And d, adding 160 liters of purified water into an ultrasonic hot water spray rinsing chamber in the ultrasonic cleaning machine with the volume of 200 liters, heating the purified water to 45-55 ℃, taking the workpiece subjected to hot water rinsing out of the ultrasonic hot water rinsing chamber in the ultrasonic cleaning machine, and putting the workpiece into the ultrasonic hot water spray rinsing chamber in the ultrasonic cleaning machine for hot water spray rinsing treatment, wherein the time for carrying out the hot water spray rinsing treatment on the workpiece is 150 seconds.
And f, adding 160 liters of purified water into an ultrasonic cold water rinsing chamber in the ultrasonic cleaning machine with the volume of 200 liters, taking the workpiece subjected to hot water spray rinsing out of the ultrasonic hot water spray rinsing chamber in the ultrasonic cleaning machine, and then putting the workpiece into the ultrasonic cold water rinsing chamber in the ultrasonic cleaning machine for cold water rinsing, wherein the time for cold water rinsing of the workpiece is 150 seconds.
And g, taking the workpiece which is subjected to cold water rinsing out of an ultrasonic cold water rinsing chamber in the ultrasonic cleaning machine, and then putting the workpiece into a drying box of the ultrasonic cleaning machine for drying treatment, wherein the drying temperature of the drying box of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is set to be 110-120 ℃, the drying box of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is a tunnel type drying box, and the drying time of the workpiece in the drying box of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is 10 minutes.
The performance test results of the environmental-friendly water-based cleaning agent prepared by the experiments 1 to 6 and the existing cleaning agent are shown in the following table:

as can be seen from the data in the table above, the dirt residual rate of the environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent after cleaning a workpiece is 0.005-0.0036%, the glossiness change of the workpiece is less than or equal to 0.25%, the workpiece cleaned by the environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent has almost no dirt residue and almost no change in glossiness, and the service life of the workpiece cleaned by the environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent can be prolonged.
The environmental-friendly water-based cleaning agent prepared by the experiments 1 to 6 is respectively detected, and the detection results are shown in the following table:

the data in the table show that the detergent can be completely dissolved, has no residue, low foam and easy rinsing, does not contain controlled harmful substances such as heavy metal, phosphorus, nitrite and the like, is green, environment-friendly, nontoxic and pollution-free, has no influence on the health of human bodies and no pollution to the emission of the environment, is particularly suitable for precisely cleaning products such as stainless steel, plastic, glass and the like, and has a biodegradation rate of 100%. In addition, the invention has strong decontamination capability, strong cleaning power and good cleaning effect, can remove oil stain, dust, dirt and the like on the surface of a product, has corrosion inhibition effect on metal and antistatic function, and can prolong the service life of the product cleaned by the metal.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned preferred embodiments, and any other products similar or identical to the present invention, which can be obtained by anyone based on the teaching of the present invention, fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

6 percent of non-ionic surface active agent,
6 percent of organic alcohol,
13 percent of alkyl glucoside,
3 percent of organic carboxylic acid sodium salt,
2 percent of corrosion inhibition additive,
70 percent of water,
the nonionic surfactant is isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether;
the organic alcohol is a polyhydric alcohol;
the alkyl glycoside is APG 0810;
the organic carboxylate is sodium gluconate;
the corrosion inhibition additive is benzotriazole;
the water is purified water;
the dirt residue rate of the environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent is 0.005%, and the glossiness change rate is 0.2%.
2. An environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
7 percent of non-ionic surface active agent,
7 percent of organic alcohol,
15 percent of alkyl glucoside,
4 percent of organic carboxylic acid sodium salt,
3 percent of corrosion inhibition additive,
64 percent of water is added into the mixture,
the nonionic surfactant is fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate;
the organic alcohol is a monohydric alcohol;
the alkyl glycoside is APG 0814;
the organic carboxylate is EDTA-2 Na;
the corrosion inhibition additive is organic borate ammonium salt;
the water is purified water;
the dirt residue rate of the environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent is 0.0055%, and the gloss change rate is 0.22%.
3. An environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
8 percent of non-ionic surface active agent,
8 percent of organic alcohol,
16 percent of alkyl glucoside,
5 percent of organic carboxylic acid sodium salt,
4 percent of corrosion inhibition additive,
59 percent of water,
the nonionic surfactant is a mixture of 4% by weight of isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and 4% by weight of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate;
the organic alcohol is a polyhydric alcohol;
the alkyl glycoside is a mixture of 6% by weight of APG0810 and 10% by weight of APG 0814;
the organic carboxylate is a mixture of 3 weight percent of sodium gluconate and 2 weight percent of EDTA-2 Na;
the corrosion inhibition additive is a mixture of 2 weight percent of benzotriazole and 2 weight percent of organic borate ammonium salt;
the water is purified water;
the dirt residue rate of the environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent is 0.0058%, and the gloss change rate is 0.23%.
4. An environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
9 percent of non-ionic surface active agent,
9 percent of organic alcohol,
18 percent of alkyl glucoside,
4 percent of organic carboxylic acid sodium salt,
3 percent of corrosion inhibition additive,
57 percent of water,
the nonionic surfactant is a mixture of 3 weight percent of isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and 6 weight percent of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate;
the organic alcohol is a polyhydric alcohol;
the alkyl glycoside is a mixture of 13% by weight of APG0810 and 5% by weight of APG 0814;
the organic carboxylate is a mixture of 1% of sodium gluconate and 3% of EDTA-2 Na;
the corrosion inhibition additive is a mixture of 2 weight percent of benzotriazole and 1 weight percent of organic borate ammonium salt;
the water is purified water;
the dirt residue rate of the environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent is 0.0062%, and the glossiness change rate is 0.25%.
5. An environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
10 percent of non-ionic surface active agent,
10 percent of organic alcohol,
14 percent of alkyl glucoside,
5 percent of organic carboxylic acid sodium salt,

56 percent of water is added into the mixture,
the nonionic surfactant is a mixture of 3 weight percent of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and 7 weight percent of fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate;
the organic alcohol is a monohydric alcohol;
the alkyl glycoside is a mixture of 10% by weight of APG0810 and 4% by weight of APG 1214;
the organic carboxylate is a mixture of 1% of potassium sodium tartrate and 4% of sodium gluconate in parts by weight;
the corrosion inhibition additive is a mixture of 1 weight percent of dicyclohexylamine nitrite and 4 weight percent of benzotriazole;
the water is purified water;
