Abstract
The invention provides a spray water-based cleaning agent, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-40% of surfactant, 10-15% of coupling agent, 1-5% of complexing agent and the balance of water. The cleaning agent is suitable for spraying and cleaning by a high-pressure water gun, the generated foam is low in height, oil stains on the surface of a product can be effectively removed, the cleaning capacity is improved, the cleaned product is free of lines, the residue is low, the substrate cannot be damaged, the service life is long, and the cleaning agent is environment-friendly, energy-saving and efficient.

Background
The low-foam cleaning agents on the market at present are many, but most of the low-foam cleaning agents generate much foam and are not suitable for spray cleaning. A large amount of defoaming agents are added in the detergent suitable for spray cleaning, the defoaming agents mainly adopt polyether modified silicone oil, polyether and the like, the self hydrophilicity of the defoaming agents is poor, the cleaning effect is influenced frequently, and the cleaned product is easy to generate watermarks and lines.
CN 102766879A discloses a metal assembly spray cleaning agent, the cleaning agent raw materials include polyether carboxylate, block polyether, alcohol ether surfactant, sodium gluconate, diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid sodium salt, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, sodium metasilicate, sodium benzoate, benzotriazole, triethanolamine, alcohols, glycol ether, deionized water, it is suitable for the oil removing and rust preventing cleaning of ferrous metal and nonferrous metal and the assembly composed of them, it has strong cleaning performance and longer corrosion inhibition period, no residue, no discoloration, no corrosion spot and environmental protection low foam, no phosphorus, sodium nitrite and other substances, it is easy to treat waste liquid, it does not pollute environment, especially suitable for normal temperature spray cleaning, and the energy consumption is low in the cleaning process. Preferably, the number of carbons of the short-chain carbon fatty alcohol in the short-chain carbon fatty alcohol polyether is 1-8, such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8, but not limited to the recited values, and other values not recited in the range of the recited values are also applicable.

As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the complexing agent includes any one or a combination of at least two of tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, sodium citrate, sodium gluconate, and sodium tartrate, and typical but non-limiting examples of the combination include: the composition of the sodium salt of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and sodium citrate, the composition of the sodium salt of citric acid and sodium gluconate, the composition of the sodium salt of gluconic acid and sodium tartrate, the composition of the sodium salt of tartaric acid and the tetrasodium salt of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid or the composition of the tetrasodium salt of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, the sodium salt of citric acid and the sodium gluconate, etc.
The reasonable surfactant is selected, the selected surfactant has strong binding capacity with oil stains, and the generation of foam can be effectively inhibited.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention provides a spray water-based cleaning agent, which hardly generates foam when being observed by naked eyes in the spray cleaning process;
(2) the invention provides a spray water-based cleaning agent, which can effectively remove oil stains on the surface of a product, improve the cleaning performance, and ensure that the cleaned product has no residual lines and the residual rate of the cleaning agent is lower than 0.15%;
(3) the invention provides a spraying water-based cleaning agent which does not damage a base material, has long service life, is environment-friendly, energy-saving and efficient.

A spray water-based cleaner was prepared in the same manner as in example 7 except that no polyol polyether was added.
The spray cleaning agent described in examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 3 was used to clean the surface of the stainless steel material stained with oil, and the amount of foam generated during the cleaning process and the residual rate of the cleaning agent were measured, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, examples 1 to 9 almost did not generate bubbles when spray-cleaning the stainless steel materials with oil stains, and the residual rate after cleaning was less than 0.15%, while comparative examples 1 and 2 generated a small amount of bubbles and slightly increased the residual rate due to the reduced amount of the surfactant, while comparative example 3 used sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate as the surfactant, while comparative example 4 used no polyol polyether, and generated a large amount of bubbles during cleaning, and both of the residual rates were more than 10%.

Claims (5)
1. The spray water-based cleaning agent is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
15-40% of a surfactant;
10-15% of a coupling agent;
1-5% of a complexing agent;
the balance of water;
the surfactant is one of short-chain carbon fatty alcohol polyether or alkyl alcohol ethoxylate, or the combination of short-chain alkyl ethoxylate and modified alkyl glycoside;
the carbon number of the short-chain carbon fatty alcohol in the short-chain carbon fatty alcohol polyether is 5-8;
the carbon number of the alkyl alcohol in the alkyl alcohol ethoxylate is 5-8;
the carbon number of the short-chain alkyl group in the short-chain alkyl ethoxylate is 4-8;
the coupling agent is a polyol polyether.
2. The cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the composition of the cleaning agent comprises, in terms of mass fraction:
20-30% of a surfactant;
11-14% of a coupling agent;
2-4% of a complexing agent;
the balance being water.
3. The cleaning agent according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the composition of the cleaning agent comprises, in terms of mass fraction:
25% of a surfactant;
12% of a coupling agent;
3% of complexing agent;
the balance being water.
4. The cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the polyol polyether comprises any one or a combination of at least two of diol polyether, triol polyether, sorbitol polyether and xylitol polyether.
5. The cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the complexing agent comprises any one or a combination of at least two of tetrasodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, sodium citrate, sodium gluconate, or sodium tartrate.
