门的材料是取自森林的天然原木或者实木集成材(也称实木指接材或实木齿接材),经过烘干、下料、刨光、开榫、打眼、高速铣形、组装、打磨、上油漆等工序科学加工而成。实木门自古以来就透着一种温情,不仅外观华丽,雕刻精美,而且款式多样;且实木门天然的木纹纹理和色泽,对崇尚回归自然的装修风格的家庭来说,无疑是最佳选择。
实木门依据门芯材质的不同,分为杉木实木门、松木实木门、核桃木实木门、楸木实木门、桃木实木门、沙比利实木门、红翅木实木门、花梨木实木门、红木实木门,而在各种实木门中以杉木实木门、松木实木门、红木实木门最为常见。
红木是我国高端、名贵家具用材的统称。红木为热带地区所产,豆科,紫檀属(pterocarpus)的植物。最初是指红色的硬木,品种较多;在上世纪八十年代后,人们对红木的需求日益增加,行业亟待规范,国家根据密度等指标对红木进行了规范,把红木规范为:二科、五属、八类、三十三种。红木因生长缓慢、材质坚硬、生长期都在几百年以上,原产于我国南部的很多红木,早在明、清时期就被砍伐的所剩无几,如今的红木,大多是产于东南亚、非洲,我国广东、云南有培育栽培和引种栽培。
红木制成实木门,由于材质比较油腻,高温下容易返油,致使难以上漆或油漆脱落,红木材质较硬,加工难度高,容易出现开裂的现象。
同时,随着生活水平的提高,人们对实木门不仅要求外观美观,更要求牢固耐用,传统的红木实木门虽然在外观上不断的更新、美化,但是在耐用性特别是防蛀、防潮、防污、耐热、抗裂、坚固不变形、隔音隔热效果上还有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种耐用性好、易上漆、使用寿命长的红木实木门。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种抗裂阻油红木实木门,所述实木门包括由红木制成的门芯,涂覆在门芯外表面的内涂层,涂覆在内涂层上的中间层,涂覆在中间层上的外涂层。
所述内涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
核桃油2-3份,蜂蜡0.5-1.0份,降香叶提取物0.8-1.2份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂20-25份,珠光粉0.4-0.6份,纳米二氧化硅0.5-0.8份,表面活性剂1.2-1.5份,液晶聚合物0.3-0.7份,二氧化钛0.4-0.8份,氧化锌0.5-0.7份。
降香叶提取物中含有的挥发油与核桃油、蜂蜡结合可增加红木木质纤维的粘结性,改善红木在高温下易开裂缺陷,纳米二氧化硅、二氧化钛、氧化锌与红木表面的红木油结合并对其进行吸附,避免直接外渗;表面活性剂,其分子中的一部分基团可与珠光粉、纳米二氧化硅、二氧化钛、氧化锌等无机材料形成强有力的化学键,另一部分基团则可与丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂、液晶聚合物等有机材料或高分子材料发生某些化学反应或物理缠结,从而将两种性质差异很大的材料牢固地结合起来,使两种材料之间产生具有特殊功能的“分子桥”;光线摄入内涂层,内涂层中的液晶聚合物、纳米二氧化硅、二氧化钛、氧化锌对光线产生折射和反射,避免光线直接穿透内涂层入射至红木上,防止红木高温下的开裂;丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂与珠光粉等组分结合形成的内涂层具有高光泽、高透明、高冲击、良好的耐热性和机械性能,保证红木的木质纹理清晰可见,弥补红木高温环境下易开裂等不足。

核桃油2.5份,蜂蜡0.8份,降香叶提取物1.0份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂23份,珠光粉0.5份,纳米二氧化硅0.6份,表面活性剂1.4份,液晶聚合物0.5份,二氧化钛0.6份,氧化锌0.6份。
所述表面活性剂为偶联剂型表面活性剂。
所述偶联剂型表面活性剂为硅烷类、钛酸酯类、锆铝酸盐类中的一种或几种。
所述中间层包括以下重量份的原料:
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份,甲基纤维素1.2份,玻璃纤维0.4份,纳米硫酸钡0.4份,柱晶松脂0.5份,粘接剂3份,丙烯酸树脂1.0份,硫氰钠钴0.3份,蜜蜡石粉0.6份。
所述粘接剂为活性树脂粘接剂。
所述外涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
酚醛树脂0.6份,聚异丁烯0.8份,刚玉粉0.7份,有机硅树脂12份,聚硅氧烷0.8份,石英粉1.6份。
所述内涂层、中间层、外涂层厚度比为2:1:1~2。
所述内涂层、中间层、外涂层厚度分别为0.2mm、0.1mm、0.2mm。

所述内涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
核桃油2-3份,蜂蜡0.5-1.0份,降香叶提取物0.8-1.2份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂20-25份,珠光粉0.4-0.6份,纳米二氧化硅0.5-0.8份,表面活性剂1.2-1.5份,液晶聚合物0.3-0.7份,二氧化钛0.4-0.8份,氧化锌0.5-0.7份;
所述中间层包括以下重量份的原料:
聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-15份,甲基纤维素0.6-1.2份,玻璃纤维0.1-0.4份,纳米硫酸钡0.2-0.4份,柱晶松脂0.3-0.5份,粘接剂1-3份,丙烯酸树脂0.6-1.0份,硫氰钠钴0.1-0.3份,蜜蜡石粉0.4-0.6份。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗裂阻油红木实木门,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为偶联剂型表面活性剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的抗裂阻油红木实木门,其特征在于,所述偶联剂型表面活性剂为硅烷类、钛酸酯类、锆铝酸盐类中的一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗裂阻油红木实木门,其特征在于,所述粘接剂为活性树脂粘接剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的抗裂阻油红木实木门,其特征在于,所述外涂层包括以下重量份的原料:
酚醛树脂0.2-0.6份,聚异丁烯0.6-0.8份,刚玉粉0.5-0.7份,有机硅树脂10-12份,聚硅氧烷0.2-0.8份,石英粉1.2-1.6份。
6.如权利要求1至5任一所述的抗裂阻油红木实木门,其特征在于,所述内涂层、中间层、外涂层厚度比为2:1:1~2。
7.如权利要求6所述的抗裂阻油红木实木门,其特征在于,所述内涂层、中间层、外涂层厚度分别为0.2mm、0.1mm、0.2mm。
